Being a non-English, 2-year-old kid, our son is settling well. The key workers are amazing and show great patience and care, to make him feel at home. A lot of activities and he is encouraged to play with other kids, which helps improve his social skills.

A lovely and safe environment.

Our daughter started at Zipadee, this autumn and the staff couldn't have been more helpful with settling in. The flexibility and cooperation have been first-rate. This nursery truly works on the premise that working with the parents to suit their needs will result in the best possible outcome for the child. There are regular updates on what they've been getting up to, which is wonderful to see. The children and babies are seen as the individuals they are, from their very earliest days. A warm, happy and welcoming place for young people to play and grow.

My son attended this nursery in the preschool room from September 2021 to July 2022 for 3 days a week. After the pandemic, I wanted to make sure I picked a nursery that would help him with his social skills mainly as he hadn't been around other toddlers much (only his older sisters) and get him in a position to be ready for school. I looked at others in the area and I chose this one based on the good previous Ofsted report, the flexibility they offer and recommendations from others. I can honestly say it was the best decision I ever made. This nursery has a very warm and welcoming feel to it and my son went from being shy with toddlers when he first started to playing with them and initiating play with them towards the end of his time there. He also has this amazing maths ability which I am pretty sure has been nurtured by the nursery, he sometimes tells his 6-year-old sister answers to maths additions! I would absolutely recommend this nursery to anyone, they are brilliant.

Our daughter loves attending nursery full time 3 days a week. The staff are always friendly and welcoming in the morning when I drop her off. She has learnt so much whilst being at this nursery for the last 12 months and it’s been lovely to see her grow in confidence each week.

Our son has attended three days a week since the beginning of June. Prior to this, we visited on our own for a look around and then went back with our son. We are extremely happy with the service Zipadee provides and our son loves attending! We see our son happy to go into nursery and the smile on his face, both at the beginning and at the end of his day there, is a testament to the wonderful staff team. The updates we receive are detailed and informative and nothing is ever too much trouble, which makes us a very happy family indeed!
