Blue Butterfly Montessori is located in the heart of Pinner Village, a suburb of north west London within five minutes walking distance from the Metropolitan line, straight into Central London. They provide outstanding high-quality care and education for babies aged three months through to children aged five years.

The dedicated and highly experienced staff deliver a fantastic and challenging approach of teaching to children, implementing the methods of Dr. Maria Montessori, working alongside the Early Years Foundation stage. Montessori teachers and Nursery Practitioners offer a wide range of curriculum aimed to develop the whole child to provide lasting functional skills.

Blue Butterfly Montessori is a child centred nursery, which offers natural light in all four of its spacious rooms, two of which offer direct access into the nurseries own private garden.

The nursery offers a fully vegetarian menu and is committed to preparing healthy, fresh, and balanced meals to all ages, allowing children to choose from a variety of foods.

As a grandmother, there's nothing more precious than seeing your grandchild flourish, and thanks to Blue Butterfly Montessori, watching my granddaughter thrive in the most wonderful environment imaginable. From the very first time I stepped into the nursery, I was struck by the warmth and kindness that
radiates from every member of the team. The atmosphere is always so welcoming. My granddaughter has grown in leaps and bounds since joining. Her confidence, curiosity, and independence have blossomed, and she continues to hit milestone after milestone with the loving support of her teachers. It's clear that the team pour their heart and soul into their work, and their care and dedication do not go unnoticed. One of the things I particularly appreciate is the beautiful vegetarian menu they provide. The meals are not only nutritious but also absolutely delicious! We're incredibly grateful for the care and support our child received at this nursery. From day one, the team created a warm, nurturing environment that helped our child grow in confidence and reach key milestones. The staff were consistently kind, patient, and dedicated, making a genuine difference
every day. We also appreciated the freshly cooked, balanced meals served daily - always nutritious and full of multicultural variety, introducing our child to a wide range of flavours and foods. The parent support sessions were extremely helpful too, offering practical guidance on toilet training , eating habits, etc. The behind-the-scenes management and admin teams were very professional and responsive, ensuring everything ran smoothly. This nursery has truly set a high standard with its commitment, warmth, and attention to detail. Both of my sons have been here since 2020 and the nursery staff are wonderful. My sons have thrived here not only in their personalities but had daily gorgeous, in-house meals that are nutritious and in sports. The teachers are caring, attentive and supportive. This nursery allows for full exposure
to the modern world including computer classes and French lessons. I highly recommend Blue Butterfly.

My daughter has been with the nursery since October 2024, so far it's been a great experience for all of us. We love the events the nursery does for children, parents/guardians and carers, it brings everyone together and we all get to know each other much better. When I tell my other parent friends
the things that my daughter does at nursery, I hear a lot of "we don't have this or that at our nursery". We get daily updates on how my daughter is eating, what the room of children have been doing for the day and get to know what observations have been of my daughter while at nursery. I know the demand for nursery admissions are quite high, so we feel quite privileged we have a place at Blue Butterfly. I hope my daughter continues to thrive here. Whenever we do the drop offs, there's always a sense of happiness coming from the children, parents/guardians and staff, it feels great to be part of this nursery community and hope this continues.

My daughter started here aged 1 in early 2021, straight after all the lockdowns. We were worried as she hadn't had as many opportunities to be away from us as her big sister had prior to starting nursery. Blue Butterfly Montessori was amazing, nurturing and caring and she quickly settled in. She has
learned so much in each of her class groups, developed strong bonds with each of her key workers and new friends. Each transition was completed really well and she felt prepared at each stage. The activities that staff in Blue Butterfly carry out through the day, as well as all the extracurricular activities, have well and truly prepared her for big school. My child started at Blue Butterfly Montessori in August 2023. Since starting my child has become independent in many aspects. The care my child receives is amazing. She comes home and loves talking about the nursery, her friends, and all her teachers. Both academically, socially, and emotionally, my

My son has been at Blue Butterfly Montessori Day Nursery since he was 1 year old. From the very first day, I have felt assured he has been taken care of with the utmost care and attention. Via the app, we get regular updates on his well-being. His personal development has been inline with what we expect

I highly recommend this nursery, my son had previously been with another nursery which I wasn’t happy with. I wish I had sent my son to Blue Butterfly from the start, he has really flourished at this nursery! The management team at the nursery are very good, the nursery and all the activities are very
well organised. I feel that management and the teachers exercise so much compassion and warmth in all their dealings with the children. The teachers I have been so impressed with, they are so good with the children and so caring! I am also very impressed by the daily updates on the nursery app, which include regular observations on your child.
The nursery teachers have also always supported me in the development of my son which included potty training, cutting out my son’s nap and always giving helpful tips!

Blue Butterfly nursery is a fantastic childcare setting! Both my children have attended and my little girl is in the green butterfly room!
