Chieveley is a lovely pre-school with great facilities and plenty for the children to do and learn. It has a warm and friendly environment that makes the children feel at ease. Chieveley is a lovely pre-school with great facilities and plenty for the children to do and learn. It has a warm and friendly environment that makes the children feel at ease. My son has been attending for over a year now and absolutely loves it. The dance classes, forest school and lunchtime are his favourites! The staff are all knowledgeable and approachable, and all show an interest in your child’s well being and development. I would thoroughly recommend Chieveley pre-school to any parent.

The staff at Chieveley Pre-school are fantastic! They take time to speak to me as a parent and they carefully consider the interests of the children to plan activities that will meet their learning needs and engage their enthusiasm. The setting is great with lots of excellent activities set up inside and outdoors for the children, whist the children are encouraged to choose new ideas and equipment to add to that which the staff have set up for them. Learning activities are offered to the children but they are not coerced into doing anything they don't want to do. The doors to outdoors is usually open so the children can access outdoor learning most of the day if they wish. There is a lovely wood next to the school with external forest school teachers coming in to bring new ideas to the setting on both Tuesdays and Thursdays.
We raise our hats to the whole team and their magnificent manager. Bravo! Thank you so much for your amazing work and for having fun whilst you do it!

Our son has attended Chieveley Pre-school for the last six months and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. We have been delighted with the care, enthusiasm and expertise that the staff offer.
The pre-school used lovely outdoor spaces with lots of activities to allow for varied learning and encourage meaningful play. We have found Chieveley Pre-school to be a friendly, welcoming and nurturing place that has allowed our son to start his educational journey in the most positive of ways.

It’s wonderful to see our son learn, thrive and grow in confidence every day. Hearing him say ‘can I go again tomorrow’ every time we collect him always reconfirms our decision.

My son had been attending Chieveley Pre-school since April, full-time since September; he really enjoys his time there. The staff are just wonderful, and you can see they care an awful lot for all the children; it's just so clear to see this. I really love the staff too. I could not have wished for a happier place for my boy to spend his time. They are very involved and engaging always coming up with new ideas to keep the children interested and having fun each day.

Chieveley Pre-School is an amazing place! My daughter has a hearing difficulties and also global development delay. All staff is incredible and very professional. Thanks to them, my daughter has grown so much. Her confidence is through the roof (she was Miss Shy); she is a more inquisitive and open-minded, happy little girl. They even supporting her with Makaton language and her speech development. Chieveley Pre-School built positive, caring relationships with all the children where they feel secure, loved and welcome.
