Media City Nature Kindergarten

Media City Nature Kindergarten make a difficult decision an easier one. From the moment we met the team, we knew they were special. Making the decision on where to place your child in nursery is very daunting but the team are so open, knowledgable, trustworthy and strong that we didn’t hesitate choosing them again for our second child. The team would do anything to keep the children safe, happy and thriving. They put so much time and energy into each day. Both of our children settled really well, get excited to go and have learnt so much in their time there. We viewed other nurseries but we didn’t get close to the feeling we felt when we met with the team at Media City Nature Kindergarten. The team are constantly striving for more and their Ofsted clearly shows the great job they are doing.

Great nursery, all staff are very caring and my son is happy there. Sometimes he finds it difficult to leave me when we arrive and cries but he is quickly comforted by staff. I am also happy with his learning progress.

Our son loves going to nursery. The staff are outstanding in their interactions with the children. The staff and management have created an inclusive and supportive environment for the children, with an emphasis on outside play and nature. We can’t thank the team enough for their efforts in the development of our son and we would recommend this nursery to everyone.

I couldn't be happier with our choice and truly appreciate the dedication and commitment of all at the nursery.

What would make it excellent is to get the kids more clean. It is not nice when you pick up your child and they are dirty. When kids eat they need help to clean their face and mouth. I dislike it when I see my child's face and mouth dirty with food or soil.

Really great nursery, the best choice for our little one. They have great outdoor area that our little one enjoys. The best element of the nursery however is the staff members. Everyone is so lovely and caring, our child has special needs and the nursery staff recognises it and ensures they do their best to support us and our child. The nursery have a wonderful SENCO who has a passion to ensure that children are supported. We see the same with how other children are educated by the nursery staff to ensure an inclusive environment.

The leadership team are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and supportive with all aspects of the childcare process. The room leads and key workers really get to know the children and their needs. We're going through potty-training currently and our daughter's key worker spent 10-15 minutes at the end of the day debriefing me on how she was progressing and how we (parents and nursery) can work together to support our child through this process—one example of many very positive interactions I've had with the nursery.

My daughter loves going to nursery, asking me to take her even on weekends. I can see her development each month, and she learns new things. Her speech and singing have developed a lot. I am more than happy to bring her to the nursery.

Our children absolutely love going to nursery, and we love it too. They started when they were one, and from the first settling-in session, the staff were so kind, caring and thoughtful in how they helped the children (and us) settle. They have thrived at the nursery - and I’m constantly impressed by the things they have learned there (songs, names of animals, numbers, books). You can tell the staff and manager really love the children. The facilities are impressive, with a big outdoor area and the indoor rooms are big and bright. The outdoor play and learning were a big plus for us. The kids love being independent (e.g. pouring their own cereal) - which the nursery encourages. Communication with parents is clear and they do daily updates on the app as to what your child has been doing. I honestly can’t recommend it highly enough.

My daughter has been at this nursery for two years now and her development, confidence and socialisation have been invaluable. The staff are like an extension of our family. My child can't wait to go and is disappointed to leave.

Amazing staff and management team! Really personable, friendly and understanding. My son genuinely loves so many of the staff and has been there since 4 months old. I would recommend it to everyone. Thank you!

My daughter has been attending full time for the past 3 years and I've always felt extremely comfortable leaving her in their care. The staff are warm and welcoming, instilling good values in the children as well as advancing social and motor skills. The children take part in lots of crafts and pretend play while developing strong relationships with each other and members of staff.

My son loves attending nursery and always has a smile on his face in drop off and pick up. The team update the app regularly which is nice as I do love the updates on what he’s getting up to.

Lovely friendly atmosphere and nothing is ever too much trouble. Little ones are mostly outside playing which is great to see. I would highly recommend this nursery for its professionalism and commitment to a well-rounded experience for all little ones.

The only minor negative is that they don't always upload to the online portal, however, I don't mind as I know they are very busy, and at the end of the day, I always receive all the important information about what she's eaten and when she slept, etc.

This nursery is amazing. My child loves attending this nursery. The staff are so friendly and always approachable if I have a problem. The Nature Kindergarten has a good way of making the children learn.

I recently joined the nursery with my two children. The staff could not do enough for me to settle my nerves. My baby is only 5-months-old, and they massively went out of their way to understand me and my children's routine. Having two children with allergies, I was also reassured by the measures put in place for children with allergies. The staff are so friendly, and as a mother, who likes to hear about everything every day, they’re always happy to share the details of the day.

My son has been with Media City Nature Kindergarten for three years. We spent a long time looking for nurseries, and I’m so glad we chose this one. My son has grown up here and has developed and met all his learning targets which are preparing him for school, such as learning to walk, talk and potty train. All staff are very nurturing and friendly and treat the children as if they were one big family. The staff, including managers, are good at knowing who you are when dropping off and picking up and giving daily updates. My son has made some lovely friendships, this has been so reassuring through the pandemic. My son also really enjoys the food and their chef, who is very good at catering to specific needs. Media City Nature Kindergarten has an amazing play space for the children inside and out. They vary in activities every day so the children are always interacting and learning new things, my son is never bored. We would highly recommend this nursery. Go and look around, and you’ll understand why.

The nursery was an incredible support during the pandemic. My daughter loves the nursery, key workers and has made very strong friendships. She is well spoken, well taken care of and thriving. They are a fabulous hard working team who enjoy working together and that makes it such a great place for your little ones to grow up and learn.

Lovely nursery, it's a safe environment, great management, the Manager is excellent resolving issues, staff are very competent and diligent, its worth the money, my son is very happy going there, he enjoys a lot his time in this nursery. Also, the app that they are using is amazing to have updates of the progression of my son.
