The Wendy House Day Nursery Impington Ltd

We couldn't recommend The Wendy House highly enough. Our child joined when they were just one year old, and after almost four years with them, they have graduated and moved on to Reception. We are incredibly grateful to everyone at The Wendy House for the role they have played in their early years.
We originally chose The Wendy House because of its great reviews and Forest School, but we stayed because of everything else: the caring staff, fantastic activities, learning, friendships and incredible variety of spaces. From the garden and meadow to the allotment, cabin and Wendy Wood, there is always something new to explore.
Our child has had so many opportunities to learn, play, be creative and develop confidence, while simply enjoying being a child.

Looking back, I don't think we could have found a better nursery in Cambridge. We would wholeheartedly recommend The Wendy House to any parent looking for a place to trust with their child's first years. We will miss you all!

I chose this nursery based on the outstanding rating and recommendation from peers after having carefully considered different other providers in the area. I have now changed nursery after my child attended the nursery for more than 2 years.
Since the beginning of my child’s placement, there have been several changes introduced: 3 days of compulsory attendance and no late drop-off or early pick-up time. This was non-negotiable. I found the nursery to be inflexible in terms of adjusting to the parent's and children's needs and different circumstances.

I witnessed a constant turnover of staff within the nursery. There has been an occasion when a member of staff raised her voice against me in front of the children. My child could have benefited from adjustment to his needs and nurtured his personal development. Having changed the setting, I witnessed how my child has flourished in a different environment
