Our Lady's Nursery School

Fantastic, caring nursery and pre-school with a passionate team who are always considerate and meeting individual needs. They encourage independence whilst always waiting in the wings with a hug. So glad we were recommended them.

I cannot recommend them enough and am eternally grateful to them for taking exceptional care of my son and helping to shape him into the amazing person he has become.

A warm, welcoming setting with friendly, caring staff. Both children are happy to attend with lots of activities throughout the week for them to enjoy. Homely rooms and spacious outdoor space. Staff go above and beyond and clearly have the children's best interests at heart. Highly recommend.

The staff are warm, caring, fun and patient. We are so happy we chose to send our son to Our Lady's Nursery School. The daily updates are so reassuring and being able to see all the exciting activities he gets up to is fabulous. Whenever we have any queries or concerns they are dealt with efficiently making us feel our child is in good hands.

The staff area really lovely and it's great to get a daily update on the Tapestry online platform about her day and the care diary (food, nappy changes and sleep).

I have had a really lovely experience from start to finish with everyone at Our Lady's. I am a first time Mum returning to work after a year off and was very nervous about the transition from stay-at-home-mum to working-mum, the thought of leaving my son with people that we don't really know made me feel quite anxious. I didn't even need to express my anxieties for them to be conscientious of this, my nerves were settled after my first meeting and consideration was given to all of my million and one questions. At no time have I felt anxious as they have kept me in the loop with all of his progress. There is an app that both me and my partner can log into where the team update daily on his schedule so I can come home and feel like I know how his day has been. They update pictures and still give me a rundown of his day when I collect him. All in all, my son's eagerness to run to the team and happily leave me at the door is all I need to feel grateful for the care they give.

Fantastic nursery with amazing staff that really care for the children and seemingly boundless energy. Our first child had a great experience here and our second is enjoying it currently. Highly recommended!

Amazing staff who put in a lot of effort to know both my children. Positive relationships start from Day 1 for both the child and family. A wide variety of learning platforms are used, PE, music, dance, writing, reading, maths, IT and Forest School to name a few. Children really look forward to attending.

Since the play areas have been refurbished, they look very bright and welcoming; they have lots of new activities and toys for the children to play with.

My daughter has been attending Our Lady's nursery since Jan 2020. The nursery has gone from strength to strength. She loves it and so do I. It has great facilities and a nice outside area. In addition, the children enjoy many activities like PE, music, forest school, etc. The staff could not be better and they know the children well. Overall, it's a fantastic place!

My daughter has thrived at Our Lady’s Nursery School. She started in September in Owls after joining from a previous nursery and the team really helped settle her into her new setting, despite it still being a Covid-19 restricted time. All the staff are fantastic and have taken the time to nurture my daughter’s individual interests. The rooms are lovely and the children get to spend their days doing a myriad of entertaining activities. They even have weekly dance, mandarin and music sessions, and my daughter also gets to go to ballet lessons which means we can do other activities over the weekend!

My son has been with Our Lady's Nursery since April 2020 and my daughter has recently joined who has just turned one. I can't recommend them enough, professional and caring staff who you can trust to take exceptional care of your children throughout the day and the development activities are incredible. It's amazing to see the confidence grow in your children with the supportive environment provided and the large outside areas for the kids to explore is a great benefit. Strongly recommend a visit if you're looking for a nursery within the Crowthorne/Berkshire area.

Lovely, friendly nursery. Staff get to know the children really well and quickly learn their own personal likes and dislikes and the way they prefer to interact with people. They do loads of activities during the day including arts and crafts, and there's a load of extra bits like dancing and mandarin. A wonderful nursery, highly recommended.

Great place, had two children go through the nursery. Staff are excellent with children and parents. The children start their education early. Dedicated PE and ballet sessions to name a few. Keep up the good work

Our 8 month old daughter currently attends 2 days a week, and I couldn’t think of a better place for her to go. The staff are all so lovely, caring, and informative - always keeping us up to date with her progress and activities. I worried about her going to nursery from such a young age, but Our Lady’s ensured she settled in so quickly and are happy to answer all questions which I have. She has such a great time! We chose this nursery based on the lovely staff and also the outdoor space, which we are excited for our daughter to start using once she’s more mobile.

My 17-month-old daughter has been attending Our Lady’s Nursery School for the past 5 months and I am so impressed with the nursery to date. The staff are all so friendly and caring and my daughter has developed a close bond with particular members. They have a wonderfully large outdoor play area which my daughter loves and offer a variety of activities throughout the week such as forest school and music lessons. They also go to a huge effort to put on events that the parents can get involved in such as open days, school fetes and sports/music day. Overall I would highly recommend.
