Little Cedars Day Nursery at Heathfield Knoll School

My son has had a fantastic year in Heathfield Knoll Preschool, he has become so much more confident and really enjoys going to preschool. He loves his teachers and friends and I really don't have one bad thing to say, the staff are brilliant and make the preschool a welcoming place for children. I wish we had put him in earlier.

We have been very impressed with the care and standard of Heathfield Knoll First Steps Day nursery. The communication of the staff is excellent and you feel your child is in safe hands. They have a range of learning activities including singing and music and are always outside. The links with the school are good and the transition is made well into pre-school.

All staff members are wonderful and are encouraging my child to grow in many ways. They have a good knowledge of stages of growth and learning and communicate how well my child is progressing or of any concerns they may have. They care very well for and nurture my child. She is very happy and enjoys going to nursery. I would recommend First Steps to anybody. They are excellent!

My daughter has been attending the nursery since she was 11 months old. The staff were really great when she first started, getting her settled in and reassuring me. Over time she has developed so fast. Staff are always available to speak with about any concerns and they make sure the children are looked after with high regard to pastoral care. Lots of activities and events for parents to be involved in as well. They always want feedback and recommendations from parents in order to provide the best care and services and value for money.

Extremely pleased with the nursery. Our little boy loves it and has settled very well. The staff are caring and professional. There is a good balance of experience between the staff members.

The nursery nurses are always attentive. Available to answer questions, guide and support with my child's development. Accommodating and flexible with your working pattern.

Both my sons have attended this nursery. The staff and set up of the nursery are great. The children are all so happy in their environment and the variety of activities done with the children is vast. We have been really impressed.
