Our little girl is currently in the baby room and from day one she has been very happy at Hullabaloo Day Nursery. It's a small nursery with a family feel. It has good indoor and outdoor spaces with a separate cot room for younger children. All of the staff are brilliant with the children and are very
personable with us as parents. They cater to our child's individual needs and are always on hand by phone or text/WhatsApp. A great wee nursery, which we wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Excellent nursery. It's one of my son's favourite places to go every day! The staff are beyond lovely and I know when I leave him there that he will be well looked after and cared for. He's been going to the nursery for 3-years now and I couldn't imagine ever sending him anywhere else! He has developed
really lasting relationships with all of the staff there and I'd be sad to see him move onto primary school and leave the Hullaballoo Day Nursery crew! I would recommend this nursery to everyone.

I have been using Hullabaloo for the last 6 years for my daughter and son's care and couldn't recommend them enough.

The staff treat my children like their own and I can see how much they love seeing them when we leave them off in the morning. My youngest even said one of the nursery staff's name

before he could say, mummy! Not sure what that says about me, but says a lot about the impact they have made on him.

They do loads of things with them to help with their development, arts, crafts, reading, songs, and just have lots of fun with them.

Another big thing for me is that they provide healthy breakfasts, lunches, and snacks so I don't have another thing to think about.

They also have a really good outdoor area for when the weather is good.

Such caring and lovely people who run this nursery! You don’t feel like it’s a business agreement but that you’re dropping your children off with family. They are on the ball with everything. Big shout out to one member of staff who really makes the place feel like a home!

An excellent home from home, I first started using Hullabaloo Day Nursery in September 2012 for my then 4-month old son, In February 2017 my second little boy started at Hullabaloo Day Nursery aged 8-months and in March 2022 my youngest little boy started at 19-months, again like his older brothers
he has settled in extremely well. The nursery is warm and inviting, and the staff are friendly and always happy to see the children. All the staff build such a fantastic relationship with every child and parent that uses the facility, I know my child is being well looked after and cared for, which makes mum guilt that little bit easier. All of my children have loved every day of being at Hullabaloo Day Nursery over the years, the older two are now at school. Hullabaloo Day Nursery will always hold a huge part in our hearts and I cannot thank all the staff over the years enough for how much of an impact they made on my boys.

A fab nursery! The staff are amazing and my son loves going there every day. He has come on leaps and bounds since starting the nursery. I cannot recommend them enough. The staff work very well with parents and get to know the child so well. They go above and beyond for each of their children and the
nursery feels like an extension of our family.

My son started Hullabaloo in August 2021. Him and I had recently moved into the area and I was recommended the daycare by my neighbours. It is just the most beautiful little place. My son loves it. It's like a home from home. They helped with potty training (as a single mum who works full time this
was a blessing) the staff that work there are angels. My son has made progress since being there made lovely friendships and eats better than I do! I couldn't recommend it enough. It's like being part of a family!

Hullabaloo is a wonderful nursery. I have two children in attendance at the moment, and I know they are well looked after and cared for. I have had an experience with other nurseries in the past, and the reason I prefer Hullabaloo is that I feel the staff genuinely look after my children as if they
were their own. Every member of the team is friendly and helpful, and no favor to ask them is too much. They go out of their way to help, such as when your child requires medication or when you have an additional ask. They always answer all of my questions about my child’s behavior/development and are only happy to do so.

My children are also always well fed with nutritious food, and come home barely wanting their dinner because they have eaten so well at Hullabaloo. This is a wonderful thing for us, as my two can be pickier at home than they are at nursery.

We really recommend this nursery as a great home from home for our kids!

Fantastic nursery and would highly recommend it to any parents considering a place here. Staff are very attentive to my little girl who has been here since she was 9 months and she is now 4! The staff are very approachable and my daughter has a great relationship with them. Nothing I’ve ever requested
has ever been a problem. Great daily routines and activities on offer with great outdoor facilities too. The food on offer is great too, varied, balanced and healthy. Again I would have no hesitation in recommending Hullabaloo Nursery.

All the staff at Hullabaloo are lovely and take amazing care of our child! Since starting at the nursery, our child's development has come on leaps and bounds and he is now a very sociable baby. Our boy even squeals in delight each morning heading in and it makes us as parents completely relaxed to
know how well he is taken care of.

I have 2 boys at the nursery (and have done so since 2019 since they were babies) and I cannot emphasise how much we really value and trust the staff at Hullabaloo Day Nursery. The staff really love my boys and it's evident. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the kids are well looked after and well-fed.
They are like our extended family and we couldn't be without them!

My 2 little ones attend Hullabaloo Day Nursery and there is no words to describe how much of an amazing nursery they are! The group of girls always greet you with a smile on their face and the enthusiasm they have for their job is clear to see, staff are just as amazing and they all have the children's
best interests at heart. They get amazing home-cooked meals every day and a good healthy variety of snacks. The facilities they have for the kids is great and they can never be bored. The nursery are always there to help us the parents in any way they can and I would truly be lost without them.

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 10 (9.993) out of 10 for Hullabaloo Day Nursery is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 5.0 out of 5 from 23 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 5.0 out of 5 from 23 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.993 for Hullabaloo Day Nursery is calculated as follows: ( (272 Excellents x 5) + (2 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 274 Ratings = 4.993
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 5 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Hullabaloo Day Nursery is based on 23 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 = 4
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 25 number of registered child places is 5, which has been reached with 23 Positive reviews. Points = 1
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
