Funding & Fees

Great nursery, all staff are lovely! My daughter loves it here. Gets a wide variety of meals & snacks with plenty to play and do. Love seeing her observations & photos on the app aswell. Makes me feel at ease leaving her knowing she is enjoying it.

I can't rate this nursery highly enough, my child has been attending for around 7 months. The staff made the settling in period so easy for both of us and I can leave him there without a worry in the world and get updates and photos throughout the day. My child is so happy and the staff are so helpful
and extremely friendly.

My son has been at the setting for almost a year - all staff are extremely friendly - My son is happy going in and I feel very reassured leaving him
The regular updates and photos of my child along with his progression is sent through their app which I really like! I can also see meal and toileting
records and then I receive a verbal report on collecting my child each day.
My child's development has most definitely improved since being at the setting

I currently have a 1-year-old attending Totz 'N' Teenz but have used this nursery for sixteen years as my older children have also attended. All of my children have received excellent care and I've always had peace of mind leaving my children here. All of the staff are wonderful and always greet us
with a smile. I'm kept informed of my child's day on the new app which is great as I can check on what she's doing while at work and can relax knowing if she's eaten and had a sleep. The update of pictures is also brilliant. I would highly recommend Totz 'N' Teenz to anyone in need of daycare for their children.

A great childcare facility. The child is always put first and the staff are fantastic. Always so friendly and helpful and my daughter loves them like family. The centre is spotless and the meals provided are healthy and tasty - my daughter regularly asks for seconds!

Excellent setting. I couldn’t be happier knowing my child is in their care and has been there since October 2021. I would highly recommend it. Every member of staff is kind, very patient with my child, and more than helpful in facilitating care, especially at times when unexpected issues occur.
All
childcare staff acknowledge all children and interact like any good caregiver should, and this in turn, reassures us as parents and also creates an environment where our children want to go, where we know they are happy and are safe. The staff always go above and beyond what is necessary to fulfil their job description. I would have no problem recommending this setting to anyone in need of such a service.

We are relatively new to the setting but I have been put to ease as a mummy and my child has settled so well. The staff are fantastic. The app is used for communication and I love receiving photos, updates and observations. I can tell that my baby is happy and content and I would recommend the setting

Very friendly setting. My child has always been very happy here and I feel very reassured leaving her here while I’m at work.
I get regular updates and photos of my child’s progress through their app. Daily meal and toileting records and a verbal report on collecting my child each day.
My child’s

She is confident and happy to go to nursery each morning and I am very happy with the service given.

Excellent nursery, my son loves going in every morning. The staff are very good and always planning the next activity to complete with the children. I always received artwork which is lovely to keep. Management staff are always on hand if you need them for anything and for support.

The staff are all wonderful and extremely helpful. I was able to secure a place for my twins at very short notice given my circumstances. They were all very accommodating and worked with me the best they could. I receive regular updates regarding my children's needs in daycare and their overall social
and emotional development. My boys have such a great relationship with the staff and will run to them as soon as they see them. I am very happy with the service I am provided with and I know that the placement is very safe, and secure and promotes the best interests of my children.

My we girl goes here and the staff go above and beyond for the kids. The staff are so nice and friendly and cater for your needs and the child's needs. My two daughters attend the day nursery and they absolutely love it. The staff are so friendly, kind and accommodating to the needs of each child in their setting. I am very happy leaving my children there every day as it feels like you are part of one big, happy family. I am expecting another baby
very soon and they will also be going to Totz N Teenz after my maternity leave; I wouldn't send them anywhere else.

All four of my children have been to Totz 'N' Teenz since they were approximately 9 months old. All of the staff are excellent and go above and beyond in their caring and professional roles. They treat all children equally as if they were their own. They are always supportive and have always put me
at ease, especially when settling a new child into the crèche. All of my children have thoroughly enjoyed their time at the crèche and have got on well with all the staff. My little girl currently in the crèche runs into the staff's arms every morning and gives them a cuddle. This to me is a clear sign she is so content and well looked after.

I moved to Craigavon in 2022 and enrolled my daughter in Totz 'N' Teenz afterschool programme five days per week. The staff are amazing, very friendly and approachable. They have all gone over and above to help my child settle into the group. My child loves attending on a daily basis.

This place is absolutely amazing, both of my sons love this nursery. They started when they were 11 months. My older son left 2 years ago and still remembers the lovely staff and friendly atmosphere. They meet lots of friends there and spend a fantastic time with other children and workers. The nursery
provides lots of different activities, events, children's parties and much more. I can strongly recommend this place for your children. It is very safe, clean and trustworthy.
