Ninewells Nursery

2 of my sons have gone to Ninewells Nursery and my 3rd will be starting next year. We love the nursery. The staff are super friendly and approachable and make you feel at ease leaving your kids in their care. A lovely garden area that is utilised in all weathers, great array of activities undertake and a really nice community feel about the place. Would definitely recommend.

My son has been with Ninewells nursery since he was 6 months old and even though he is now entitled to a nursery place for free elsewhere I still wanted him to stay at Ninewells for one of the days. The staff team are always friendly and welcoming and my son is always excited to go to nursery with them.

My daughter has attended this nursery for 18 months and has loved every minute since her settling in days. She has come on so much in her development and I can’t thank the staff enough. They are friendly and approachable and the manager is always visible. There are so many opportunities for the children to take part in many different activities. My daughter loves being outside and this nursery definitely caters for that. She has made so many friends and is always desperate to tell me everything she’s done each day. There is a wide variety of food available and I know my daughter will be eating healthily as well as some treats which she loves. I always recommend Ninewells nursery to fellow mums and will without a doubt will be bringing my 2nd daughter when I return to work.

There is always something going on at the nursery each week, whether that be a visit from someone to talk to them about their job (police, NHS staff, fireman) to people visiting with animals to days out and parties! They really go all out to make sure the children have a great time! From the home-cooked meals to the messy play and walks in the woods, I know my daughter is well cared for. All the staff are a real credit to the nursery and I can't recommend them enough!

We are delighted with the care provided by all the staff at Ninewells Nursery to our child. They do an amazing range of activities aimed at helping the children develop and have fun. My daughter is always excited about going to the nursery. The manager and all the staff have always been very approachable and friendly. I would happily recommend this nursery to other parents.

This is a really fantastic Nursery with an amazing team of nursery nurses. My daughter joined Ninewells Nursery since she was ten months old and her confidence and speech has grown. She has made a lot of friends and the staff are always friendly and caring. She learns new things and I love that they play outside every day which I think is very important. My daughter has food allergies and all staff are always very supportive and take her allergies very seriously. She also always gets great food alternatives.

My daughter attended Ninewells nursery for 4 years and my 2-year-old son has been there for 18 months. Nursery staff are amazing, brilliant with the kids and really approachable to parents. My daughter struggled to settle when she first started but the staff went above and beyond to help her. Would highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter attended Ninewells nursery (from age 1 to 3), so when I had my son two years ago there was no question he would attend Ninewells nursery also. The nursery is such a warm inviting environment and all staff are amazing with the children and genuinely care. The nursery manager is very accommodating and nothing is too much of an ask. I feel confident in the fact that my son is happy and thriving whilst I'm at work.

My daughter likes going to this nursery and that's enough of a review itself! Good staff, helpful and caring. Manager accommodating.

The staff are amazing and loving. And the most important thing, I have full trust in them.

One of the main things I love about it is the "home away from home" feel it has to it rather than a corporate environment bigger nurseries can sometimes feel like. I attribute this to the creative activities, the fantastic garden and the wonderful staff.

My daughter has attended Ninewells Nursery since she was 11months old she is now 4. Ninewells has become our daughters home from home. The Manager and all her staff go out of their way to ensure the children are able to combine learning with pure enjoyment! The facilities are excellent. It’s never easy to leave your child to go to work but it has been made so much easier knowing my daughter is in such great hands and is having so much fun! I couldn’t wish for a better place for my daughter to learn and grow. I will be very sad when the day comes when my daughter has to leave to go to school but I’m glad that my daughter has spent her preschool years in a safe, caring environment and all the staff have helped shape her into the amazing character she has become and given her all the tools she needs to be ready for the next step in her journey. I can’t recommend this nursery highly enough!!

My 2-year-old son had to change nurseries when his previous one had to close this year, and he was made to feel so welcome at Ninewells. He settled in straight away. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful, and made his transition to the new environment completely seamless. The nursery is very well equipped, clean and the outside area is fantastic. Kids get plenty of outdoor time. Food freshly prepared on-site. Staff always take time to fill you in on your child's day, and parents are kept involved and informed via newsletter/email/facebook. Nursery provides nappies and wipes and suncream which saves a lot of hassle and is not offered by a lot of other nurseries in the area. Highly recommend this nursery and all its staff!

Ninewells Nursery is fantastic. The manager is very approachable and always available to talk to if needed. I love how creative the nursery teachers are. The children are always doing crafty things which are full of imagination. Outdoor play is a big part of Ninewells Nursery and children are out in all weathers having fun. The children are often taken on walks to nearby forest and gardens. There are always things happening which encourage parents to be involved in nursery life. I would highly recommend this nursery. Every member of staff is lovely and the children always seem so happy.

Nursery staff are amazing, always go above and beyond. Every kid is treated like one of their own and my son loves the nursery so much he even asks to go at weekends. This is not just a nursery, it’s a little family. Nothing is too much bother for them and they are always coming up with new and exciting activities for the kids. I would honestly not want anybody else looking after my son. He has come on leaps and bounds since starting and it’s all thanks to the wonderful staff who go out of their way to make sure all the kid's needs are met, physically, nutritionally, mentally and emotionally. Can’t speak highly enough of them.

There is always updates on my sons day and learning and a lot of evidence of this through floor books etc.

My daughter has gone to this nursery since she was 9 months old, and she has absolutely loved it. From the baby room to the Tweenies to the preschool room (she’s now 3!). I’ve seen her develop and grow, not just in confidence but in her learning. She’s made great friends and all the staff continuously involve my daughter, and I, in her care plan and as a Parent that’s so important to me.

Excellent nursery, my daughter has been at this nursery since 9 months old and skips in happily every day, staff are welcoming, friendly and kind. My daughter's development has come on great at this nursery. The manager does an amazing job and always goes above and beyond for the kids, it’s never easy leaving kids to go to work but it makes it a lot easier when you know they're happy and well looked after. Can’t recommend Ninewells Nursery enough.

An excellent nursery, my child loves attending nursery and is always looking forward to going in, the staff are very friendly and always have time for you. The outside area is amazing the children have so many various areas to explore.
