Little People Nursery

I moved my little boy here in January this year from another local nursery. I have to say I wish I had done it sooner! The difference from his previous nursery is night and day. He loves it, all the staff and other children are great. I love getting weekly updates and pictures and they are always away on trips! Would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

My two children have been in Little People Nursery coming up to a year now. The staff have been fantastic and always work around the children's needs. As with my two being in different groups, they would always make each be aware they have each other if they feel upset. My two kids absolutely love the nursery and love the staff. They feel content with them and are happy to go with them (both kids are funny with people). Always understanding and making sure I am always aware of my kid's activities. I couldn't ask for such a better team. Always happy and always make your child feel welcome. This makes me so reassured and happy to leave with no guilt which is a massive part of leaving your child. I wouldn't change anything about them. Thank you for always making my kids feel safe and welcome.

The nursery really makes the effort to support my child and provides a safe place for them to learn and play. They take the time to create activities for the children to explore and enjoy. All the staff are friendly and approachable, they also have a great open lines of communication. They also have a fantastic app. I would highly recommend this nursery and cannot wait for my other child to join in January.

My little boy started here in September 2021 due to a nursery move and I couldn’t have picked a better nursery for him. His confidence and development from starting this nursery is crazy, he’s a completely different boy from when he was at his old nursery to now. He absolutely loves this nursery and everyone in it. He’s definitely a lot happier in this nursery, all the staff are amazing couldn’t fault anyone. Another year in this amazing nursery for my boy before he goes to school.

My son started Littles People Nursery when he was one, he has been there for nearly two years, he absolutely loves it, staff are excellent which make me feel at ease at work as he can be strange with new faces! He fitted in from the day he started and come on so well in every way. I would definitely recommend Little People Nursery School.

My son started here last September after we discovered he was dealing with separation issues from us, due to the covid circumstances and we needed some help. Right from the very beginning, the ladies here have been amazing and so patient with our son who took a long time to settle in and get used to time without us. In the months leading up to today, our son is a totally different child and it’s all thanks to the amazing staff that works at this nursery. Our son now talks, plays, counts and laughs which is something we never thought he would do, due to the issues we were having with him. Our son is now a typical little 3 year old who loves going to nursery and having some time apart from us. I honestly can’t thank the staff enough for everything they have done for our son and can’t wait to see where his journey here at Little People Nursery takes him.

My little boy has been there for 11 months and he absolutely loves it, the staff are incredible and it is one of the best decisions we ever made to put him there. 100% recommend it, couldn’t have picked a better nursery to put him in!

My baby has been at Little People Nursery for 6 months now. I have been so impressed with everything from settling in to communication on a daily basis and the fact that the nursery put child safety when it comes to minimising the spread of bugs. The owners are clearly spending money upgrading the place to make the facilities as good as they can and the meals provided are balanced and varied. My baby is so happy to be going into nursery when I drop her off even though she struggled when she first started. The staff are all genuinely nice people and my baby loves them!

My wee girl went here and she loved it she used to get excited in the morning to go to nursery, she still talks of her nursery and misses everyone so much, they helped bring her on in leaps and bounds.

Both our sons have attended Little People and we couldn’t recommend them enough! The staff have cared for them brilliantly, nothing was too much trouble! Activities are all thought out and well planned. Wouldn’t think twice about putting a child here.

Both of my children attended Little People Nursery and I cannot thank them enough for everything they do. The staff are kind, dedicated and supportive. They go the extra mile to meet the needs of every child and provide engaging and unique learning experiences that are driven by the children’s interests. The management are always on hand if there is anything you wish to discuss and I always feel valued and listened to as a parent. My children have come on massively since beginning their time there. I would definitely recommend Little People Nursery.

I currently have my youngest daughter in Little People Nursery, I also had my oldest here when she was younger. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and caring. The manager is very helpful and will do all she can to help if needed. My daughter has come on so much since attending, I thought she would struggle after the past year however she settled so well and comes home very happy. I see through the apps the activities she does and get daily progress reports with lots of opportunities for outdoor play. The pricing is very reasonable and the hours are great.

My daughter started little people at 9 months, I was happy and comfortable leaving her as the staff were lovely and welcoming. My daughter settled well and thrived over the 2 years being there. Would definitely recommend.

My son loves his time at little people nursery. He has come on great his few months he has been there. The staff are also very welcoming and friendly. I think there is great opportunities for learning indoors and outdoors and I think it’s great that the children have a good outdoor space for play.

My little one is absolutely thriving at Little people nursery. The staff are fantastic and have a great bond with staff. It has been a friendly place since the start and the communication is brilliant, quick to answer any questions or worries I have had. They are always out on walks or at the park and playing outside and we have continual updates on social media with photos of our little ones day. Would highly recommend little people's nursery to friends and family. I can go to work knowing my little one is safe and happy with people who care for her.

If they were sick, or sad, or just needed some extra attention staff were always on hand even the management to help throughout their time there. They even got my daughter to eat and fussy doesn't cover it with her. They gave both my kids the confidence to be themselves, to learn and to prepare for going to school so missed nothing and made the world of fuss for every achievement.

Very happy with the service. Friendly and professional staff good at communicating and supporting the child and family in any milestones, changes or difficulties. I love the fact that they use a lot of natural materials and real life items for play, rather than all the plastic. Children are spending lots of time outdoors as weather allows - either on the playground (creatively constructed mostly of recycled tires and palettes, often rearranged as needed) or on walks/trips. Partnership in the council early learning childcare support has helped us to keep our child in the familiar environment for 2 more years and combine funded childcare with private. Highly recommended!

I chose this nursery for my daughter last year due to her previous nursery not opening up after first lockdown and I’m so glad I did it. She had come on so much since joining little people. All the girls are lovely and they do so much with the kids. Wish I had put my daughter there originally!

My daughter has been to little people nursery and she truly blossomed during her time there! Everything from her social skills to her vocabulary have come on faster than I ever imagined. The staff were so welcoming to both my daughter and myself and it is easy to address any queries or questions. I can't praise all the ladies enough for all their work, they are all patient, caring and loving towards the children and made my daughters nursery experience lovely. Would highly recommend.
