My only comment is that since Covid there has been a lot less updates for my younger two boys via the portal.

The staff and manager couldn't have been any more accommodating when we really needed them for extra help for a personal matter and still go above and beyond.

Thank you so much for reassuring both my daughter and me at the stressful time of returning to work.

I cannot rate this nursery highly enough. The staff are extremely considerate, gentle and caring and helped my son through a long settling period with as little distress as possible. A year on, he is delighted to go to nursery and talks about the staff and other children fondly.

Outside play is really important to us a family and we’re delighted that the children spend plenty of time in the garden in all weather!

The management is so accommodating, friendly and helpful and I feel like everyone at Kidsplay takes a genuine interest in all of the children who attend.

Good selection of nutritious food offered to the kids which my little girl seems to enjoy.

Would defo recommend this nursery as it’s by far my favourite.

Very caring and approachable staff, my daughter has been attending since she was 1 and now in the Anderson room, she loves going to nursery and every day she’s learned something new, it’s great to see how much she’s grown because of the nursery.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming to both children and parents. Information is passed clearly and quickly and learning logs are updated frequently. Any queries and questions are answered quickly. My son thoroughly enjoys nursery and has made great progress since attending.

I find the staff to be understanding towards our children's needs. Staff appear interested in the childrens needs.

They were looking forward to attending daily. And the staff were fantastic.

I have two children at Kidsplay and both are very happy there. The staff are friendly, caring and have established good bonds with my children. They spend a lot of time playing outside, weather permitting which is great. The food seems nutritious and filling and is enjoyed by my two. Attending nursery has helped with their confidence and sociability. I would recommend Kidsplay to my friends.

A lovely friendly relaxed nursery. Staff are excellent and very caring and supportive. Every child is treated as an individual and their needs tailored for. The environment is learning through play with a relaxed feel to it. My son has a dairy intolerance and the cook is so accommodating, he never goes without a hot meal. I couldn't recommend the nursery enough.

Staff throughout the nursery are very caring and enthusiastic and plan fun learning activities for the kids. The Christmas shows are fab and staff put in so much effort. The staff try to get the kids outside as much as possible and I feel this is a real positive. Our kids are very happy attending this nursery.

My only slight negative is I feel that the garden area needs some investment eg. new bark.

I have both my children at Kidsplay. The oldest for almost four years. The staff have always been amazing and accommodating to both caring for my children and also keeping me informed of any issues promptly, meaning I'm comfortable to leave them in their care. They are also both genuinely very happy getting dropped off at Kidsplay which in itself speaks volumes.

Great nursery; lovely staff and plenty of resources. Good outdoor spaces and the kids are always outside having fun when the weather is fine. I have been really pleased with the nursery and my child very much enjoys it.

My son enjoys nursery and I believe that the staff genuinely care about his wellbeing and his education.

They have introduced my little boy to the nursery amazingly. They have been so patient with him and especially patient with his settling in. They also made me feel comfortable when I had any worries and always reassuring when I call if he has been unsettled when dropping him off in the mornings. His development has come on so much since starting at nursery and he is a lot more confident.

Both my children attend Kidsplay and are very happy there. They get stimulated with many indoor and outdoor activities. The staff are very friendly and seem to really care.

Simply a fantastic nursery. Staff are professional, caring, kind, fun, patient and attentive with children. The balance of inside and outside play is great. The learning is lots of fun for the children. The variety and quality of food on offer to the children is ideal. My little girl loves coming to this nursery. She is really cared for and she really cares for all the staff.

Kidsplay is simply great. My daughter has been attending for 2 years now and she has loved every minute of it! The staff are fantastic and always willing to develop and nurture our daughter's development through various activities such as role-play, storytelling and much more. I love the outdoor area and whenever they can, the children are outside playing and exploring. Would highly recommend Kidsplay to anyone looking for a nursery.
