Staff are outstanding. My son absolutely loves going to nursery and it just makes working life as a parent so much easier. The staff all seem to really know my son and always seem genuinely happy to see him each morning he arrives. It's got a lovely home-from-home feel and everyone is always so friendly.
The spaces and activities on offer are of a consistently high standard. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Always professional and caring staff. It is reflected in the child's behaviour and excitement shown when attending the nursery, she's always happy when nursery is mentioned and praises it outside when with friends and family.
As parents, it appeases knowing your child is in good hands and makes you
at ease because your child's well-being is all that matters and Busy Bees have shown us that, times over. Well done!

Busy Bees in Pollokshields is a warm, welcoming and encouraging environment. My daughter started there at 13 months old (now age 4 years) and loves it. The staff are friendly and attentive and have a good rapport with the children. They do lots of different activities and have plenty of room, both inside
and outside, for play. The staff always provide a summary of how her day has been. My son is now settling into the baby room where I’m confident he will also get the care and attention that he needs.
Lovely nursery and great staff - highly recommended!

The staff were extremely friendly and welcomed my daughter into the nursery when she first started. They made every effort to ensure she was comfortable and encouraged her to join in the activities. They always give me a good rundown of how her day has been and what she's been up to. Fantastic nursery
and fantastic staff! Would highly recommend.

A fantastic nursery! In a beautiful leafy setting, a huge converted house with massive outdoor space and ample free parking making drop offs and pick ups convenient and stress-free. The staff are a great team, warm and caring. Both of my daughters, as well as my 2 nieces, have attended this nursery
and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

Job Title: Centre Director Joined: 2010

My name is Donna Macdonald and I am the Centre Director here at Busy Bees Glasgow Heritage House.

I have over 17 years experience in early years and education and I have a real passion for working with children and following their progress as they learn and grow. I have worked at Heritage House since September 2010 and have been the Centre Director since February 2016. I currently live in Glasgow with my partner, our little boy and our cats Millie, Poppy and Bella. In my spare time I enjoy family days out and going on trips away.

I am very proud of the nursery and the team that I have working with me within the nursery. They all come with a wealth of experience and knowledge and this is evident in our everyday practice. I pride myself and my nursery on the relationships built between staff, children and parents and try to go above and beyond where possible to ensure we are getting it right for every family who comes to join us. With the help and support of the wonderful staff team, we can provide the care and education that every child deserves to enable them to have the best start in life.
