Happitots Nursery Bishopbriggs has an experienced team of nursery practitioners who provide day care for children from twelve weeks to five years of age. Out of school care and a holiday club are also available for children aged five to eleven years of age.

Delighted to have been awarded NMT Nursery Group Award 2018.

Happitots Nursery has different playrooms for each individual age group. Playrooms are bright, colourful and offer a range of natural resources in a stimulating environment. Each age range has its own individual garden for children to experience a variety of activities and make use of various resources.

The nursery makes full use of the local community, where children enjoy visits to the parks, library, pet shop, police station and local shops.

Happitots provides breakfast, a morning and afternoon snack and a two-course healthy lunch cooked by the on-site nursery chef. All menus have been NHS accredited and are made with fresh ingredients, and where possible, organic.

My son has attended Happitots Bishopbriggs since he was 3 years old and now attends the aftercare service they provide. The staff are fantastic and my son has built up a strong bond with all who are involved with his care while he attends. There is always a welcoming atmosphere when I arrive to drop
my son off or pick him up, and the staff are always willing to go above and beyond their care of duty they are very dedicated to their job.

My Son has been going to this nursery for over 3 years and he has come on leaps and bounds in his confidence, speech and general play with other children. He runs in to nursery every morning, and quite often doesn't want to leave when we pick him up, which I feel is a great indicator! He has made great
friendships with both staff and other children and has really enjoyed his time through each of the rooms here. We are pleased that Happitots have been able to support us with him starting school, as he will continue to attend the breakfast club each morning.


I could not recommend the nursery highly enough.

Excellent nursery. I had to move my daughter as her previous nursery closed down. Now she has been there for a few months I realise the standard of the previous nursery was appalling! Happitots is an excellent nursery and offers so much more in terms of learning skills and keeping me up to date via

My granddaughter loves going to nursery and has settled very well. I love the detailed update on what my granddaughter has been up to all day when I go to collect her. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and reassuring.

Excellent nursery, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My son has attended since he was two and a half year old, he is leaving to attend school this summer, I would like to thank all the staff for helping with his development and making his journey through nursery a pleasant and happy experience.

We moved in the area less than a year ago, and we were looking for a nursery to take our daughter. She's never been away from us for a short nor long period of time, and we didn't know how she would react to this new experience. Their friendly and lovely staff helped a lot in the process. In my humble
opinion it is the best experience for my child so far, and the best nursery at this point in time.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming they all have great natures. My daughter nursery experience has been fantastic and I always feel confident my daughter will be well looked after. Her development since joining last June has been amazing thanks to all the help from the staff.

Lovely Nursery staff are so friendly and extremely helpful. My little girl loves going and sometimes doesn't want to come home because she is having some much fun with her friends. She is one year old and is coming along great with her development thanks to the help of the Nursery.

My name is Linsey, I have been in Childcare since leaving school in 2004. I started out as a Modern apprentice before gaining my qualification. I then became a practitioner, I love working with the children and families and supporting in all areas. In 2017 I became a team leader, before quickly changing into a Support & Development Manager and supporting the day to day running of the setting I worked in. I had been in my previous setting for 19 years and a change was needed, I am excited to see where working with Thrive at Happitots Bishopbriggs takes me.
