Rivendale Nursery

He is thriving. The staff are friendly, professional, approachable and give my son the very best of care available to him. Highly recommend.

Since joining Rivendale, my son has developed in so many ways. He is more confident, balanced and looks forward to going to nursery every day. The nursery is a fun and bright environment and it provides the backdrop for more effective learning. The staff are very approachable for parents and my child responds well to them. Overall, I can't rate Rivendale Nursery highly enough.

Rivendale is a very friendly and small nursery. Requests for extra or different days are often accepted, and the flexibility is great. My daughter's language is excellent and I think some of that is due to input from the nursery. Staff are friendly and my daughter enjoys her time there.

I particularly like the small number of children that the nursery caters for and the 'openness' of the layout i.e. Different age groups have different areas but they are not behind closed doors.

Staff are excellent, the nursery is always clean and tidy and the outside space is ideal. My only point to raise is I'd like a bit more of a handover when you pick your child up i.e. what and how much did they eat today/rough idea of the activities they've done.

We have been very happy with the nursery since our children started attending last year. I find the staff to be caring and considerate and I feel like they come home happy and content. My older child comes home and is able to tell me all the fun things she has been doing at nursery that day and has formed a bond with a few of the staff members and really looks forward to seeing them. My younger child is now much happier in the toddler room since he was moved up from the baby room. I can see a few things changing within the nursery for continuous improvement. They have implemented a new lunch system where the child gets to pick their lunch and I like that they will have a choice of what they get. Facilities are good and they make an effort to create different fun sections throughout the nursery- such as the dentist office and the construction section. Overall we are very pleased with Rivendale. The staff are doing a great job!

I have been using Rivendale Nursery since 2011 for my son, who is now at school, and for my daughter. I have always had the utmost confidence in the staff that work there and have never had any complaints or issues with this nursery. The staff are all very friendly, approachable, and make you feel very welcome. You are always kept up to date with what your child has been getting up to, and how they are progressing in the nursery. My daughter runs in and runs up to the staff for cuddles and always feels safe and secure with them, this puts my mind at ease when I go to work. I feel the staff really help the children along with their learning and it is lovely to see my daughter come home singing new songs to me or showing off that she can count to 20! I couldn’t be happier at the care both my children have received and I would definitely recommend Rivendale Nursery to anyone looking for a childcare provider.

The staff are so kind, loving and friendly, no need for a settling in period for us as he was so happy right from the start, it’s all about the people.

We are very satisfied with our experience at Riverdale Nursery. The nursery is always clean and organised and whenever I pick my son up, he is always interacting with others in a group activity. A big bonus for me is the flexibility in days that the nursery offers. The nursery staff try their best to accommodate date changes when required.

This is an excellent nursery, providing fantastic care of our child and for the family. They have provided a caring, nurturing and stimulating environment and experience for our child.

I have been impressed with the manager and all staff members who care for our daughter. She goes for wrap around care, two days a week. They are also very accommodating at short notice. I have been very happy with this nursery and would definitely recommend to others.
