Little Flyers @ Ingliston

My son is now a preschooler and over the course of his time at Little Flyers I have watched him become a more sociable and confident boy who's learning needs are continually being met.

Happy with all aspects of care of the children. The children are stimulated with new activities with continuous investment in outdoor and indoor playing areas.

The children have a strong bond with the nursery staff - leading to very happy and content children.

My son has been at Little Flyers @ Ingliston for 15 months and enjoyed his time in the baby room, and now loves the 2-5 room. When I drop him off each day he can't wait to run into the room and say goodbye to me and from this, I know he feels safe, secure and happy. When I collect him at the end of the day he is always smiling and happy and it is clear he has had an enjoyable day.

The other children are all very happy too which reinforces my thoughts that the staff really take care of the children. The nursery building itself may be small but it is very well organised and the outdoor space is excellent. Our son was very late to start walking due to a medical problem he had at birth and the staff have done everything to encourage him to walk and build his confidence. His walking has come on leaps and bounds due to the support from the nursery staff who are with him every day.

I couldn't recommend the Little Flyers @ Ingliston nursery enough.

My daughter has been at this nursery for nearly 7 months, and she has thrived in her confidence, interpersonal and communication skills. The nursery has a fresh approach, and through good management, they really do put the children's development centric to all of their decisions and core tasks. The nursery has a lovely environment, with good structure and values-based learning.

Little Flyers was a great find. Excellent facilities, there's a large garden with lots of play areas for the children. They have an allotment of vegetables and fruit that the children help to look after. They do activities like bird watching and get involved and learn about the environment, keeping it tidy and recycling. The children learn so much but always have fun whilst doing so. My little boy gets so excited to go to Little Flyers. He has food allergies and the staff have always been brilliant with looking out for reactions etc and know exactly what to do if he were to have a reaction to anything. I can go to work knowing he receives excellent care. The staff are always helpful and very friendly. My little boy loves all the staff and the other children that go to Little Flyers and can't wait to get to nursery.

The learning log lets you see how they are getting on which is great and you can also make comments.

Little Flyers have taken care of all our 3 boys, and we have now been customers of theirs continuously for over 4 years.

They have always been brilliant to the kids and us, and the boys have been really happy there. They seem to have a really great culture in terms of how they treat their staff, which in turn means the staff are great with the kids.

I would (and often have) recommend Little Flyers without reservation to other parents.

We have been very happy with Little Flyers nursery. The small size really appealed to us and our daughter really does feel at home there. All the staff are caring and have time to discuss my child's progress. The nursery is always trying to improve, in the few years we've been using the nursery there have been lovely changes to the outdoor space and introduction of healthy meals. We really like the outdoor space and friendly atmosphere at the nursery, but more importantly our daughter loves going to nursery here.

We have received excellent service from little flyers. The staff have really helped my child's development, there is a nice atmosphere in the nursery and the amount of time and range of activities that the kids undertake outside is fantastic.

I strongly recommend this nursery.

Absolute great nursery! My daughter has been at this nursery since she was 1 and is now 3, wouldn't put her anywhere else! Staff are fantastic with the children, as it is quite a small nursery with less children the staff have more time to interact and communicate with the child, and really get to know each child and there personality's. The garden is a great size, with plenty for the children to do. The learning side of things are excellent, they get topics for all the children to learn about through different activities. They have also have day trips out to the highland show each year which my wee girl has loved.

We are very pleased with this nursery and very happy that we chose it.

Little flyers helped our daughter settle in with very short notice of a placement. The range of activities, meals and outings are of a very high standard. The nursery has a flexibility option which suits our needs. We couldn't rate them high enough, expectations exceeded.
