Corner House Nursery The Grange is a large and well-established setting located in the Grange area in the heart of Edinburgh.

With an excellent staff team at the centre of everything the nursery does, provides quality care and education for all children.

The nursery has a spacious outdoor play area including its own vegetable patch. Bright and engaging indoor playrooms have a variety of stimulating resources including a popular Smart Board which all the children love. The on-site nursery chef, prepares balanced and delicious meals for all children, catering for all allergies and dietary requirements. She also provides cooking classes for the children.

Fortunate enough to have its own pre-school teacher who provides learning opportunities and support to all children in their pre-school years.

Recognised 'investor in people' and a registered eco-school - currently working towards their green flag while developing an eco-garden!

They are delighted to have been awarded NMT Nursery Group Award 2018.

Provides a range of session patterns to suit all childcare needs including variable sessions & extra sessions.

Included in fees is a quality early years care and education, freshly made, healthy meals and snacks, a range of extracurricular activities and a celebration of festivals throughout the year. Some staff speak fluent Polish too!

Children are taken on regular outings in the local area and have a graduation ceremony when they move on to primary school.

The staff are great! My child moved from another nursery and the transition was great. My child settled in and is loving the nursery. The staff have been very caring. My child has made many new friends. The management team are great at communicating with parents. The outdoor spaces are great, especially
for a city centre nursery. Meals, nappies, and wipes are provided.

Staff:
Exceptional staff in both preschool and Ladybird rooms, can't praise them enough! From day one they fully supported our kids to onboard, considering their personal preferences and needs. There's a friendly atmosphere around, one can see immediately, and our experiences with staff and management
are all positive.
Nursery:
The rooms are well equipped, there are plenty of activities throughout the day and kids are encouraged to join small group activities too that helps my son to build confidence and relationship with his peers.
At the end of the day at pickup, we are always being briefed and also receive updates and pictures on the app.
Overall:
We are very satisfied with Corner House Nursery The Grange but, most importantly, my kids love being here, they can't wait to go back the next morning and I think this tells it all!

Corner House Nursery The Grange is a brilliant nursery. The staff are brilliant in their communications and helping in the development of my children. A great environment and welcoming atmosphere for my children to grow and learn. Meals and nappies are provided.

My son settled in very well in the baby room from 12 months old and the care he received from his 'key worker' was excellent. The bond he has with her is lovely to see and it was very reassuring to see that he was so happy in her care. His transition into the toddler room happened just after he turned
16 months and it went very smoothly. We took the key worker's advice that he was ready to move out of the baby room a bit sooner than we expected and her advice was correct. He is thriving with the activities and crafts that he is offered and again my husband and I are very happy with the care he receives. This is very reassuring when he attends the nursery for such long days, whilst my husband and I are at work. All the staff we have come into contact with over the past 6 months have been friendly, professional and we appreciate the great job that everyone at Strawberry Hill does. My only criticism is that the billing has been quite late a couple of times.

All of the staff are very friendly and extremely accommodating of any special requirements.
My daughter really enjoys her days at Strawberry Hill and it is great to see all the updates online about what activities she has been doing.

We have had an extremely positive experience with Strawberry Hill Nursery, specifically the sunflower room (ages one-two) years old. The women who look after the sunflower room are amazing with our child and we couldn't be happier with the work they do. There are a few things that the main office need
to work on but that can all be worked out with a bit of attention and focus.

Strawberry Hill is the best nursery I could hope to send my little girl to. My daughter loves arriving and hates coming home (which I hope speaks to how wonderful her time at nursery is and nothing to do with my parenting skills). I trust the nursery practitioners to know absolutely what is right for

Fantastic staff that work really well with the children. My son is always happy to attend and loves all the activities on offer. Any concerns are quickly addressed and dealt with effectively. Would recommend this nursery, staff are great with the children and there is a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. My 2-year-old has been here for a year and loves it. He’s built good relationships with peers and staff. There has been a rapid increase in development academically and socially. Meals

We have been very pleased with Strawberry Hill so far, having used the youngest 3 rooms with our child. The staff are friendly and caring and good at engaging with the children. The activities they plan are varied and their facilities, toys and garden are lovely. Any issues we have had have been dealt
with promptly and with care from staff and nursery manager and all are very accommodating. In a reasonably large nursery, all parents and children are recognised and greeted and it makes us feel like individuals and not just customers.

We love Strawberry Hill Nursery! Our son started to go there 4 times a week when he was 6 months old and he's loved going there ever since. The staff are beyond friendly and caring and we are confident that they nurture his development in the best way possible.

I have had the very happy children attend Strawberry Hill and we wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are wonderful, genuinely care for the kids and take pride in their work. They are a little reticent when it comes to discipline but not to the point of being a problem and the good points outweigh this
one bad point.
Food is cooked on site and is varied. I would perhaps prefer more veg and less stodge for the babies but otherwise the food is great.
Lovely big rooms and great outside space for a city centre nursery.

We had troubles to begin with but they helped so much to get my kid settled down.
He has been there since he was one and a half year old till now, almost three years old.
He has been in two different rooms and in both of the rooms, the girls were amazing.

Staff at the nursery are very professional. My son started at the nursery when he was 14 months. He is very happy and likes going to the nursery. He has learned a lots. The nursery rooms are very clean and comfortable. They have everything that the children need. There has been a lot of improvement
