Dunblane Nature Kindergarten

DNK has always been a wonderful nursery for our 3 year old and 1 year old. My 3 year old loves all the outdoor play and forest walks. The preschool staff are fantastic and my daughter loves them. The baby room were great when my 1-year-old struggled to settle in and they arranged extra settles to all her to adjust to nursery, ensured continuity of staff and gave us advice on how to best help her settle. Now she loves nursery and is very happy after all the extra effort they kindly made. There is good continuity and good reflection of staff which I have not always found at a previous nursery.

I have no hesitation in recommending and have recommended to friends. Thanks for all your effort to make connections with the children!

DNK has been great since both my children started in 2024 and 2026. The staff are always happy and take time to talk about the children's day and what they've been up to, they always come home happy and well fed.

The staff are all amazing. Everyone is friendly and hard working. You can tell they all love their jobs and are great with the kids.

Great nursery, lots of space for little ones to grow and learn. My daughter has been in attendance since she was 9 months old and the nursery has catered for her every need regardless the ask.

We recently moved our daughter and its been the besy decision. Her care at Dunblane Nature Kindergarten has been fantastic and our daughter is thriving. It's so reassuring knowing we can drop off and go to work knowing our daughter is happy and safe. We would recommend DNK 100%.

My two daughters have been attending this nursery over the last four years and we have been very happy with all aspects of their care. They have been receiving so much love and individual care which helped them to grow in confidence and develop skills in a safe environment. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

Della has totally thrived at DNK. Since starting in January (after only being at home with mum and no other kids to hang out with). She's confident, funny and happy. Love that I know she's had outdoor time and enjoying getting mucky and exploring with her new pals. Her teachers are so caring and I feel happy leaving her in their care.

The settling in process was excellent, the number of sessions were not limited and the staff were brilliant at slowly getting my son used to the environment and the new routine. All of my asks were and are still accommodated, and the love and affection towards my son is obvious. We are super happy with the nursery we choose.

My child has been attending Dunblane Nature Kindergarten since she was 9 months old and absolutely loves it. The transition process back then was incredibly smooth; the highly professional team went above and beyond to make her feel settled, safe, and secure from day one. Whether it was teething pain or nappy rash, they handled it with so much care. There is a brilliant mix of creative indoor activities, excellent outdoor play, and even walks about the city in double buggies. The children spend so much time exploring outside and learning in a wonderful outdoor space. The staff are incredibly nurturing, enthusiastic, and approachable, and it is clear they are passionate about their profession. Communication is excellent, and the team is always friendly and ready to provide detailed feedback at the end of every day. It is a well-run, safe, and happy environment, and it is amazing to see how much confidence and learning skills my child has gained since starting here. Highly recommend!

All of my children have gone to DNK, my daughter is now at school, my middle child is in the bumblebee room and my youngest is in the rainbow room. I can't recommend DNK enough, from the care and attention given to each child to all of the fun, educational outdoor activities they do on a daily basis. All of my children have thrived. Leah, in the rainbow room has been the perfect key worker for our little boy, he absolutely adores her and she has brought out the best in him, she's so attentive to his personality and just gets him. Linzi, in the bumblebee room was our daughter's key worker and is the same for our middle child. He absolutely adores her and feels very safe in her care. She's always thinking of new ways to challenge him academically and spends so much time with him. I can't thank DNK enough as without them our children wouldn't be the confident, caring little people they are today, thank you

my son attends DNK once a week and has loved his time there, the girls are great and are so nurturing and attentive to my child's individual needs! The girls in the sunbeams especially! He always comes home happy when he attends the nursery and always looks forward to going in.

We are so glad we chose DNK for our boy, the staff all seem so lovely and allow children to thrive!

Our son started at DNK in August 2025, in the Bumblebee room! We were greeted with such warmth and friendliness by the staff. Our son has loved attending nursery, his speech has developed so nicely and he has made amazing friends along the way. We are always given informative updates on our son and feel he is given so many opportunities to learn, grow and express himself in all the interactive play and lessons!

DNK have been wonderful in welcoming our family to the area, making a huge, stressful transition from England to Dunblane a lot easier. Management have been so flexible and understanding of our situation which has been so helpful. The staff are caring, knowledgeable, and brilliant with the children, and really lovely to interact with, thoughtfully updating us on how our son is doing (particularly after difficult drop offs!). He's beginning to settle well, helped enormously by the stimulating environment and the amazing opportunities for outdoor play. I'd really recommend this nursery to anyone in the area.

Lyla moved to DNK in August last year so we could be closer to home. When we first moved I was worried she wouldn't settle or find the change too challenging due to being happy in her previous nursery. From the moment I reached out to the nursery for more information, I've had nothing but reassurance and filled with confidence that I was making the right decision. Within the first week of doing settle sessions, I knew this was the best place for both Lyla and myself. She settled in amazingly as if she had been there from day dot and built such strong relationships with Mia and the other staff in the baby room. Lyla is now in the Sunflower room and I couldn't be happier or prouder of how much she has come on in every aspect of her development thanks to the incredible care and support from Leah and all the team. She waves bye bye every morning without a second of hesitation, it's like a home from home for her. I can't thank DNK & all the staff enough for everything they do for my family!

We're really happy with the care they provide and would definitely recommend this nursery.

They do so many lovely activities with them and they get outdoors as much as possible which is great. Any issues or fears I have are listened to and addressed promptly and with compassion. Please keep doing what your doing - your amazing and should be told that more often.
