The Flowers Day Nursery & Pre-School

My son has been going to the nursery for almost three years now, and we clearly see his development. He has improved a lot, especially with his social skills. He has learnt to communicate and know how to express himself now with the help of caring and enthusiastic staff. The general manager and all the staff are kind, caring and approachable and always helpful to the children and parents.

Our children have attended this nursery for the last six years between them. Staff are always confident, calm and caring. I have not had one day where the children were not happy to be attending. The children are confident little humans, which are only credit to the dedication and commitment to the staff. It has been a wonderful experience for them where they have been nurtured, and they love to tell us about the stories they have been read, the arts and crafts they have done and the songs they have learnt. Staff have been amazing during the pandemic, and have gone above and beyond to try and accommodate my work commitments. If you want a nursery that feels like home but has great structure, then this is the place you.

My child is always well looked after. Friendly staff. My daughter enjoys her time at The Flowers Day Nursery. Due to covid 19 circumstances, they have been very accommodating to me and childcare issues.

My daughter has been with Flowers since when she's about 9-months, I think, and my daughter is now 4 and still attends. I have the utmost respect to all staff and their dedication to the kid's wellbeing and safety. Thank you very much.

My daughter has attended this nursery since she was 7 months old and I can not recommend it highly enough. The staff are so caring and genuinely enthusiastic when talking about the children. My daughter absolutely loves it and can’t wait to go in the mornings. With all the recent upheaval in all our lives, it’s been a real blessing to have such understanding and compassionate staff. Not just for the children! They also make a special effort to do lots of fun activities with the children and it’s lovely to see the work my daughter brings home.

My son has been going to the nursery since April 2019 and I can honestly say we picked the best nursery. They have helped my little boy grow! When he started at 8 months, he wasn't crawling. Now he runs backwards and has such a great grasp of English. I believe a lot of this growth is down to the wonderful aunties at The Flowers. They have always been so lovely to my boy and us as parents (even when he's been very naughty indeed!). As a family, we have gone through redundancies and a pandemic and they have always been so supportive and helpful. Even though I no longer work around the corner from the nursery, I could never look for another nursery. My son and us have been welcomed as part of The Flowers family. My son loves going to nursery each day which is so reassuring as parents because you know you made the right decision! He always has a lot of fun playing games, being creative and making friends with the other lovely kids they have!

For me, it would be difficult to find another childcare setting as good as this.

My child is so happy there and the staff from management and the team all so friendly and polite and so caring they love your child as their own I recommend this nursery 100% I give them five stars.
