When my previous childcare provider suddenly closed Holywell Child Care Ltd were able to take on my daughter at very short notice and went out of their way to make her feel welcome. The staff sent pictures and updates of how she was settling in which helped put my mind at ease. After only being there a week I was pleasantly surprised when she came home with a card and personalised balloon for her birthday. The staff also went to a lot of effort to put on a socially distanced Christmas party for the kids, giving up their day off to do so. So far I've received excellent care and prompt communication and can't fault anything. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

I feel privileged to have my daughter at the nursery. Their communication is excellent. My child has learned so much. Staff are happy to answer any queries or explain things (how they manage a situation) if I ask. All the little things they do goes a long way - like a card and balloon for their birthday and some photos when you are asking how your child is settling. They are happy to talk to you and reassure you and understand why you may be feeling the way you are. Can't fault them.

The new outdoor facilities are incredible as well as the refurbished indoors. It just keeps getting better.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough, the staff are all really friendly and lovely. My daughter has been going there since 6 months old and is now 3 and she loves it. When speaking to people they all say how confident and how well her speech is and it’s all down to the work the girls do with her. I’m very happy with Holywell Child Care and would recommend it to anyone, nothing is ever a problem and they are always happy to help

It's managed well and I feel that she is happy and safe while she is there.

Holywell Child Care has been so supportive of my son. His development has improved tenfold since being a part of Holywell Child Care and they go above and beyond for every child. We get regular updates via WhatsApp and daily forms on what they have done etc. The staff are amazing and I couldn’t be happier with them all.

My daughter has been at this nursery from around eight months old, she is now three and she absolutely loves it there. She loves all the staff members and children. The staff are professional and polite and all are amazing with the children. So glad I found this nursery for my daughter.

My little girl loves going to the nursery; which reflects the absolutely great staff and the excellent care they provide. As two working full-time parents, it’s great that they offer a full meal for tea before she comes home. They have been accommodating and flexible when we have needed; which is really appreciated. Can’t recommend them enough.

We've always found staff to be really friendly and helpful. My daughter struggled when she first started at nursery but the staff were very comforting and after several weeks, she has settled really well and is happy to be left each day.

Absolutely fantastic nursery, my grandson loves going there and has thrived since being there. Staff are fabulous, and you can see that they enjoy what they do and the children they look after love being with them. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anybody. 5* In my opinion.

This nursery has been amazing. From the day I needed to find childcare to return to work after having alternative arrangements the staff and management at the nursery have helped me and made me and my children feel welcome. The staff are always supportive and friendly. The food menu is fantastic and balanced, the education is brilliant and now both my children attend and love it.

He was always very well looked after, and as parents, we always received a warm welcome and a detailed diary sheet when we arrived to collect him at the end of his session. We never felt worried when we dropped him off in the mornings. Devastated to have left this Nursery, have never found one half as good.

Since starting nursery at Holywell Child Care I have seen so much development in my little boy, from his speech to his dietary intake which I was struggling with. He has come along so much since starting there. I was initially worried about sending him to nursery while I worked but with reassurance and support from the staff at holywell childcare I decided to try it and seeing how well my boy is doing it has turned out to be the best decision I've made. I can't thank the team enough for all they do for my son and I. He enjoys going and loves all the staff there. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Only had experience of baby room but that staff there are so good with my daughter.
