We relocated to the area earlier this year. Finding suitable childcare was a priority for me to ensure my 4yr old daughter would be safe and settled when I went to work. Holywell childcare felt right. It feels homely and all the staff are very caring, friendly and helpful.
The nursery offer a good
range of services and have gone above and beyond to help me with my childcare needs. Kayleigh (deputy manager) is very approachable and lovely.
My daughter has settled in very quickly, she looks forward to and enjoys her days at nursery.
I feel at ease knowing my daughter is well looked after and is having lots of fun too.

Holywell Childcare is an outstanding setting with truly welcoming and caring staff. From the moment you walk through the door, you can feel how warm, friendly, and supportive the team is. They make both children and parents feel comfortable, and it's clear they genuinely enjoy what they do.
The activities
provided are thoughtful, enjoyable, and really engaging for the children. There's always something creative and stimulating for them to get involved in. The outdoor space is another huge highlight-spacious, the equipment is well-maintained and perfect for exploring and play.
One of the best features is their communication app. It's incredibly reassuring to see what the children have been up to with daily photos being uploaded most days, it shows which room they are in, what they've eaten, nappy changes/toileting and any messages throughout the day so helpful and gives great peace of mind
Overall, Holywell Childcare is a safe, happy, and enriching environment. Highly recommend!!

When my previous childcare provider suddenly closed Holywell Child Care Ltd were able to take on my daughter at very short notice and went out of their way to make her feel welcome. The staff sent pictures and updates of how she was settling in which helped put my mind at ease. After only being there
a week I was pleasantly surprised when she came home with a card and personalised balloon for her birthday. The staff also went to a lot of effort to put on a socially distanced Christmas party for the kids, giving up their day off to do so. So far I've received excellent care and prompt communication and can't fault anything. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

I feel privileged to have my daughter at the nursery. Their communication is excellent. My child has learned so much. Staff are happy to answer any queries or explain things (how they manage a situation) if I ask. All the little things they do goes a long way - like a card and balloon for their birthday
and some photos when you are asking how your child is settling. They are happy to talk to you and reassure you and understand why you may be feeling the way you are. Can't fault them.

I have used Holywell Child Care for 5 years now and can honestly say the service is incredible. Both of my children, boy aged 6 and girl aged 3, have been attending since 9/10 months old and their development really shines through because of Holywell Child Care. Even during these difficult times (Covid)
the staff have been so supportive of all parents and implemented any changes without impacting the children. Being a full-time mum you always feel the guilt of leaving your children somewhere but Holywell Child Care has made it much easier to deal with as the children love it so much!
The new outdoor facilities are incredible as well as the refurbished indoors. It just keeps getting better.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough, the staff are all really friendly and lovely. My daughter has been going there since 6 months old and is now 3 and she loves it. When speaking to people they all say how confident and how well her speech is and it’s all down to the work the girls do with her.
I’m very happy with Holywell Child Care and would recommend it to anyone, nothing is ever a problem and they are always happy to help

I cannot recommend Holywell Child Care enough for the care they have given both my children. I wouldn’t leave my children with anyone else. The girls there go above and beyond to help and reassure parents throughout the whole time there. I was in a state leaving my breastfed baby there and they offered
me to go in on my breaks to feed her (way before Covid) my little boy isn’t a big talker and one of the girls gave me such reassurance of how bright he is and how I shouldn’t worry if he communicates in ways people understand.
Both my children love going.

Holywell Child Care has been so supportive of my son. His development has improved tenfold since being a part of Holywell Child Care and they go above and beyond for every child. We get regular updates via WhatsApp and daily forms on what they have done etc. The staff are amazing and I couldn’t be happier
with them all.

Great nursery, great staff. My daughter actually cries when it's home time!
The outside area is fantastic and the food is really healthy with a good variety.
It's managed well and I feel that she is happy and safe while she is there.

We've always found staff to be really friendly and helpful. My daughter struggled when she first started at nursery but the staff were very comforting and after several weeks, she has settled really well and is happy to be left each day.

Absolutely fantastic nursery, my grandson loves going there and has thrived since being there. Staff are fabulous, and you can see that they enjoy what they do and the children they look after love being with them. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anybody. 5* In my opinion.

This nursery has been amazing. From the day I needed to find childcare to return to work after having alternative arrangements the staff and management at the nursery have helped me and made me and my children feel welcome. We moved to North Wales in 2014, from Nottinghamshire, due to my Husband taking a new job, our little boy was 8 months old at the time, and I was still on maternity leave. Holywell Day Nursery was right at the bottom of the hill from our house, and the fact that did 'term time only' contracts made
this nursery even more perfect as I had managed to get a job working in a school. I was very anxious about leaving my little boy anyway (never mind the fact that we were now 120 miles away from anyone we knew!) but the settling in sessions really worked for both him and myself, and the staff didn't mind my ringing (sometimes multiple times) throughout the day to see if he was okay.
He was always very well looked after, and as parents, we always received a warm welcome and a detailed diary sheet when we arrived to collect him at the end of his session. We never felt worried when we dropped him off in the mornings. Devastated to have left this Nursery, have never found one half as good.

Since starting nursery at Holywell Child Care I have seen so much development in my little boy, from his speech to his dietary intake which I was struggling with. He has come along so much since starting there. I was initially worried about sending him to nursery while I worked but with reassurance
and support from the staff at holywell childcare I decided to try it and seeing how well my boy is doing it has turned out to be the best decision I've made. I can't thank the team enough for all they do for my son and I. He enjoys going and loves all the staff there. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
