My name is Jayne, and I am the Operational Manager for Eaglescliffe and Catterick nurseries.

Throughout my journey, I have had the pleasure of supporting many children and their families, helping them grow, develop and reach their full potential. Seeing the children flourish and knowing I played a part in their early years is what makes my role so rewarding.

I am Abbie, and I recently became Manager here, following my role as Deputy Manager at our Catterick nursery. I have worked in childcare for many years and have been part of our nursery family since 2021.

As a mum myself, I understand the importance of providing a warm, nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn. My passion lies in early years education and delivering a rich, engaging curriculum that supports every child's individual development.

I also have a love for outdoor learning and am currently completing my Forest School qualification. Helping children explore nature, develop confidence, and learn through hands-on experiences in the outdoors.

Hi, I'm Joanne, and I have dedicated my career to working in childcare. Before Banana Moon Eaglescliffe took over the nursery in April 2026, I proudly worked at Glenfields for almost 30 years.

Throughout my career, I have built wonderful relationships with generations of children and their families. One of the most rewarding parts of my role has been watching the children I cared for grow into confident, successful adults. Knowing I have played a small part in their early years journey is something I am incredibly proud of.

I am passionate about providing children with the very best start in life, creating a caring, nurturing environment where they feel safe, happy, and encouraged to learn through play. Hi, I'm Kayleigh, and I have worked in childcare for many years. I worked at Glenfields Nursery before Banana Moon took over, and I am so passionate about supporting babies during their earliest stages of development and helping them grow in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

As a mum to two children, I understand just how important family is and the trust parents place in us every day. My own experiences as a parent help me build strong relationships with families and provide the care, reassurance, and support that every child deserves.

Hi, I'm Jo! Children have always been at the heart of my life, both professionally and personally, and I love being part of their early years journey.

I worked at Glenfields before Banana Moon Eaglescliffe took over and have really enjoyed being part of the nursery's exciting transformation. Over the past few months, it has been wonderful to see the new environments develop, creating inspiring spaces that support children's learning, curiosity, and development every day.

As well as supporting the children, I am one of the nursery cooks and take great pride in preparing healthy, nutritious meals that the children enjoy. I believe that good nutrition plays an important role in helping children grow, learn, and thrive.

I love preparing healthy, nutritious meals for the children and enjoy creating delicious treats and catering for our nursery events.
