My daughter has just finished at Penny Pot to head to school. This nursery has prepared her so well for the changes ahead and helped her learn and grow in confidence in the 2 years she has attended.
So sad to say goodbye to the wonderful team and any child would be lucky to attend here.
Thank you
to the manager and staff.

Our daughter joined the nursery when she was 11 months old and as our first child, we were so nervous about this transition. We chose Penny Pot because when I visited, the manager was incredible. Her passion for what she does was clear and she knew every child's name that we met across the initial tour
of the nursery and spent time talking to them - it felt so personable and gave me such trust in the nursery! All of the staff are incredible and did an amazing job of settling our daughter in (it wasn't an easy transition with a lot of tears!). They put so much effort into each day and it has been incredible to see how confident, sociable and adventurous our daughter has become within the first few months of being there. We can't thank them enough for what they do!

Penny Pot is fantastic. The nursery was completely renovated in 2021 and now the rooms have lots of different play areas with new and carefully considered toys/equipment.
The staff plan a variety of activities for the children to take part in, so they can join in with whatever they like. The themes
designed for learning are really well-thought-out.
The management team is really helpful and will do whatever they can to accommodate last minute requests.
Both of our sons have been at this nursery since they were 9 months, and the eldest is now nearly 4. They both absolutely love it (all 4.5 days a week). I couldn't ask for any more.

My son started here, in summer 2021 when he turned 1. Initially, he was very attached to me so it was hard to leave him, particularly as he would get upset. The staff were amazing at settling him and helping me as well. Now, he can’t wait to run into the nursery, all smiles waiting to see everybody.

All the staff are interested in him as an individual and want to help him progress. I get pictures and updates throughout the day which helps me understand what’s going on. They always have all sorts of activities and there are all lots of plans to improve the nursery further.

I could not be happier choosing this nursery for my son's first nursery. Starting at only 8-months-old, I was worried and nervous to leave him in the care of others, but the fantastic team have put me at ease and have settled him so well. He has built great bonds and friendships with adults and other
children and is learning new things daily. There is a wide range of great resources, activities and constant stimulation.

We moved our son to Penny Pot nursery in September, and I am so glad we did. He absolutely loves going to nursery and the staff are all so amazing with him and the other children. My son runs into the room every day excited and gives the staff huge cuddles! They are always doing fun activities, every
day he is doing something different - even a trip to the local park. There’s been a big refurb and the place looks amazing, it’s a really lovely space for the children and the outdoor areas are fab. I can’t recommend this nursery enough, a fantastic manager and staff who really care about the children they look after! So glad we chose this nursery!

The nursery has just been taken over by a new manager, and the difference is amazing! My daughter is so much happier now that she has moved to Penny Pot nursery. There is much more of a family feel here, and the staff are brilliant. There is loads for the children to do, and there are parks within the
base for the children to use, and it's just been refurbished inside and looks loads better. I'm so glad that we moved her here!

My son transferred to Pennypot Nursery from another nursery during the course of the term. When he joined Pennypot Nursery I was overwhelmed with the care they gave my son. With the support of the staff, he was able to immediately fit in without any problems. The care provided is professional, excellent
and brilliant. When I am at work I don't even worry about my son because I know he is in perfect, capable and professional hands. My son has benefited tremendously and he has also developed and come out of his shell. He enjoys going to nursery. He has developed so much in his social skills and his vocabulary is rich and amazing. The nursery provides a safe, friendly nurturing environment for the children. Each day of the week is filled with different activities which are educational and fun. One word to describe Pennypot Nursery would be "Amazing". It is also very good value for money. I would highly recommend Pennypot Nursery.

Very friendly staff, my little boy loves it here. It's much bigger than other nursery's allowing more room to play and good outdoor space too. It’s a perfect ratio of staff to children allowing for a very dedicated environment.

My son has been attending the nursery since he was 9 months old, he is just coming up to two now. The staff are fantastic with him and he absolutely loves it there. I literally cannot get him out of the place at the end of the day. The facilities are fantastic and the kids have so much space to run
around. I would highly recommend this nursery.

So glad we chose Penny Pot for our child's first nursery. We were both anxious to put her in full time but the staff do a brilliant job and cannot be faulted. She absolutely adores them and has come on leaps and bounds since starting there at 1yo. Fab that you can go by the hours rather than a full
time/part time block. We are moving area and taking her out of Penny Pot is by far the hardest thing of the lot as we now have a very high expectation of the next place!

When my little girl started at Penny Pot she was very shy having been at home with Mum for three years. Within just a few weeks in the Superstars room, she had made fantastic relationships with the staff and lovely friendships with the other children. She is coming home after each session having learnt
something new and so excited to go back the following day.
She also participates in the organised Mini Kicks session which she wouldn't have the opportunity to do without being at Penny Pot.
We are so grateful to the staff for helping my little girl grow and develop into a much more confident outgoing little girl.

Our daughter couldn't love Penny Pot nursery in Harrogate more.

We found the nursery from the council list and of the ones we when to visit it was far bigger, more activities, more friendly and they took her allergy very seriously even training more staff around this and setting up special instructions

in every room and making her own medical bag.
I feel she is far safer due to the location and it also gives them more chance to go out to the local park.
The space in the nursery is fab, large rooms, a newly furnished outdoor and covered area so they can get out even when it's raining.
The food is good and the level of activities she does every day are fab. The staff are also great at instilling new things we are teaching her or encouraging her to play, share, be polite, learn and turn new things with confidence.
Our daughter really loves the staff and other children and always runs in and out happy.

My daughter first started Penny Pot Pre-School at 18 months old and is currently in pre-school getting ready to go to school in September. She has always loved coming to nursery and her development has come on leaps since starting. She has turned into a fantastic bright confident child. She has excellent
relationships with her carers and key worker, and the management are always very helpful. All around lovely setting.

My son has been attending since he was 7 months old, he is now 3.5 years and daughter just over a year, she is 18 months. They are both very happy here and look forward to their nursery days. The personal approach of the management and staff is excellent. The managers also try to be flexible and
understand the needs of working parents as well as the children.
