Excellent, caring staff. Fantastic key worker who helped my daughter settle in well. Helpful management team. Happy with my choice of nursery. I really hope they can obtain the funding required for the new build, to accommodate our ever-growing village population. Asset to the village.

My daughter has been at Jigsaws since March 2023 and has hit every milestone she needs to because of the staff. Every morning she runs into the building with the big smile and is so excited to tell me about her day at pick up. Happy child, Happy parent!

In regards to staff members with parents, I can't fault it. Every staff member I have spoken to has been so professional and very informative. They update me everyday through the app on what my daughter has done, eaten, any milestones hit and it allows me to upload milestones/activities she achieves at home. They also ring me if my daughter has had any of bumps to the head, no matter how minor- staff are very strict on this which gives me a lot of peace of mind. At pick up they are very informative on how my daughters day has been, whats shes been up to, if shes had a sleep and any concerns. Jigsaws will be the first choice for any future children I may have. 5 stars! Highly recommend.

Our son has thrived at jigsaws. Their early years educators have provided a welcoming, homely and safe environment for him since he was 22 months (now nearly 4) - our son really struggles with environments outside of the home so the fact that he can be happy in their setting speaks volumes of the care they provide for the children there. They have assisted and supported us through the early stages of understanding our sons additional needs to now being nearly 2 years into an autism assessment process.

I cannot sing Jigsaws praises enough, all the staff really go above and beyond!

It's the best thing as a parent knowing that your child is happy.

My son was very shy when starting nursery but the staff and their methods of teaching are brilliant and he is much more confident now. He is learning a lot and his development has increased.

My daughter has been attending Jigsaws Childcare Ltd since she was 10 months old and the staff have just been amazing - they’re all thoughtful caring and very knowledgeable. They always have great activities planned for the kids, there’s loads of outdoor space for them to play in and they have been great in terms of adapting to her changing needs from a 10-month-old baby to now a walking little tot. Can’t recommend enough.

I've used this nursery since 2012 all five of my children have attended and have all had a great experience with no complaints and all and all have got on well with the staff.

I have 3 children at Jigsaws, my daughter has attended since 2014 and my sons for the past year or so. This is a fantastic setting for my children, it’s such a close-knit nursery and I always feel like they know my children so well. They genuinely care for the well-being and development of my children and their learning, social skills and independence have come on leaps and bounds under their care. My daughter is now in reception and she was so well prepared for this thanks to the phonics learning they completed in the Discoverers room. The ‘family-like’ feel means they are confident, happy to be there and I feel secure knowing they are well looked after.

Our youngest daughter will soon be joining Jigsaws in the baby room.

Overall we would recommend the nursery to anyone looking for child care in Church Fenton.

Smashing, friendly nursery. All my children have gone here from birth to starting school and enjoy it very much. It's proximity to the school is very handy for pick up and drop off. The staff are always friendly and it's a very informal, child-led learning environment. The contracts are varied to suit all needs and the management are very accommodating with last minute requests. Very happy with the service and would happily recommend.

Overall we are really happy with Jigsaws and have recommended to friends.

The close ties they have with Kirk Fenton School means they can pick up and drop off the kids at before and after school clubs, so they don’t miss out. They also have catch-ups with the school to tie in with the curriculum.

My little girl loves coming to Jigsaws. She is always excited to tell me about her day when she has been there. They do lots of different fun activities each day and her key worker works so hard to bring out the best in my daughter and she has learned so much! The staff are so caring and approachable and always keep me up-to-date on her progress.

They have fully supported my daughter since the age of 6 months. She is now 2 years, 4 months and they have encouraged and developed her non stop. They encouraged her potty training and have dealt with it with no problems. My daughter's maths and love for books have continued at nursery where they do non stop development with her whilst including the fun element.

My 20-month-old daughter only started with Jigsaws Childcare Ltd 4 weeks ago. It was difficult at first as it was new for the both of us. I am regularly kept up to date with how she gets on during her time there and encouraged to call if I have any concerns. The staff are all lovely and have really helped my daughter settle and make the most of her time.
