My daughter has been going to this nursery for over a year and it's a big part of her life. She loves the routine, activities but mostly the fantastic staff that work there. We couldn't be happier with my daughter's emotional and social development. We would recommend this nursery to everyone.
As a working Mum, there is no better feeling than your child being left happy, safe and well cared for. The staff are brilliant and I can see from the daily communication, file feedback and parents meetings that they love what they do and take pride in my child's achievements alongside me! The personal planning for my child is brilliant and supports the things she is interested in at the time, e.g. worked hard to support her with her toileting and mixing with her peers. I am so happy I am choosing to use her funded hours here.
My girls have been in the baby room and the staff in there are fantastic, this is reflected in how happy the children are all the time. My daughters can't wait to go in and see all the staff and love getting cuddles from them and have made some strong bonds.
Since my daughters have attended Playcare Nursery they have really come on in many ways, the staff have worked really hard with them encouraging them in any areas they may have been struggling with.
I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.
Both my daughters attended the holiday club for a few weeks in the summer holidays. They both enjoyed it so much, each day they were eager to tell me all about the fun things they had been doing. All the staff were great and communication was excellent. It was lovely to see that each staff member built up a close relationship with each of them. They still talk about Playcare now!!!
The baby room leader is very good at making sure the children have everything they need. Another key team member is natural with the babies and the children seem to warm to her friendly nature. I have been impressed with the feedback my son's keyworker has given me on his progress in his file. All the staff are wonderful in the baby room, they really are loving and care for the babies. Whenever I turn up, I always notice how they have children in their arms for cuddles and stories. He settled in really well at Playcare. He was never left to cry and was rocked each day at nap time till he became used to his environment, now his sleeps are for 2 hrs or more. He never comes home shattered, because he gets rest - which is great as I can spend time with him after work.
The diet is also excellent, you be amazed whats on the menu. Best nursery in the area!
