The COVID situation was well managed by the nursery, and parents were kept up to date throughout the lockdown and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Twinkles to other parents.

Our three boys currently attend Twinkles (x2 Shooting Stars and x1 Rising Stars) and we’ve always been really happy with the care they receive. From manager to key worker to chef, every staff member is thoughtful, caring and, importantly, fun. The management of the recent pandemic has been fantastic - reassuringly thorough with safety measures but also taking a common-sense approach to the individual needs of the child. The rooms are set up with interesting items to play with and the garden is a real highlight. Fully recommend.

We have used Twinkles since our child was 10-months-old. More recently, we have continued using wraparound care throughout the pandemic crisis. The dedication of the care team during the height of lockdown has been remarkable. The team, led by the nursery manager, have never failed to deliver an excellent child-centred service. They have tackled every challenge this situation has thrown at them head-on, without the hint of an impact on the experience children have. Since the creation of bubbles, they have continued to provide an excellent level of care, ensuring that my child has been fully cared for and engaged. We have been very happy with Twinkles since our child started in 2016, however, this dedication over the last few months has made us all the more grateful for their care. Well done to the manager and the team.

My son has been attending Twinkles since he was 10-months-old. He’ll be at school in September and has had a happy few years at nursery. Everyone looking after him has been so helpful and caring and the atmosphere always feels positive and warm. I’d happily recommend Twinkles to other families looking for a great local daycare.

Extracurricular activities like Forest School and Spanish lessons are a great addition.

Three years on and it’s still the best decision we ever made. My little girl is full of confidence, fun and happiness and she tells me every day all the things she’s learned that day. In each room she’s been in, she’s adored her key worker but equally adores the other ‘teachers’. It’s very much a family orientated nursery and everyone smiles and waves hello when we come in. Even the chef talks to the children and my little girl love him because he makes silly faces! Wonderful nursery.

My daughter only started in December 2019. I was worried as her previous nursery had closed but the amazing team there means I never have to worry about her. I know she is well cared for, having fun and making friends. Thank you.

My little girl attended nursery from seven months up until leaving for primary school. She absolutely loved her time at Twinkles Boston Spa! It gave her the perfect foundation for starting school. My little boy is currently in the Baby Stars room and he also couldn't be more settled or happier. He loves the practitioners, who in turn really do look after him like he was their own. He is coming on so well in all areas of development and credit needs to be given to the practitioners and the fantastic activities and experiences they provide for him. The manager works really hard to make all families feel valued and involved in the setting and is approachable and friendly.

Excellent nursery. My 17-month-old has been attending since July 2019 and is so happy there! He's made great relationships and learnt so much. I'm amazed at his development!

Both of my children attend the nursery and experience a good variety of activities in and outside of the nursery. I happily recommend the nursery and the staff.

Both of our children have attended Twinkles since we moved to the area in 2016. Despite being a smaller nursery with fewer facilities than the one our children attended previously the quality of care is much higher and the general feeling is much warmer and more genuine. Our children have been very happy there and there is little we can fault with our overall experience. Management are always visible and our children have formed real bonds with their various carers, some of whom have been really excellent. Would happily recommend to anyone.

Our son started at the nursery in 2015. We chose Twinkles as it is a small and friendly nursery and they have their own chef who caters to our son's needs. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming.

The Nursery nurses work very hard to keep the children safe and happy and they enjoy different activities each day such as playing outside and story time.

As parents, we feel we have gotten to know all of the staff who care for our son and they all make an effort to get to know him too and build genuine relationships which is extremely important to us to ensure he remains happy when away from family. I know staff will always phone if there are any problems or worries and the managers keep the nursery professional at all times.

Finally, staff always ensure that safety and security are paramount using the buzzer door system and again knowing each child and their family.

My children have really blossomed at Twinkles and they both thoroughly enjoy their time at the nursery. The staff are very caring and attentive and provide lots of feedback on what your children have been doing and how we can help develop them further. They regularly go on trips to the surrounding area and have lots of activities to keep them stimulated and interested in learning more.

Overall, Twinkles Boston Spa has a great atmosphere and is a great nursery.

I was concerned about how my daughter would transition to the nursery after we recently moved to the area. I didn't need to. My daughter loves her time at the nursery in the preschool room. She is spoilt by caring staff and lots of engaging activities, indoor and out. She is encouraged to be herself, explore, learn and have fun.

My daughter has been at Twinkles Nurseries Boston Spa for three years and is very happy and settled. She has been in the pre-school room for almost 18 months and although I was worried that this would seem a long time before reception she is thriving and is constantly challenged. The activities are wide-ranging and fun. Staff take the time to really get to know the children and adapt their style and teaching approach accordingly. There is a genuine warmth in the room between the children and also with the teachers. The nursery is culturally diverse and the food is good and nutritionally well balanced.

My two children have been at Twinkles over a period of 4 years. I have always been really impressed with the nursery and all of the staff. There's evidently a lot of work behind the scenes, as well as front of house, and it shows. Well done, and thank you.

The staff are always really welcoming and from the first meeting it is clear how much time and love they invest in all the children.

My little boy started at 6 months old and the staff all made a potentially difficult transition very easy.

Daily feedback is clear verbally and in each child's book and my little boy is thriving there.
