Busy Bees Guiseley

Our daughter has been attending Busy Bees since she turned 1, December 2023, and she has been having a great time. The team is caring and has supported her through the stages of development, so far, really well. The food is great and she has struggled with a gag reflex which the team also helped to lessen by continuing to try her on new foods! Really appreciate the efforts. We absolutely love how organised the team is and everything gets tidied after each activity and if we had certain asks, like using a sound machine or making sure she gets appropriate sleep as she is still some days on two naps, they have been accommodating and working really well with us so she isn't upset on an evening and isn't too tired. They also work on specific developmental activities, such as associations or her walking, and it's brilliant! We appreciate you guys all so much. Thank you!

My child has absolutely loved being at Busy Bees, and they have thrived in the setting. The staff are kind, attentive, and thoughtful, and my child talks about them and his preschool friends at home all the time. His key worker has been amazing. Alongside the other team members, she created a safe place for my child to grow in confidence and encouraged him in all aspects of his learning journey. I would recommend Busy Bees Guiseley to all parents who are looking for engaging, fun, and supportive care for their children.

Sending our son to Busy Bees was a great decision. Through every stage, they helped him develop, learn and make friends. He built great bonds with all of his key workers and everyone else in the rooms. They have helped him become a polite, friendly, and well-mannered little boy. In his final year, their pre-school plans really helped our son get ready for school, and he is thriving because of it.

I would highly recommend all of the team at Busy Bees to anyone looking for childcare. You have all been such an inspiration to our son and he looks back on his time there with such affection.

Taking her to nursery was the best decision I’ve made because she settled really well. She loved it here and she has been here since she was 1 year old and they have helped us a lot. Wonderful place! Friendly staff.

My son has been at Busy Bees from the age of 11 months old(now 2.5 years old) and we've been really happy with the level of care since day one. They're a lovely bunch of people at Busy Bees Guiseley. I've always felt he is in very safe hands, the knowledge, experience and communication from the team has been outstanding. The facilities are fantastic, particularly the outdoor space and the updates that come through from the app are a great way of sharing what he's been up to and how much he is learning! The best part is how much he loves going and the lovely relationship he has with his fabulous key worker and other staff in his room. I'd absolutely recommend this nursery.

Great facilities in convenient location. Building is modern and clean, staff are excellent, very friendly towards children and parents alike and encourage learning. Appreciate photos of activities on the app. Very good at encouraging children to eat a wide variety of meals (things they would not normally try at home), helpful they are being introduced to concept of preschool. Only minor downsides, it is on the expensive side and the car park can become quite hectic at peak times.

I am absolutely thrilled by the service we receive from Busy Bees, Guiseley. The staff are kind and caring and look after my children in the best possible way. I feel completely comfortable and happy knowing my children are well cared for at this nursery. The staff, food, resources and management are all top-notch. I would highly recommend this nursery.

I am the father of a child that attends the nursery at this time and I have also had a child go through the nursery (started in 2017, left in 2020). The nursery were fantastic through the COVID-19 pandemic, but I have been so impressed with the centre since our youngest started in 2021. Firstly, the staff. They are all experienced and many of them have been there throughout the time that my eldest went through. That is a testament to a great working environment and excellent leadership as I am aware that there is usually a high turnover of staff in Early Years provisions. The facilities are purpose built as a nursery and Busy Bees Guiseley invests regularly in decorating, modernising and improving the facilities (such as the recent garden uplift and new changing facilities). The menu and food is exceptional. Again, the chef has been here for many years and is fab. Our children have thrived! The only minor point is the cost. But you get what you pay for. Thank you to all the staff who are great!

My daughter has recently started the nursery in the baby room. From booking our little girl into the nursery we have had great communication. The nursery accommodated extra settling-in sessions above the three they already offer to help our transition to the nursery be as smooth as possible. All the staff have been brilliant in the baby room, they are always very welcoming and always acknowledge you. Our little girl's key worker has gone above and beyond to make us both feel at ease leaving our little girl. We love that we can see everything she has done and eaten on the app that we both have.

I am so grateful for this nursery! My daughter absolutely loves going and as a parent it’s a relief to know your child is being cared for by such caring and lovely people. My daughter has come on so much in every aspect, she knows the names of all of her friends and is excited to talk to me about her day. The staff are fantastic, attentive, friendly, sensitive to children's needs and are extremely professional. The nursery setting is wonderful too with outdoor spaces to learn and play. Fees are slightly more expensive but absolutely worth it. Thank you to the lovely team at Busy Bees in Guiseley, keep doing an amazing job!

I can't fully put into words how happy and grateful we are.

Staff are always keen to share which activities the children have been involved in during the day.

My daughter has been attending Busy bees for 7 months and loves it! She is a social butterfly and loves getting messy in all the activities. She always eats all her meals which is great. The staff are amazing and settled her in really well as she now runs in waving me off on a morning. I love the parent zone app as I get to see lots of pictures and observations of what she has been up to through the week.

My daughter loves the nursery and has especially enjoyed the preschool project which she has undertaken over the past month. She has loved the trip which she has the chance to take part in and will be very sad when she leaves for school. The staff have set my child up for when she starts school in September. The staff and management are very welcoming and always make you feel welcome and have always made the time for my daughter who loves all the staff at the nursery.

I would highly recommend the nursery.

I currently have two children attending this nursery, I am really pleased with the care that they receive and the activities that they have available to them. Both children love going to nursery and have a special bond with their key contact, I feel that the staff really take an interest in my children's like and dislikes and provide a nurturing environment to explore activities that they are less comfortable with. Both of my children have allergies/intolerances to certain food and staff have gone out of their way to find alternatives so that my children haven't felt any different to their classmates and so they have had a broad range of dietary options.

I would recommend the nursery, I couldn't be happier with the environment as a whole. The outstanding Ofsted rating truly reflects the efforts that all members of staff make to provide the best environment for each child to develop and grow at their own pace.

My son has attended this nursery for almost 2 years now. During this time he has been extremely well looked after. The staff helped him settle in well and transition between different rooms. His key worker knows him very well, as do other staff in the setting. The staff are very friendly and approachable, including the management. The food offered is varied and healthy. My son will be sad to leave nursery in August to move to school and I will have no hesitation in sending my youngest son to this nursery when the time comes.
