Daisy Chain Childcare Adel

Our daughter has settled into nursery over the past two months in the Pixies room. The staff have been great in welcoming her and she has already bonded well with her key worker. We are really happy with all the staff and I enjoy hearing about her day upon collection. The room has had a recent upgrade with a soft play area, lots of areas within the room for play and activity. Overall the tea meal could be more nutritious, but the menu is varied and lunch is a hot meal with vegetables, fruit is also offered as snacks.

Our little boy enjoys nursery, he has a lovely relationship with his key worker and goes into nursery on a morning happy. He's built strong friendships and enjoys all the activities the nursery offer which are different most days. The 4/5 rating is down to meal choices, some of the meals could be more nutritious.

Cannot praise this nursery enough. The staff are so friendly and take such good care of the kids. My son has type 1 diabetes and they have gone above and beyond to make sure the staff are all trained to care for him. Honestly I think they manage it better than we do!

We've been so so happy sending our daughter to Daisy Chain. She wasn't the easiest child to take I'm sure, as she started as a slightly clingy 9 months old who couldn't crawl, was still breastfed, had hayfever and who wore cloth nappies, and the staff have dealt with all of this is such a kind and supportive way. The staff are all so friendly and are always coming up with such fun activities for the kids to do. They're absolutely on it with their communication and as a ln anxious first time mum I genuinely couldn't be happier. Our daughter has absolutely flourished at Daisy Chain and we would so strongly recommend them to anyone.

The staff are what makes Daisy Chan such a reliable and trustworthy place. Our little girl has a really special bond with her Nursery Practitioner, and we can see how much all the staff are truly dedicated to all of the children's development and welfare.

Staffs are good and engage with the kids and encourage them to join activities which is really good for early age children to develop social skills.

Both of my children attended Daisy Chain in Adel and loved it. All the staff are kind, friendly and have loads of ideas for activities. The front garden is a great play space and also the back. The baby section is well equipped as well. Generally happy kids on pick up which is what you want!

The staff at Daisy Chain are brilliant. I am so sad my son is leaving for school in a few weeks. We will miss everyone so much, I do not have a bad word to say about this place! Everything over the past 3 years has been exceptional and I would recommend the nursery to anyone. Thanks to all!

My son attended Daisy Chain Adel Nursery for nearly two years, and I would like to share that our experience with the staff and management team was exceptional. I wish them all the best and hope they continue to maintain this high standard of quality.

We have been absolutely thrilled with our choice of selecting Daisy Chain Adel as our Nursery for our son. The team there go above and beyond to ensure that he is cared for, but also that we are kept in the loop with regard to his progress and development. The team also go to the trouble of hosting extra-curricular events (usually in the aid of raising money for charities) that are always well organised and executed. We could not speak highly enough of the staff and facilities at the Nursery.

Great nursery - the staff are wonderful, really positive and listen to any requests. Updates are really helpful and the staff are so lovely. The transition to nursery was made so easy by the team and would definitely recommend it.

My child seems happy and well looked after. The carers seem very experienced and confident. I am happy with overall care provided.

It is a friendly place to go and our son is so happy there, particularly with the staff in his room. They are incredible.

Our son started at Daisy Chain in autumn and the Pixies team made the transition to nursery so smooth both for him and for us, they kept us updated and worked with us to make sure he settled into nursery life quickly and easily. He loved the staff and his key worker, and it was great to see how comfortable he was there. Now he has moved to Imps and we couldn’t be happier with the experience he is getting, the team are absolutely magnificent - they truly care for our son and we love the detailed updates and stories we get about his day. The activities are so creative and varied, and it’s great that the children can spend lots of time outside now the weather is improving. Overall our son absolutely loves his time at nursery and he has developed so much since he started thanks to the fabulous input from the team - we can’t thank the staff enough for all their hard work and enthusiasm, they are exceptional and we truly appreciate everything they do.

My son loves this nursery as do myself and my partner. He always comes home happy and tells us all about his day. The days seem to be full of activities and my son has learnt so much from coming here. Everything from home such as potty training etc, has always been supported and never rushed. I would definitely recommend this nursery and the staff are lovely.

We have had a wonderful experience this year with our daughter starting in pixies room with her key worker at 14 months. The settling in process was great, the key worker took cues from her and kept us as parents well informed. They’ve done some lovely activities throughout the year and we’ve been kept up to date on the app where they share photos and observations regularly. The pixies team were so knowledgeable and confident and I’m sure this made our daughter feel secure, but also, as the nursery is small I notice that my daughter is familiar with a number of the staff which (I hope!) will make moving to new rooms smoother.

My son has been at Daisy Chain Childcare Adel since aged 6 months and we cannot thank all the staff enough for the work they have done for helping our little boy grow into the confident, chatty, happy and playful little toddler he is. Sending him there so young was very hard but they have been really great with us and watching how he has changed from baby to toddler has been amazing and the staff have played a massive part in that. He has just moved from the imps room to the sprites room so his journey will continue for a couple more years and if I am ever asked to recommend a nursery I would say Daisy Chain Childcare Adel every time.

Our little boy has been at Daisy Chain Adel since he was 11 months and all staff have helped both him and us negotiate some particularly tricky separation anxiety over that time. The children are well looked after and do interesting activities most of the time. They are also outside as much as the weather allows which is great. Admittedly there has been a high turnover of staff over the past year but I believe this is largely due to this being a poorly paid profession in general and with the rising cost of living staff have needed to turn elsewhere to earn enough, it is not a reflection on the nursery. We love Daisy Chain and our son has really flourished under their care.
