Tot Spot Day Nursery was the number one choice when looking at nurseries for my youngest daughter. All staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and the nursery itself is amazing. All contact received is clear and they are always going above and beyond.

Tot Spot have been absolutely wonderful in catering for the needs of my children. All three of my children have attended this setting and the staff there have always gone above and beyond for them. Two of my children have additional needs and the SENCO is amazing in her role as she has advocated so highly for them and ensured that they receive all the support that they need. The staff there are also fabulous at supporting children with additional needs - special mention to the keyworker in blue room who did a huge amount of work with my eldest and the keyworker in red room who my youngest absolutely adores. Every single member of staff there truly cares about the wellbeing of every child - this is an inclusive, caring and professional setting which I would highly recommend to everyone. You cannot get better than Tot Spot - they are amazing.

A lovely intimate setting for the little ones to attend nursery. Every room offers something different and staff work hard to establish positive relationships and maintain parent confidence. A really special shout out to the Blue Room team - who are all really incredible with the children.

My daughter has attended Tot Spot for over a year now and she has come on leaps and bounds since starting, she has great relationships with all staff members and is always talking about her day and the different fun activities she has done.

Amazing nursery, so friendly and everyone is so welcoming. I was so nervous about putting my child in nursery and leaving him in care that wasn't myself, however he absolutely loves it and is thriving! Thanks to the lovely staff at Tot Spot. There is so much to do and they do so many activities both fun and educational.

Lovely nursery and lovely staff, they have been amazing helping my little boy to settle in, he enjoys going to nursery and spending time with the staff and other children! The learning is great! He comes out knowing new things every time he goes! And he loves the outside play area and climbing frame.

All the staff are so lovely and the setting itself is very welcoming. My child is always apprehensive in the car on the way to nursery but as soon as he sees the setting he is instantly settled and is treated by familiar faces of the practitioners and his friends and feels at home. They always go above and beyond with support both in the setting and at home and is a pleasure for them to go to this setting. Would recommend.

Absolutely over the moon with the level of commitment, care, and understanding this nursery has had towards my daughter and us as parents! We recently changed our daughter's nursery after having quite an uneasy start elsewhere to Tot Spot Day Nursery, which was quite a vulnerable time for us and our daughter who is very shy, not the best at changing environments, and very slow to warm up. From her settling-in sessions to her first day the nursery staff had our feelings in their best interest, they kept us up to date throughout the day with updates and photos which instantly made us feel at ease. My daughter has now fully settled into nursery and has amazing bonds with all of the staff in her room, each staff member has taken their time to get to know our daughter and made her feel comfortable enough to be her crazy self every single day and comes home bouncing with energy and tells us all about what she has done! Plus We still receive the same amount of reassuring photos and updates of her day!

Such a brilliant nursery, my son had a bit of a difficult time settling in and all the staff were so patient and welcoming that he settled in no time! He absolutely loves it now the nursery and staff have been so supportive and helpful. Could not recommend enough.

My twins have been attending Tot Spot since they were 9 months old, in September they will be leaving to go to school and I am so confident that Tot Spot have given them the best start. They have brought my girls learning, imagination and independence on leaps and bounds. The whole nursery is always clean and well presented, with lots of different toys and things to do, the outdoor area is spacious and super safe for even the smallest children. All activities are well thought out and fun for the children, the food sounds incredible (I wish I could eat there most days), and overall you can tell that every member of staff wants to be there and loves being around the children. All staff interact with all the children no matter what room they are in and are so kind and helpful and genuinely support the children and the parents in their learning and development. (I will never forget on the girls' first day a member of staff from the preschool room giving me a cuddle when I got upset)

I really can't recommend this nursery enough. I had abit of seperation anxiety putting him in a nursery as he went through a lot health-wise up until recently. However after his first day the staff were so reassuring and for each individual child - they go above and beyond expectation. It''s only been 2 months but they're such a lovely bunch of staff and my child is so happy to go in. I really made the best decision bringing him here. Thank you so much!

Amazing nursery, all staff are so friendly, my little girl loves it and has grown so much while learning, and making new friends. They do so many activities inside and out, be gutted when she leaves to start school.

My little girl has absolutely blossomed since attending this nursery. She adores every single staff member there and so do I! Staff members are always on hand to help with any difficulties both in nursery and at home. She always has fun-packed days and has started to eat a wide range of foods since starting! Never felt more supported by people who are only there to take care of my child. Fantastic nursery I recommend to absolutely everybody I know.

Highly recommend Tot Spot, my little boy has been attending here for over a year. The care and attention he receives is second to none. Excellent staff and a lovely clean nursery. Food excellent, learning wonderful. Excellent team!

Outstanding professional nursery there is in Halifax, staff are brilliant. Never had any issues and as mum I was so nervous for her as it was her first time being in nursery but the same day and nearly a year on she absolutely loves going. Thank you to you all.

My son has come on leaps and bounds since he joined Tot Spot Nursery in August 2024, he has developed his communication, creativity and confidence even further and gets on so well with all of the staff. All the staff are so kind and supportive, one staff member in particular from Orange Room gets a special mention as she keeps me regularly updated on the app throughout the day with the fun learning my son is doing throughout each day. Excellent meals and outdoor playing space for the kids too! Highly recommend if you live in the Halifax area.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. I appreciate: Their teaching and nurturing. Their silliness and giggles. Their singing and dancing. Their art and their craft. Their yummiest dinners. Their patience with big feelings. And most of all, their kindness and care. Because all of these "little things" really are very big things! So happy my little one is part of the Tot Spot family!

My daughter has been going to nursery for around 5 months and has thrived since day one. She's learnt so much and the staff couldn't be any better. My daughter is quite shy and doesn't like new people but she holds her hands out for the staff and loves them there. I get several updates a day on the food she eats, pictures of her activities as well as sleeping patterns and nappy changes. There isn't another place I would prefer my daughter to go to. I cannot fault Tot Spot at all, the staff are incredible and very friendly.

I feel confident in leaving my daughter at the nursery knowing she will be well looked after for the day. Staff are so good with her and her face lights up when we arrive at nursery. I would highly recommend and Tot Spot nursery will give your child a good foundation to progress successfully onto school.
