Every child has an online learning journal that records and celebrates their development. Parents and carers can access it anytime and share special "WOW" moments from home, helping build a complete picture of each child's achievements and interests.
A spacious outdoor area offers daily opportunities to explore nature, build confidence, and develop physical skills.
A dedicated chef prepares fresh, nutritious meals, including breakfast, lunch, tea and two healthy snacks.
Caring practitioners build strong relationships with children and families. By getting to know each child as an individual, they create stimulating experiences, celebrate every achievement, and provide encouragement where needed.
Open from 7 am to 7 pm, they offer:

• Full-day, half-day and holiday sessions

Standard sessions run 8 am-6 pm, 8 am-1 pm or 1 pm-6 pm, with early starts from 7 am and late finishes until 7 pm.

The working-parent hours depend on each parent meeting the minimum earnings rules and earning under £100,000 a year. This nursery stretches funded hours across 51 weeks of the year. This nursery applies up to 10 funded hours per day, stretched across 51 weeks of the year. With your selected funding, 22.4 hours are covered each week. Hours beyond this, including the early and late parts of the day, are charged at the standard rate.
We work out the total cost across the year and divide by 12, so the figure shown is a smoothed monthly average. In practice, nurseries bill in different ways. Some bill monthly at this average. He has a great time whilst there and the staff plan interesting activities keying into his interests. They also spent a lot of time helping him prepare for starting school, for example, helping with reading, writing and phonics.
The food is also fantastic our son tried a variety of different meals that he wouldn't normally try at home!
We will be using again and highly recommend!

We couldn’t be happier with The Nursery, the staff are fantastic with my daughter and they have made the effort to really get to know her. I can see how comfortable she is with them, I have no doubt when she gets dropped off in the morning that she will be well cared for and enjoy her day.

Lovely staff and nice outdoor play area too, the children have a variety of toys to play with and activities to do!
For all ages, a mix of educational play and encouragement is given with help and support available if needed.

I could not Recommend the nursery enough, my son absolutely loves it there and there is never a problem dropping him off. If there ever has been a teary moment when dropping him off the girls there will always make sure they give me a ring to let me know that he is okay, and happy playing again....
I could not Recommend the nursery enough, my son absolutely loves it there and there is never a problem dropping him off. If there ever has been a teary moment when dropping him off the girls there will always make sure they give me a ring to let me know that he is okay, and happy playing again. There is always a varied selection of food, and that has got my son eating food that I may never have tried him with. I never have any worries about dropping my son off there and they are all amazing with the children! The garden outside is also a little child’s dream, there are different things everywhere and he loves that too.

In our opinion we wouldn't recommend this setting. A problem occurred and when we tried to get in touch with management and they were slow to respond, in what we deemed a reasonable timeframe. We have been advised that these issues have now been dealt with. Nevertheless, we decided to take our daughter out of the nursery, as we didn’t feel happy with the service that we personally received. However, we paid our invoice for the services we received when our daughter was in attendance, but are now being charged for a service we are not happy with and are not accessing.

These parents are clearly unhappy with our services. We respect their views and their decision to seek alternative childcare. There is a clearly defined process for leaving the nursery which our staff are happy to assist parents with. However, in this instance, the parent collected her child from nursery and announced on the very same day that the child would be leaving the nursery and that they would not pay the notice fees due on termination as per the terms of our contract. Furthermore, the parents informed us that if they were pursued for the fees due, that they would make their views clear to all through social media channels.

I could not be happier with The Nursery! Before my son started here I never imagined myself being able to walk out on my sobbing 3-year-old! He is still settling in and we are still having lots of tears on "drop off," but the staff here are wonderful and I can assuringly go home or go to work, knowing that he WILL settle and won't be left to cry. I am 100% comfortable with my child being left here. The communication between all the staff seems to be excellent. Everyone at the setting always has a smile and they all seem to know exactly who your child is when you walk through the door, even though we don't really know everyone yet as we are new and this is such a nice, welcoming feeling. There are plenty of activities and toys to keep the children happy and the garden is great. I have already noticed changes in the way my little boy speaks, and his counting seems to have improved a lot in such a short space of time.
Big shout out to the girls in the preschool room. You do an amazing job!

My daughter has been attending for a year now. I was dreading going back to work and leaving her there but she settled instantly thanks to the lovely staff and the fantastic facilities! We chose The Nursery as the garden was so appealing, it's great that they can get out in any weather. My daughter has made friends with the children and the staff, it's such a friendly environment and there is no worry about when they have to move up a room as they all know each other from playing outside. The food always sounds fantastic, and a great variety of home cooked meals. Would happily recommend The Nursery to anyone looking for childcare.

My son has been going here now for over a year and after looking at many childcare providers we chose The Nursery as it was very welcoming, the staff seemed nice, knowledgeable, and ALL first aid trained and my son really enjoyed the taster session. I can honestly say I've never had any problems, I'm always informed of the day he's had, the girls are so lovely that work there never short on cuddles if my sons having an off day.
As he gets older and moves up the nursery, and his nursery teacher changes and he's a little unsure about going in his new room his old nursery assistants will come and reassure him. Most importantly I have no tears in the morning as he loves going. I cannot speak highly enough of them and will be sad when the time comes for him to leave pre-school.

Brilliant staff who have provided excellent care for my son, planning appropriate activities and experiences that relate to his current interests. I started working here in September 2026, and I am Level 3 qualified in Early Years. I have always enjoyed working with children, particularly in the early years, as this is such an important stage in their development when their personalities really begin to shine. I love being part of their childhood, helping them grow, learn and develop into confident little individuals.
