Sandpit Nursery

My daughter had a lovely time while she attended here at the nursery and I am thankful for the staff's hard work, and dedication. My child improved many skills since she started, also she was well looked after. I will choose this nursery for my son as well, because of the lovely staff, and the care they show to the kids. All the people working in there are lovely and caring. I think this is the most important as a parent to know that your child is in safe hands. I will always recommend this nursery.

My little boy started at Sandpit in March and has settled in so well already! I was extremely nervous about sending him to the nursery, but after a visit to the nursery and after meeting the staff, they really put my mind at rest. The staff are amazing and so lovely with the children. My son always has a smile on his face at pick-up and has always done an array of activities. I would certainly recommend Sandpit to anyone looking for a nursery for their child!

My granddaughter recently started at Sandpit Nursery, and the staff have been brilliant. My granddaughter can be quite emotional and nervous, and the staff have dealt with that great. My little girl is already starting to show signs of the things she's learning and is interacting with other children more. We can't wait to watch her grow.

Sandpit has seen my eldest from nine months to her now being four years old. She has been in every room and has loved every minute of it. She adores the staff, and they have stayed the same throughout her time there, which has made it a lot easier for her to build relationships with them. Our youngest now attends, and she is 11 months (started at 8), and she is just the same; she loves going in and playing with all of her friends and the ladies who look after her. Would recommend it to anyone.

My daughter has been attending Sandpit Nursery since she was one. I have been really pleased with her development at nursery and have no doubt that she will be ready for school thanks to the support of the practitioners. We have recommended the nursery to friends and will definitely be sending our younger daughter.

My daughter started Sandpit at five months of age. This year is her final year. It upsets me to think she is moving on. Sandpit has been a huge part of my daughter's life and supported her in her upbringing. They are like family to her. Since able to talk, not a day has gone by without her speaking so fondly of the staff. They truly are an amazing team and go above and beyond any expectations. This year marked their 20th anniversary and proves what a committed, dedicated, passionate team they are. I can never thank you all enough for the love and support you have shown for my little girl.

From the first viewing, I knew I’d found the right nursery for my daughter. The way the staff are with the children and the time and care they give each child is brilliant. On a morning, my daughter's face lights up when she gets to the gates and sees the staff. The facilities are good, and I feel at ease all day knowing my daughter is being well looked after and in a safe environment.

My son has gained so much confidence and loves being there. We had concerns about his speech and confidence around others, but now he is doing fantastic. We are looking forward to our daughter starting when she is available for her free hours. Great place with great people.

I highly recommend this place and honestly it made going back to work after maternity leave so much easier!

I feel lucky to find this wonderful nursery centre for my daughter! We are from abroad, and although my daughter only speaks Spanish, she was accepted and treated with a lot of love. I am grateful because she is learning a lot of English; there is no doubt that it is the best option for children and especially for parents that we can go home or work quietly knowing that our children are in the hands of professionals and that they always prepare everything with a lot of love! My daughter has been going to this nursery since she was 9 months old and she graduates soon. The staff have always kept me up to date with how she's getting on and she loves everyone there. She's always happy at the end of the day and gets up to all different things every week. The staff always encourage her at meal times as she can be a picky eater. We'll be sad to leave.

I cannot say enough positive things about Sandpit Nursery and the staff that work there. My daughter absolutely loves it, and the staff are so kind, caring and helpful. I'm the kind of mum that is very hesitant to leave her child with people, however I completely trust Sandpit Nursery and the staff.

My little girl started Sandpit Nursery in May 2022 at the age of nine months. Even though she only attends one day a week, she absolutely loves it. Drop off is easy for her and for myself. All the staff are so friendly and approachable. The information you get at the end of day is lovely to know what your child has been up to. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Looking for a nursery is one of the most stressful things a parent or caregiver can do, we were no exception. We looked around countless provisions and yet none felt 'right' for our little boy. We visited Sandpit Nursey and instantly felt at ease. Lovely sized rooms, tons of toys and activities, an outdoor space and most of all the staff were welcoming, friendly and showed a genuine interest in us. He's been placed with Sandpit for about a year now and he absolutely loves it. He's made lovely connections with the staff, he's always happy and 'full of beans' when we collect him and he's always got a tale of some wonderful activity or adventure that's happened within his day. As a mum, I'm forever grateful for the care and attention that the wonderful staff show towards him and I would highly recommend Sandpit Nursey for future families.
