Excellent - the team are extremely caring and very creative in the different activities to support my children’s development. The team regularly provide feedback on my children’s development and gives supportive feedback. Varied meals too, which my children seem to love. Overall it’s a wonderful atmosphere and the team are great! The opening times are very helpful.

Our little girl is loving this nursery and wants to go every day. The staff are always happy and always make time to chat to you. We would not have chosen anywhere else. When you turn up 8 years after your first child was there and the staff are mostly the same, that says a lot. We would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone looking.

Amazing nursery. The staff are just so lovely and my little boy is so happy there. I was so nervous leaving my baby and going back to work and they made me feel so comfortable and send me pics and updates all the time.

My daughter is currently in the Tots Room at Stretton Kids Planet. She started in the Babies Room - my daughter, husband and I have always been made to feel very welcome (especially considering she started nursery during the pandemic!). The team transitioned her between rooms effortlessly. The staff have a great rapport with the children and get to know each child individually, so they can meet their needs. The daily activities are stimulating and diverse, and focused on age-approximate development. Meal times are great and my daughter always finishes her meals and often asks for seconds! The children play in the garden are daily, and enjoy the wide variety of toys and play areas inside too. We’re really looking forward to seeing her progress through the nursery.

I couldn't be happier I chose this nursery for my son. Despite his speech and social development delays, since participating at Kids Planet, he has improved massively and is learning/saying new things daily. The staff are amazing and friendly, they take their time to listen to me about my son and work with me to help his development. My son adores going to nursery every day and has such a great bond with all the staff.

My daughter loves to come to nursery. I love all the different types of exciting and interesting activities that they do, such as yoga, nature activities, using real tools supervised. The staff are all supportive and make me and my daughter feel welcome and very settled in nursery. I love how the children are encouraged to be independent to get ready for school. My daughter and her key person are so close and it's so nice to see her flourish and grow within the preschool room.

Attended the Christmas nativity and fair, fantastic effort by all.

Great location for learning. Our son loves the outdoors and we are happy that this nursery makes the effort every day to take him outside. The food is excellent with a good and healthy variety, they cater well for specific requirements and special requests. The staff are great, all very positive and really make the effort to engage with our son.

Overall happy with the nursery and support. We believe food can be more diversified and get healthier. They already eat snacks at home since they are pickier versus when they are with friends. We believe there is no real standard of learning assessment and how they progress versus peers. Happy with staff paying attention to the needs of children and knowing them very well. There has just been too much turnover of staff which makes it difficult to follow sometimes.

The online portal could be used more so we can see more of what our children have been doing each day and more photos etc.

We would recommend the nursery to other parents.

My son broke his leg outside of nursery and we were unaware as to when he should return to nursery. The manager and her team helped us through the return process and carried out the risk assessment and safe return protocol.

We are thoroughly impressed with the Kids Planet Nursery. All of the staff are friendly and the management will greet you and check things are okay. The confidence in my child has grown over the last 2 years. We have recommended the nursery to friends for their children, we couldn't be happier.

The facilities are excellent, particularly the outdoor play area.

Our daughter has only been here for a few weeks, however, she is settling in very well. This is thanks to the staff, making her feel welcome, safe and secure.

The nursery staff have taken excellent care of my son. They are always friendly, approachable and flexible, which as a parent is an absolute dream.
