The safety and development of children had always shone through in words, thoughts and actions. Our child has flourished as a well rounded child, socially, physically, emotionally and intellectually. The care and commitment of the staff is outstanding. As part of the pandemic I consider them all front line workers and heroes without capes, although sometimes they do wear capes. Absolutely amazing nursery, my child has multiple allergies and they go above and beyond for her making sure she is never left out of anything. The staff are so kind and caring, they are always there to help. I wouldn't of wanted to send my child anywhere else.

My child struggles with a lot of aspects and often doesn’t want to go into the nursery but once inside she is absolutely fine. All staff go above and beyond to help my child get into the setting on a daily basis and encourage her to have a good day. They relate back any input of the day and reassure me as a parent. All staff are friendly and welcoming. They will help with any issue or problem you have.

A fantastic and vibrant nursery, with staff who are genuinely invested in the childrens' well-being. My child and I have been well supported from the initial settling in sessions, right through the progression through the rooms. My child is happy to enter the nursery each day and excitedly chatters about the day at pick up, which really confirms for me that I made the right choice.

I cannot speak highly enough of this nursery. Both my children have attended here, my youngest started in the baby room, now in the preschool room and he has absolutely loved all of his time here. All the staff are very friendly and professional.

Our son enjoys going to Busy Nought to Fives Ltd - St Nicholas House. His speech has come on a lot and he is now developing an interest in numbers and letters. The staff are friendly. I cannot wait until Covid-19 levels have reduced and we can have a tour of the inside. It's great having the app to see the activities they undertake during the day.

Busy Nought to Fives Ltd - St Nicholas House continue to operate in a caring and professional way during these Covid-19 restrictive times. The team in our daughters room are fabulous, they are encouraging, kind and she enjoys her time at nursery. She is always coming home with lots of stories of all the things they’ve done that day. They are spending lots of time focusing on the children’s transition to school at the moment. Our daughter has been attending for over three years and I have no hesitation in recommending this nursery.

Staff are friendly, helpful and they let you know what your child has eaten and done throughout the day when you pick them up. My daughter really enjoys coming to nursery, once she’s in anyway as it can be a struggle sometimes but the staff always make her feel better once I’ve left.

My child started at the nursery after Easter, he had a really good settling in period where we received lots of positive feedback and all questions asked were answered quickly. I can’t fault the nursery at all my son is in his second week now and goes off happy and loves to tell me about his day. Overall I am really happy with how he has settled in and can’t wait to see how he continues to develop there. Thank you everyone.

My son has attended this nursery since he was 6-months-old. I feel at ease knowing he is safe and happy, and now he is getting older, he loves every day. The staff are friendly and also caring towards him, definitely recommend.

Our son absolutely loves coming to nursery. The staff in his room are fabulous and always seem to enjoy looking after the children. He is always so happy when he comes home and speaks so highly of certain carers. The outdoor space, in particular, is well equipped and the children seem to spend a lot of time outdoors, which is important to us. Thank you St Nicholas House.

Staff are lovely and amazing. I've seen a massive change in my little girl's developments since she started attending this nursery. Make you feel at ease when leaving your child at the nursery for the first time, 100% recommend!

The staff have been fabulous with the development of my daughter. She interacts with both children and adults confidently and has all the skills required such that her transition to school should be easy. The wide range of activities provided has helped develop her skills and interests, and a caring attitude towards others.

Since my little girl started, Busy Nought to Fives have been like a second family. She has made amazing friends and loves every single staff member. she has also been attending throughout lockdown and every effort has been made to ensure the safety of everyone, whilst also not worrying the children and they still enjoy every second. The continuous support through slow speech in the earlier days and detailed food diary’s during possible food intolerances has been amazing, nothing is too big of an ask. I could not recommend a better nursery!

My daughter attends this nursery 3 days a week and loves every minute. The staff are friendly and always happy to help if you have any questions or queries. The level of teaching seem good my daughter knows her alphabet and can draw a face now.

I have used this nursery for 3 1/2 years for my two children and always been very pleased with the staff. They are always caring and both my children have been happy here. I have felt well informed about what they have eaten/activities/nappies/sleep etc. It is a great nursery and I have recommended it to a number of friends and colleagues.

My son has attended Busy Nought to Fives since he was one and I cannot thank the staff enough. The progression he has made over the last two years has been unbelievable and the rapport each member of staff has built with him is unreal. It's also lovely to see / hear when my son tells me his key worker is his best friend. If it wasn't for the staff I honestly don't believe he would be the person he is today.

My son is currently in the baby room about to move up to “Tweenies”. This being my first child and having no previous experience of nurseries I was apprehensive. I was so reassured throughout my sons settling in stage and that has continued over time too, I’m being talked through each part of my son's transition into his new room. There is a genuine sense of care and encouragement from staff. It certainly doesn’t just feel like it’s just a job to them. Keep up the good work.
