Homeland Private Day Nursery

Homeland Private Day Nursery has been everything we wanted - and more. Both our daughters have loved being there and the staff could not have been more loving, supportive, nurturing and responsible. The care has been absolutely outstanding. I couldn’t recommend it more.

Most lovely, friendly, caring staff. I couldn’t have wished for a better nursery for both my children who have been there.

Both of my daughters have attended Homeland and I have been so happy with the love and care they've received. It has a small homely feel with a beautiful outdoor space. Staff are well established and mature which was something that featured highly on my list of requirements. The nursery has a happy and friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk in.

Homeland is a really wonderful nursery. My two youngest children have gone there and I highly recommend it - only wish my eldest had gone there too. Children are cared for so well by staff. Most of the staff have been working there for years - many for decades. It's such a happy, friendly place and feels like a family, not a business. I really loved it - my youngest has recently left as she's starting school.

Our first child attended this nursery for four years before going to Primary School. We wouldn't have sent our second child anywhere else! Most of the team are the same second time around. It really does feel like home away from home for the children. They are cared for in a very stimulating and loving environment. We love the Montessori principles that the nursery apply.

The homely setting, fantastic facilities and staff who really care, going the extra mile for each and every child, makes for very happy children who absolutely thrive and blossom. Every morning you are greeted by the smell of the freshly cooked meals and warm smiles from the staff. I can’t recommend Homelands enough.

Homeland is caring and nurturing, the core staff have been there for the 6 years we have been at the nursery and provide a lovely environment for the children. The outdoor space is fantastic and enables them to be outdoors, even in the wet as part of it is covered. Overall a fabulous nursery!

Homeland is a wonderful, caring and fun environment. We’ve just had my youngest daughter's last day and can’t believe it’s over after 2 children and over 5 years at Homeland. The staff are amazing, everyone one of them has given so much love to the care of my daughters. The children are also given proper and healthy meals at both dinner and teatime, have access to play and learning materials throughout the day and special sessions for music and French among others. The garden is also really special, it’s always hard to get the kids to come home from playing with their friends on the adventure playground. I would recommend to anyone and we’ll definitely be back to visit!

My children have loved Homeland Private Day Nursery and the third child will join too. The staff are kind, loving and creative and the environment is so homely and safe with a wonderful garden. I love all the extras they do - from French lessons to music and movement classes.

The staff are friendly, caring and motivated. I feel happy knowing my son is safe and well cared for there by staff I feel I can trust. There is consistency with staff, very settled and a well established team. Homeland has guidelines and policies in place ensuring all my son's needs are met. I have and would recommend Homeland to any expectant parents.

The care of the staff is excellent. Staff are approachable, personable and flexible. The child is central and activities are child-led boosting their confidence and ensuring they are happy, I particularly like the Montessori approach to learning.

Both my children currently attend homeland and I couldn’t be happier with the care they receive. The staff really take the time to get to know your child here and both of mine have come along in leaps and bounds since they started. The setting is fantastic with a load of outside space for a play which means they get plenty of fresh air and the Montessori approach to learning is really effective. A warm and friendly setting for kids to play and learn with the excellent staff I cannot recommend highly enough.

The staff are excellent, positive and caring. They have a very good relationship with their key children, which we think is very important. Both our children have been very happy attending Homelands, our little boy runs in every week smiling.

Excellent nursery with quality staff who spend time with the children and care greatly about their development. The parents are involved in all decisions and lots of information is provided on my child's days at the nursery.
