Set in a Victorian house on a quiet residential road in Sale.

Extensive play resources excite and inspire children to play and learn together or independently. With an abundance of adventures and experiences including music, dance, art, design, cooking, sport and play, every child can learn naturally through enjoyment and socialising with others.

They have a large garden and local gardens a few minutes’ walk away where the children benefit from forest school and ensure that they are able to spend a good deal of time outdoors in the fresh air.

They run a teacher-led EYFS curriculum, this ensures that learning is fun and rewarding. The qualified team uses creative approaches indoors and out to develop key skills which help the children towards school readiness.

Parents are encouraged to close involvement with the Tapestry app which holds daily updates from children’s key workers showing achievements, news and always a weekly menu.

Menus at the nursery are checked and approved by a registered dietitian and they always try to use locally sourced fresh ingredients which results in healthy flavoursome meals.

I highly recommend Willow Tree Nursery!! When my little boy’s preschool was closing down I looked at several alternative settings and felt so lucky to get a place at Willow Tree. The hours they offer and care is superb. They have several rooms for the children to play in, a beautiful fun garden and
separate dining room for their snacks and meals. We love the lovely home-cooked nutritious gourmet meals the children are served and the variety of food they get to try. The nursery has a wonderful warm, clean and homely feel to it. The staff and manager are super lovely and friendly too. I can’t thank them enough for looking after our little boy so well.

Our daughter has been at Willow Tree for two years now since she was nine months old. We have never had a single worry or concern about her care or education. She absolutely loves going to nursery, the staff are all engaging and she loves the activities and facilities. The staff are all very caring
and friendly and are easy to communicate with in terms of updates etc.

My son has been at Willow Tree for over 2 years and he is very happy there. His confidence has grown significantly during his time at Willow Tree and he is learning lots of new things. The updates from the staff at the end of each day (and on tapestry) are informative and they take a real interest in
my little boy and ensuring he is happy at nursery. His key worker does a fantastic job at keeping me informed of how he is doing and has really helped me get through the potty training stage successfully. All of the staff and managers are friendly and the nursery has a very welcoming atmosphere - I feel so happy knowing that my little boy is safe and well looked after, as well as having lots of fun. The food is also excellent and he is trying so many different foods that he would probably not get at home! I am very happy in our choice of nursery.

We have used this nursery for four years and have recently started our second child there. It is a very homely nursery in a beautiful building, the staff have always been great with our children and a high standard of care. I viewed around five settings before we found this one. I just knew it was going
to be the one we would use after the tour. The children always have a great day and the addition of Forest School for the pre-school unit has been amazing! I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a setting in Sale.

My son has been going to this nursery since he was nine months old and loves it. He has made some really good bonds with the staff and seems happy and relaxed there. The menu always looks healthy and varied and the kids spend plenty of time outside. They have been doing lots of upgrades since the new
owners took over - the garden is having a big upgrade soon which will make it even better.

Both of our children attend Willow Tree. They are very happy here and settled in very well. The staff are excellent with them both and it's great to see all the activities they do with them. The new forest school is great, my eldest loves it. The app platform used is great to see all the photos from

My child joined Willow Tree during lockdown and despite Covid safety, the nursery has impressed me at how they have made sensible decisions to maintain safety without restricting opportunities for the children. My child’s bubble hasn’t closed since we joined 5 months ago. My daughter is very happy there
and the staff are very friendly and caring. Feedback from the nursery through the app and email is great and they regularly welcome feedback.

My son has attended Happitots for almost two years now and he couldn't be happier there. From the start, it has been a very loving and nurturing environment. There is consistency with the staff who take care of him, they know him really well and as parents we have a great relationship with them too.
I feel like they really care about him and his development and communicate well with us as parents. On a daily basis they do a wide variety of fun and educational activities which are helping him to achieve his full potential and preparing him well for school. We really appreciate how they look after him, its a great environment and highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter has been happily attending Happitots for over 3 years. She has formed such a bond with all the staff and children and are all one big family. Cannot praise this nursery enough for turning my shy little girl into a confident happy girl. It’s in the name...all the kids are extremely happy

My son has been at Happitots since he was 12 months old. He is now in his last year, ready to go to school in September. He absolutely loves going to Happitots. He thoroughly enjoys every day he is there. Especially the activities, the exercise programme is his favourite!


He has made some wonderful

friends over the years. All the staff are great and are very popular with the children.


Very happy overall with this nursery, staff and surroundings.

Happitots is a friendly, caring environment. It has a cosy, welcoming atmosphere and the staff have great relationships with the children. The nursery has helped my son grow in confidence and independence as well as giving him a good basis for the literacy and numeracy skills he will need when he starts
school. There is a healthy, varied menu and my son enjoys the food there. It's good to know that when he's at nursery he eats all the tasty and nutritious meals provided. They organise special activities for many different types of religious festivals and occasions through the year which is a fun way to teach the children about different cultures. The group sizes are small and the staff know what individual children are interested in. I like the fact the communication with the parents is very two-way and there are lots of different ways we can work together to help children develop, My baby has just started there too and I am confident she will be well looked-after at Happitots.

I cannot recommend Happitots enough. It is a beautiful setting for a nursery and the staff are just wonderful. I have two children that attend who not only love it, but are thriving from it.

Happitots is a lovely nursery set in a lovely Victorian House. There is a lovely age range of staff and a nice mix of experience. There are some fantastic long-serving members of staff who are a credit to the nursery. The children enjoy a great daily routine with a good mix of activities and some days
out. The food menu is fantastic and the outdoor space is great.

As a new family in the UK, our concern was whether my child could adopt to the new environment as they didn't understand what the others were saying (my child could only communicate in their native language). The nursery place kindly took extra care (it might have been just their good standard for individuals)
of my child, they understood the situation and background of my child and tried to understand what my child wanted even though my child couldn't communicate well. The nursery motivated/encouraged my child and lots of others, hence my child has overcome the difficulty they had since the very beginning. Now my child is enjoying their days at a primary school, thanks to the nursery place which helped my child socialise. We all appreciate what the nursery place did for my child and I believe this was the best choice for my child.

Happitots is an amazing nursery and we were very pleased with all of the staff who work there. My daughter spent almost 2 years there where she made lots of friends and enjoyed every minute. The communication between nursery and parents is fantastic and we received monthly newsletters explaining what

Absolutely fantastic nursery! Couldn't be more comfortable leaving my daughter anywhere else whilst I go to work. All the staff that look after my daughter on the days she goes in are brilliant and couldn't do more than enough. They are a credit to Happitots and have made me feel very welcome as well
as my little girl. She enjoys going in and they do great different creative activities with her every day!

Took great care of our 2 children from 12 months (probably 3/4 days a week) right through until school. We toured other nurseries in the area, some with bigger rooms, more outside space, cheaper rates etc. Happitots was staffed by a fairly consistent and experienced group and believe that helped maintain
the overall standard of service. Importantly the children see the same staff, enabling them to build stronger and more secure relationships, which was reflected in the great care they received - This was our main reason for choosing the nursery, having heard this from other parents. The nursery find a great balance in maintaining order, occupying the children and keeping it fun! Always looking to improve things, new activities and the nursery itself is well maintained. In addition, we felt comfortable in their approach to learning and development in getting the children school ready. The children still talk about fondly about nursery and that is probably all we could ask for

My daughter has been going to Happitots since she was 6 months old. We had a really good feel about Happitots when we looked around, all the staff are very friendly and the children were happy too. We also liked the fact that many of the staff have been there for a very long time which is a good indicator
that you have happy staff and hence happy children. They are accommodating when it comes to changes in your child's development and behaviour and are prepared to make changes.
Although we have not used the early start to its full potential (I think because we have been used to the 8 am start) I am sure this will help prospective parents make a decision about attending Happitots as I this has put people off in the past.
All in all, we are very happy with Happitots and will be sad to leave in September.

We decided on Happitots following a drop-in visit where we instantly felt the nursery was for us, it was very clean and well organised. We very much liked the smaller rooms for each age group rather than a large number of children in one large area. We also like the balance of young and more mature
members of staff.
Both our son and daughter attended Happitots and they both loved it.
The children are extremely well cared for by staff who are genuinely interested in them, enthusiastic and highly skilled. There is a happy atmosphere with lots going on yet still time for manners, routine and affection.
At the pre-school stage in our children's lives we wanted a place where the children are safe, cared for, well fed (home cooking) comfortable and looked after as we would do at home, this is what Happitots gave us.
It is an excellent nursery with excellent staff. We have recommended it to friends.
Both ourselves and our children have lots of happy memories and friends made at Happitots.
