The girls that work there are amazing and there is very little staff churn, which has been so important to us. The staff are always friendly and helpful, they let us know if there are any concerns, take any issues that we might have with the children seriously and bend over backwards to accommodate and help. But the real positive is how much the girls genuinely care about our children, and how much our children genuinely love them! The setting is always clean and filled chock-full of toys and equipment that bring the children on leaps and bounds.
I’ve never had any problems in the almost 6 years we’ve been lucky enough to have places for our children there.
Kids Planet Heswall is a fantastic environment for my daughter to learn and grow. I am so pleased with her progress and how she is developing there. For me, the most important thing is the staff and I am so impressed with the Preschool team, extremely experienced, caring and nurturing so I know my daughter is receiving the best care possible.
Kids Planet Heswall, previously Marigolds, has provided our little boy with the perfect start. Now 16 months of age, he joined at 11 months and he has changed so much under their care and guidance. Although in the ‘baby room’ with other children his age, he seems to know all the staff in the nursery and they all know him. They provide reports throughout each day about eating, nappies and sleep, and also upload moments such as reading books, chilling in the chill-out tent (!) and generally emptying jigsaws out. They are patient, well-informed, caring, safe, inclusive and they encourage him to move forward at his own rate. Meals vary a lot which takes the pressure off at home! They have funny stories at the end of every day and he loves it there. Would highly recommend it.
All three of my children have attended here and have all had a lovely relationship with their key people. I love how happy my daughter is going in every day.
