They get to do varied activities on a daily basis.

My son has been at this nursery for nearly a year and I can only ever say good things about this lovely heartwarming establishment.

He started off in tots room and I was a anxious mum about leaving him. the apps and the staff put my mind at ease so much.

My son has allergies and they have put my mind at so much ease regarding this.

He then moved into Toddler room in the summer and he has flourished so much. over the past few months the staff have helped with his anxiety over drop off and now he just runs in. Which is so nice to see.

I'm a second time mum and with my first born he went to a school run nursery which I felt wasn't as Nuturing and unique as this Nursery is. It's a shame that when my first son was nursery age this nursery wasn't owned by Kids Planet then and the old company didn't allow a child to just go for one day week. I feel my first born would of flourished here too.

I can't thank the staff enough. they are all so lovely with friendly warm smiles.

My daughter has absolutely thrived at this nursery, and I couldn't be more grateful for the wonderful team who care for her each day. Every member of staff is warm, patient, and truly invested in the children's wellbeing. My daughter runs in with a smile and leaves with one too.

The nursery has played a big part in her development. From her growing confidence to her social skills and curiosity, I can see how much she's benefiting from the supportive, engaging environment they create. The activities are thoughtful, varied, and always centred around the children's needs and interests.

I also want to express my appreciation for the professionalism and understanding the staff have shown during a challenging period in our family life. Their consistency, reassurance, and sensitivity have made a real difference, and it's comforting to know she has such a stable and caring place to go each day.

My son has been attending Kids Planet Heswall since he was 8 months old and I am so happy we chose this nursery. From day one everyone has been so welcoming and my son absolutely loves it here, he is always happy going in. The staff are so friendly and build up a brilliant relationship with both the children and parents and keep us updated on everything either on the parent app or will call if necessary. l would 100% recommend this nursery if you want a comfortable and nurturing environment for your little one.

Kids Planet Heswall has given my child a brilliant start to learning. The staff are excellent, extremely nurturing and it's clear they adore the children. The nursery has a family feel to it, which is credit to the staff. My child loves going to nursery and goes in and leaves with a big smile on his face. This nursery was used by my family's children when it was known by another name and it still maintains the same high standards. My son often talks about his key workers at home with fondness and I know his development is down to the love and hard work they put in. I would recommend this nursery.

Both children have come through the care of this provision. We can't thank them enough for their unconditional support with their education. Thanks.

My daughter attended Kids Planet Heswall Preschool from 3 through to school. The nursery feels like one big family and the staff are so caring and genuinely love what they do. My daughter has thrived and is going to school a confident sociable girl who loves to learn.

I cannot rave about Kids Planet enough. I have 2 boys who attend the nursery, 1 in preschool and 1 in toddlers. In both cases, the staff are incredible and know the children inside and out. The preschool room nurtures and prepares children for school with exciting learning opportunities. The toddler room staff have been excellent in working with my son's speech and developing his confidence. Thank you for all your hard work.

They cater to the child and their emotional needs, providing hugs and excellent care. Cannot fault the preschool and we are so sad to leave!

Staff are amazing.

Our experience with the Kids Planet Heswall has been great since they have taken over, there has been more communication to us, more parent days, lovely new rooms and toys and an all around lovely feel. The graduation was so special and a totally enjoyable afternoon for all. Thank you so much.

After our first Daughter attended Kids Planet Heswall it was our only choice for our 2nd daughter. The care my children have and continue to receive there is excellent and would 100% recommend, we have trust in the staff who are all friendly and approachable and have built fantastic relationships with over time, it has fantastic resources inside and outdoors which have recently been enhanced, our children come home each day and are happy! That is all you want, for your children to be happy! We have two very happy confident girls who love to learn and this we are sure, has been down the the fantastic start to education they have been given from this nursery, and also setting them up for starting school.

The nursery has actually improved many aspects of the security/governance since getting taken over and they replaced a lot of the aged/worn toys. My only gripe is that I’ve had to correct a few of the invoices already. The new management staff seem really pleasant though and have been helpful in trying to sort. Nurseries nowadays are super expensive, this is an issue throughout the country.

The team at Kids Planet Heswall are an exceptional group of kind, caring and nurturing professionals. My children have been at Kids Planet (Marigold) since they were babies, initially quite shy and nervous of new environments but now confident and thriving thanks to the care they have received. They offer solid educational and creative experiences so I always feel assured that their development needs are met in a playful, fun and engaging way. I could not fault the staff and key workers across all settings, they have often felt like an extension of our family.

All the staff is lovely. They are always helpful and understanding. My toddler is so happy there and is happy to be dropped off! They are always trying to encourage her development! They are very polite!

Kids Planet have provided an outstanding setting for both of my girls in their early years. The staff are nurturing, supportive and genuinely care about the children they look after. They provide an almost family-like setting, something that can’t be easily replicated. Despite other nurseries being closer to our home, it was an easy decision to send our youngest to Kids Planet; I can’t ask for more from them. There is a reason there is a waiting list to get in!

We've been so happy for the past 3 years here, through each room, it has a real family feel and they go above and beyond to support and ensure all the children are happy whatever stage they are in. My son is always so happy to go in and has built some great relationships with both children and staff here, which is so nice to see as a parent. I know when he is there he is receiving the best care.

My child has settled into nursery so well thanks to the exceptional care from the team at Kids Planet Heswall. I have been so impressed with everything since he started; from the friendly welcome at drop off to the meals (which my child loves and always has second helpings!)

I have nothing but praise for Kids Planet Heswall. My daughter has been there for the past 16 months and has flourished in every way. Coming to the end of my maternity leave, I was so nervous about leaving her with other people who were essentially strangers. I was so reassured by the staff there and from the very first day, she loved it there! The staff are passionate and committed and have taken time to invest in my daughter's specific needs, asking questions about her personality and reassuring me along the way. I would recommend this nursery to the people I know and love.

Brilliant nursery. Always striving to provide a happy and stimulating environment for our 1 and 3-year-olds. The staff are supportive, caring, and nurturing, and the nursery has supported us with multiple dietary requirements as we navigated several food allergies. We have every confidence in the team at Kids Planet Heswall.
