Spring Grove Day Nursery (West Derby)

My son has recently this year started and I've found he's come on leaps and bounds in confidence, with this being his first time in a nursery I was nervous but all the staff was amazing and accommodating and made me feel at ease. My son has formed really nice relationships with staff members and I couldn't be happier knowing while I'm not there he feels comfortable and safe with everyone around him. The famly app is constantly updated so I know what my child has been up to and everything he's ate I find this really helpful when im in work it's nice to see what he's been getting up to. Couldn't thank the staff more there all amazing

My little girl is well looked after in the nursery and reaching all of her milestones. I feel the staff have a good understanding of her character and personality and support her well. Staff are extremely approachable and always have time for parents.

Wow-what an amazing nursery! I truly feel that all the staff genuinely care about my little boy. You often hear horror stories about nurseries, but I can confidently say this couldn't be further from the experience we've had at Spring Grove.

The staff are outstanding and always go above and beyond to help. Our little boy wasn't the most straightforward case, yet every single concern we had was met with kindness, patience, and understanding, and we were never made to feel like an inconvenience.

We honestly couldn't speak more highly of this wonderful nursery and their incredible team. The staff go above and beyond in ways that truly mean the world to us. We feel incredibly lucky to have secured a place for our little boy!

This is my daughters home from home, she absolutely loves coming and feels so safe and settled. Staff are wonderful and so caring and kind and attentive, nothing is ever too much trouble. Will be gutted when my daughter has to start school, wish she could stay in this lovely nursery forever!

Our little boy has settled in so well and absolutely loves going to nursery. He really enjoys the activities that are planned each day and has built such lovely bonds with the staff.

The team are fantastic at communicating with us, and the app is great for keeping us updated and informed about everything we need to know.

He has came on so much and is learning so much here.

My child goes in happy and excited everyday and that give me peace of mind to know theyre in the right place with the right people.

Nothing bad to say about this nursery. My child has developed really well here - surprising us every day with new things he has learned. He enjoys attending and has a great connection with all the staff. It's so lovely that all the staff know his name, even the ones who don't work in the room he is in.

This is a fabulous nursery! My little boy runs in each morning and can't wait to attend which makes it for me! Staff are lovely, really caring and get to know your child inside out. My little boy has a fantastic bond with his key worker. We get regular photos and updates from nursery during the day and the staff plan lovely activities with lots of outdoor time. Office staff are really responsive and nothing is too much trouble. We've used several nurseries with our children and recommend spring grove to everyone.

Couldn't ask for a better Nursery for my two girls! All the staff are very friendly and welcoming and my girls love running into Nursery of a morning. I'll be gutted when they have to leave for school.

I'm very happy to say that my daughter was taught well to prepare for reception. She is confident and can speak fluent English at 4. She was also pot trained very well enabling her to get ready for school. I give a positive recommendation to anyone who want to place their children at Spring groove without any hesitation. Spring Grove Day Nursery is an amazing nursery. My daughter has come on so much since she started in April 2024. The staff are all lovely and I can go to work knowing my daughter is in safe hands. I wouldn't put my daughter in any other nursery.

My daughter has attended Spring Grove Day Nursery since she was 7 months old and she is now in pre-school. She loves going to nursery and has made some lovely friends. Her confidence is grown so much with the continuous encouragement from the fabulous team at Spring Grove. My youngest is due to start in the next few weeks and I can't wait to see how he develops under the guidance of the lovely staff in the baby room. Our Son has been at Spring Grove Day Nursery since he was 10 months old and he absolutely loves it. Getting out of the car might be emotional but as soon as he see's the front door his smile goes ear to ear. The staff have been an incredible support for him and they've provided us with so much wrap around care to support his development. We hear lots of mixed reviews from friends about their nurseries but we are comforted by the fact that the staff at Spring Grove go above and beyond.

Spring Grove Day Nursery is a lovely welcoming nursery where my two children enjoying going. The activities are well planned and educational development is clear to see in both my children. Staff movement around the rooms is kept to a minimum and my children develop close bonds with their teachers.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to friends and family.

This nursery is one of the best around. My children have attended here for a while now, and I have never had any problems at all. All the staff are amazing, and especially the new manager, the things she has done to turn everything around is amazing.

My child is so happy and content in the nursery; she can’t wait to go in each day! She has established positive friendships and excellent relationships with staff. She is fully supported by staff to learn and develop. The management team are always happy to help and run the nursery effectively, always having the kid's best interests at heart.
