My child loves attending nursery. They always greet her with a smile and seem genuinely pleased to see her. They tend to keep me well updated about her daily activity and post pictures of her regularly.

All the staff have been great with our 2 children, very caring and supportive. They’ve both come on so much since attending. We get regular updates through an app on how they’re both doing and what activities they’ve been doing throughout the day. I’d definitely recommend this nursery.

While the garden area isn't the biggest, they use it so much and utilise the space well. If you have concerns staff will assist and support your child if they have any needs.

My son has been attending for the last year and a half. He loves going to nursery. He has made a great group of friends, and he loves the nursery staff. The nursery staff are great! As a parent, I love that I receive photos and updates throughout the day from the app. When I pick him up, I am able to talk to him about what he has done during the day - rather than just asking what he did today. He does such a great mix of activities at nursery - there is always something that he wants to do. He comes home nicely worn out from having such a fun-filled day.

I can’t praise the staff enough for helping him settle into a new environment with new people and taking the time to get to know him as an individual. Communication at the door and through the app including pictures is excellent and very reassuring to see what he is doing during the day.

My child has always felt very at home at the nursery. The staff are very friendly and genuinely care about the well being of all the children. The staff understand how hard it can be as a parent to leave your child in the nursery, and they are very reassuring in person, and on the app to ensure that any concerns are alleviated. My child is happy at nursery and looks forward to going in to see her friends and to see the staff. She has been learning a lot during the preschool, and I have noticed a big improvement in her development because of the skills she is learning at this nursery.

Wonderful nursery, the staff are amazing, and my little boy loves his time here. He’s learnt so much and made great friends. Especially love the updates and photos throughout the day, this means we can talk about the activities he has been doing at home.

This is an absolutely fantastic nursery. When my son first joined, I was worried about how he would settle, but the staff really took time to get to know him and the things he likes, and he settled straight away. He is now absolutely thriving at nursery and is so pleased when I tell him it’s a nursery day in the morning! I love getting pictures of what he has been up to during the day, their communication is fantastic. Everyone who works there is so lovely, approachable, hard-working and professional. My son has a very minor medical issue, and they’ve also been really supportive of that, which has been really helpful and reassuring.

Would recommend to family and friends, very happy with the service.

I love this nursery and staff. I went here as a child, and my oldest son went here, and now my middle son is there, and my young will be going here too. The staff are really helpful and pleasant. Would recommend this nursery.

We have had both our children attend the nursery over the last 6-years and have seen it go from strength to strength. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond to care for the children and engage their interests. There are plenty of learning opportunities for the children and fantastic parental communication and updates via the app.

Was very worried about sending my child to the nursery, but Kids Planet managed to calm my worries down. The facilities are excellent, and the communication is great! I regularly get updated with what my child has done in his day, and they even take pictures that I can see over the application that they use. They are fantastic at getting in touch and answering their phones when I have a query and have a really great structure in place. During the lockdown, I was even more worried, but the precautions that have been taken and put into place make it fantastic and my child loves going to Kids Planet.

Fantastic nursery! My little boy had come on marvellous since joining this nursery; he loves all the staff, and I feel so comfortable leaving him in the care of the nursery. I will be sad when he leaves to go to primary school.

Absolutely lovely nursery, my son has been coming for over a year and has grown so much, in learning in confidence, knowledge. The staff always greet you with a smile and continuously asked me how I am during my pregnancy. They have a real care and special bond with children and parents. They know each child individually which is so lovely to see when they have many children to care for. Always a lovely atmosphere and super friendly.

The care the staff give all children at this nursery is exceptional. My son loves coming to nursery and has some lovely learning experiences that I am unable to give him at home. The whole staff team are really friendly and the environment is very welcoming. The daily updates and regular assessments on the app are very informative. I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to anyone. Thank you.

Since joining the nursery my daughter has developed in so many ways, she’s more confident and loves her days in nursery, this was the 3rd nursery she went to as she would not settle in the others. She absolutely loves all the staff and has had lots of fun, she’s very sad to leave.

Couldn't have asked for a better nursery for my boys to attend. Care and attention they provide every child is second to none. 5 years I've been going to this nursery and never had any issues. Staff are all brilliant overlooked by an amazing manager. Can't thank them enough for everything they have taught my boys my only regret is moving jobs which means I cannot put my daughter in this nursery. No other nursery compares to this. 100% recommend this nursery.

I have two children in this nursery, one who is 4 years old and has attended this nursery since she was 2 years old. My other child is 11 months old and has attended here since she was 9 months old. My eldest child loves coming here and has made so much progress thanks to the committed and caring staff, she even enjoys role-play at home taking on the roles of the staff which confirms to me her bond with them and the positive examples they have given her. My youngest daughter settled in great and gets excited every time I mention going to nursery. I have witnessed her development come on due to the staff taking the time to get to know her and provide appropriate play for her. I love the fact that I am always kept updated regarding my children's progress and development as well as their day to day activities.

My son has attended the nursery from 9 months until last week as he is now leaving for school. Staff are so approachable and the updates of meals and observations on the App are great! My son has come on so much and made many friends, some of which he is going to school with next month. Can’t thank the staff enough for supporting him and his fussy eating habits! My daughter is now starting next month so it’s nice that I get to keep in touch with the nursery. Thank you to all the staff!

I moved my daughter from another nursery and at first I was unsure. She has been in this nursery for 4/5 months and regret not putting her in from when she was a baby. My daughter has made great progress since joining and has settled in with staff and other toddlers in her room. I know in Kids Planet Day Nursery Wavertree the staff look after my daughter and spend time to know her strengths/weaknesses. Since joining Kids Planet her speech has greatly improved and her confidence trying new activities and passion for reading has improved. Thank you!
