Busy Nought to Fives Ltd (Bizzkidz)

Cannot recommend this nursery enough. I viewed a few prior to my son starting. My son started in the Tweenies room to pre-school. My daughter has been attending from 5 months old. Both developed great bonds with their key workers and the manager. We get daily updates with pictures and our daughter really enjoys her time here.

My great-niece has attended Bizzkidz for over two years and in that time I have watched her grow from a very shy little girl into a confident child, who isn’t afraid to ask questions. The staff helped her settle in giving her lots of support, they also reassured me as I was worried about finding the right setting for her but after a few settling-in sessions, I knew I had chosen the correct place. My niece wakes up every morning excited to go into the nursery and gets upset on the days she doesn’t need to go, which in my eyes proves that she is happy there and that the girls are doing a great job. I would highly recommend this nursery.

When looking around nurseries, it was important for me to find one that was welcoming, as my son has to attend full time due to my job. This nursery is exactly that! I’m able to talk to staff when I need help, need advice or need to inform them of anything and they’re always there to listen. More importantly, my son has developed so much in the nine months he’s been here. He is so advanced for his age and that’s purely down to this nursery, as he’s there so much. I can’t thank the staff enough for all that they do for and with the kids. I’d wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a city centre nursery!

Brilliant nursery and great staff. Our son has attended since he was 10 months old and has come on so much thanks to the staff, he loves it there. Recommended to friends and would definitely recommend again.

My little girl has settled in so well and looks forward to coming to nursery each day. She loves all the girls. The manager has made such an effort to get to know her.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough! My son has been attending since he was just 6.5 months old, and the staff have made it a wonderful experience for him and us as parents. The nursery has a lovely garden and 4 rooms, with activities designed to develop the children in an age-appropriate, and fun way. We get daily updates with photos too! The food is amazing, with varied and healthy meals every day. The nursery was incredibly supportive of me as a breastfeeding mother, making me feel comfortable for any necessary feeds at pickup time (pre-pandemic!) The staff are amazing, they genuinely care about the children, and it feels like a real home away from home for my little boy - so much so that during the pandemic, despite working from home 7 miles away, we didn't even consider changing setting for him. My son has gained so much in terms of knowledge, skills and confidence from his time at BizzKidz - I know when he moves to primary school in September he will settle in well.

They provide excellent communication and regular updates, that allow me to feel at ease knowing my child is in a safe and caring environment.

My daughter has been with Bizzkidz since she was 9 months (now 18 months) Like most first time mums, I was extremely anxious about her going to nursery so young, but I can honestly say it has been the best decision to enrol her here! The staff are fantastic and always take the time to give updates on her day when I pick her up. I can tell how much my daughter loves it here from how happy she is when I get there, and it is clear the staff are very passionate about what they do and genuinely care about each child, it is lovely to see! If you are unsure, choose Bizzkidz - you won’t regret it!

My two boys started in May and I can’t fault the nursery. They love the staff and going there each day. I can’t praise the place enough it’s made my transition back into work go so much smoother knowing how happy my boys are.

My little boy has been going here since last July and he has come so much since going. The girls in the baby room have been excellent with him. I was upset he had to leave to go into the tweenies. But he has been fine with the move. Everyone you meet when dropping off and picking up are lovely. Would highly recommend.

My daughter has been in the nursery since she was 13 months old, now 4 years old and has enjoyed her time here. She has learnt so much and the staff have brought out the best in her abilities. All the staff are wonderful and I'm kept informed each day of her progress and what she has learnt. A really homely place with such a lovely group of girls looking after my little boy. He's been there since November 2020, and I now feel like the girls and nursery manager are like his extended family. They know how much I worry about him, so they let me know any concerns they have straight away. They've also put my mind at ease so many times, as I'm a first-time mum. I know he loves nursery so much, and I am so grateful to all the time; they are just brilliant.

The staff have become part of our family, the children always come home happy with fun stories to tell. More than anything we trust that our children are 100% safe when in the hands of the manager and the girls. Will be very sad to leave.

With a very heavy heart and through a river of tears we left BizzKidz last week due to an imminent house move. My daughter (now 3 and a half years) started at 9 months and my son (now 19 months) started before he was 6 months old. Both leave the setting with great memories, new abilities, and personal and social skills that have been nurtured by the exemplary staff. All staff are true professionals in their field - they taught both of my kids necessary life skills whilst still encouraging the development of their personalities. The setting has 4 rooms, each catering to different ages, and all the activities are simultaneously educational and fun! For a city-centre nursery the outside space it is surprisingly open and well-equipped. The staff's caring natures made dropping the kids off every day like visiting a relative's house. Both of my children LOVED attending the nursery, and we never worried about leaving them in BizzKidz' capable hands. My whole family love BizzKidz.

My daughter started in the first week of September, and I'm really impressed with how quickly she's settled. She's very well looked after, and so happy going in and seeing her friends. The staff seem very caring, and they have got to know her well already. I absolutely love the photos on the app every day too!

Can’t fault the nursery. It’s very clean and tidy. The manager runs a very tight ship. My daughter has come on so much in the past 6-weeks, all thanks to her lovely key worker who dedicates so much time to her. Perfect location a stone throw away from my city-centre work. Can’t recommend enough!

My daughter has been at this nursery since she was 8 months old and she loves it. She’s now in preschool and she amazes me every day with the new things she learns at nursery. All the staff work so hard and do a fantastic job. Especially the girls in preschool. They’re always so professional and hard at work bringing the best out of all the children. I would highly recommend this nursery. I know my daughter is in really good hands while I’m at work.

Our little boy has been in this nursery for near on 2 years and I can safely say we couldn't have chosen a better nursery. All the staff are lovely and our little boy has such a great bond with each and every one of them. He has come on massively since being in this nursery and on the days he does not attend, he is asking can he go in! This reflects how much he likes attending Busy 0 to 5. To see how much he is growing in confidence is great and we will be saddened when the time comes for him to leave.

We were reassured about how caring they are. All staff spend time with all the children so they know them well and can meet their particular needs. Staff are friendly and approachable and they behave in a professional manner. Regarding management, I have never experienced a problem. My children have felt safe and I’m sure safeguarding is one of the nursery’s priorities. Facilities are very good. The garden is particularly good with ample facilities and the children love spending time outside. Routines is another strength of this nursery and the kitchen couldn’t be better. The biggest strength from my point of view is how they celebrate diversity. Childcare is not cheap but I think their prices are competitive.
