Kids Planet Fazakerley

I started my child at Kids Planet nursery in Fazakerley in July 2020. Since then I have witnessed my child grown and develop in so many ways, he is much more confident than ever before and his speech is coming out so rapidly which I believe is as a result of all the relationships he is building at nursery. He attends 2 days per week and has an amazing relationship with his key worker and the staff in the nursery. They have been great throughout the pandemic keeping parents updated with any changes. No problem is too big, they are always accommodating of anything you ask of them to do. My child has allergies and the nursery have been great at adapting meals to cater for him, even giving me ideas to use at home! The parents' app is a great way to see photos of what he is up to throughout the day and a great tool to look back on to see what he ate throughout the day or how long he has slept for. I would highly recommend this nursery to all parents!!

My little boy has attended Kids Planet since September 2019. Since then he has come on so much, he’s settled so well, he’s more confident and loves all the staff, especially his key worker. The staff are brilliant in building their relationships with the kids, but also parents, regularly updating us on their days and progress. The nursery are always happy to answer any questions you may have and will 100% work with you to ensure your child’s needs are met and they’re happy. My little boy has speech delay and since added intervention a few months back, his key worker has done everything she could and more to help his development. It’s difficult when your child can’t verbally communicate with you, but I know if he was able to, he’d tell me how much he loves nursery, the staff and his lovely key worker.

Brilliant nursery. My daughter is well stimulated and so happy attending the nursery. She is learning so much in a very nurturing and supportive environment. The staff are so attentive. Really happy we found this nursery.

I am still involved with all aspects of his health, care, play and learning whether that be through the app or phone calls.

Our son really enjoys his time in nursery. The staff are wonderful and there are so many activities throughout the day. The staff are kind and caring and always keep us updated. We have a lot of confidence that our son is in safe hands at nursery.

The girls are lovely and are really good with her, and since she has got older tells me of her days there, the things her teachers have done with her and all her friends.

Kids Planet Fazakerley is a friendly and welcoming nursery and is adhering extremely well and adapting where necessary to accommodate COVID regulations, with all staff following policies and procedures well. The nursery is very clean which puts my mind at ease when bringing in my little boy each day! The girls work in bubbles which mean the rooms never mix and a successful routine has been put in place for parents to safety pick up and drop off the children.

My little boy is in Toddler room and he absolutely loves it! He runs straight in waving through the doors to each room and says hello to the managers in the office before getting stuck in for the day! The girls in the room are very patient and caring and are always thinking of great activities for each day (things I am unable to do at home easily for example: outdoor learning using natural resources (as we don’t have a garden at home) they embrace every weather and make it lots of fun! I would highly recommend!

Kids Planet is a wonderful nursery with amazing teachers that love the children, protect them and show them lots of attention and make them smile. A brilliant nursery and I couldn't recommend this nursery enough. My little boy hasn't been there long but I've seen he always comes out happy, telling me about his day and the teachers always have a lot of time for me and tell me how his day has been and what he's done and it's always positive. His main teacher who looks after him, my son absolutely loves her, they have a really strong bond and he's always happy to see her and it's nice to see that he has that relationship where he can trust her and I do too. All the teachers are amazing.

My son is incredibly happy at the nursery and is very well looked after. He is learning well and always has a nice story to tell about his day when he gets home. He has grown in confidence since starting at the nursery, is incredibly sociable and is always excited to go in. My son has multiple allergies and I couldn't be happier with the way the nursery has managed this.

Kids Planet is great! We didn’t even look at any other nurseries before choosing it for our first-born to attend. We had 2 friends who had both recommended this nursery to us so we had already decided we would send our children here before we even needed to do so! It is also local to the grandparents' house so it is easy for pickups (which they help us out with a lot!). Our 1st child has now 'graduated' pre-school at this nursery which was a fantastic event organised by the staff, so much attention and effort had been made to make it an amazing day and to see them all in mini caps and gowns was the best surprise ever! We really didn’t expect it to be such a tear-jerker! Our 2nd child now attends the nursery and he is a crier! Every time we drop him off he cries and has tantrums saying he doesn’t want to go, but the staff are fab and take it all in their stride! They manage to prise him away from me (which can be quite upsetting for us parents!) but he always comes out beaming happy! Fab!

My child absolutely loves it here. She cannot wait to get through the gate to see everyone and play which makes me feel so content that she is safe and well looked after. She even cries when she is leaving. I like the update on the parent zone app where you can see your child's daily learning.

Love this nursery! My eldest went right through the nursery from Baby room to Preschool and we never had a problem, she loved it. The staff are excellent and the nursery is fab, great facilities and rooms for the kids, so much so that our younger daughter now attends and loves it. The difference in the kids when they attended is amazing, they really bring the kids on.

I wouldn't choose a different nursery for my son. I don’t know what I am going to do when he has to start school. All the staff make us feel welcome and no problem is an issue. I think the app they use is great. As toddlers they can't tell us what they have done in nursery or what they have had to eat but the app puts our minds at rest about what they have done or eaten.

Ever since my daughter started at this nursery in September 2020 she has come on so much, talking, crawling, standing up, and settles more. If I mention any of her workers' names whilst talking to her she starts smiling, getting excited. Every single one of the staff girls belongs at this job as you can tell how much they love looking after the little kiddies. 100% recommend to anyone who’s thinking about it x

I am really pleased with this nursery which my daughter started when she was two months old. She has come on loads and enjoys going there to see her friends and the staff who are really friendly and have made her welcome and settled, as she has moved to three different rooms and she has settled really well in all of them. I am really happy I have decided to start her in Kids Planet for her first years. I will also be keeping her here for preschool.

Recently a staff member returned to the setting, since the return of the staff member my daughter has instantly built up a beautiful relationship with her new keyworker. This has made me happy and feel even more comfortable leaving my daughter at the setting. My daughter is regularly receiving observations from her keyworker and regular daily information is shared well.

Both my kids have attended this nursery and have been looked after and taught brilliantly. Staff are all friendly and it's a lovely environment for the kids.

My child has come on in leaps and bounds since joining Kids Planet Day Nurseries - Fazakerley. My child loves coming to the nursery and all the staff are all like our family now and I could not ask for better care.

Great experience, feel really confident leaving my son with the staff. My son has a speech delay and I'm really happy with the support received from the nursery and its staff. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for their children.
