Kids Planet Irlam

Two members of staff in particular are great. My daughter goes through phases of being teary going into nursery as she's really attached to me, I can leave knowing that she's in good hands and will be happy with a cuddle from either! It's her safe space away from home, she has fun, plays with friends, and her learning improves daily - it really is down to the girls in her room specifically! Her bond with both is really lovely and we are lucky they look after her so well. Thanks to them again!

Since my daughter has been coming to this nursery she's come on leaps and bounds with her words and speech and she's becoming more independent now, thank you all for all the support you have given my daughter, it's been a pleasure to work alongside you all as a parent and manager, also it's a warm welcome when arriving and leaving with lots of smiles and positivity.

I can't recommend this nursery highly enough! The staff are absolutely lovely, caring, attentive and always welcoming. They create such a positive and nurturing environment for the children. Additionally, the menu is well-balanced and thoughtfully planned, ensuring that all the kids get the nutrition they need. My son absolutely loves going there and always comes home with a big smile. It's clear that this nursery is dedicated to both the well-being and happiness of the children.

My daughter struggled during her settling-in days, and I was worried about how she would be on her first day... I shouldn't have been, the staff made her first day not so traumatic, and I think she ended up enjoying it. Can't thank the staff enough.

Kids Planet was a great nursery but since the change in ownership, I would say the nursery has gone down with its performance, especially the admin side. Previously communications were taken seriously, with the coming of Kids Planet communication is not great. The manageress made a huge error in the days for my child was attending nursery, no apologies have been made and it has made me struggle so much.

Really friendly staff and a very safe environment for the children. I receive regular updates about my son and the activities he has been involved in as well as meals, sleeping and general behaviour. The staff engage with the children and my son has developed massively by attending Kids Planet. Only good things to say.

This nursery is in immaculate condition and is a safe environment for my daughter.

The staff are very welcoming and caring. My son started last month and though struggled to settle down he eventually started to get comfortable. Thank you, ladies, in the baby's room, you've been very patient with my baby. I like that they update you with baby activities and meals in the parent app all day. Cute pictures and all.

All members of staff are amazing there. They are very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for all your hard work, love, dedication. My child is very happy to attend this nursery. I feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful environment for my son.

The old management and wider team were always fantastic and would have received a 5 in all areas if the ownership hadn’t changed. It would be unfair on the staff team to give below a 4 but the new owners are really letting the nursery down.

Fantastic nursery, staff are always very welcoming as we come in. My son loves it and will go to the staff happily which makes me feel at ease when I drop him off as I know he is in safe hands. Great environment and has great staff! He has come on so much since starting this nursery, is more vocal and can point things out and recognise objects and body parts all thanks to this nursery. Would highly recommend it to family and friends.

I recommend this nursery to anyone I know who is looking.

All 3 of my children have attended and I wouldn’t send them anywhere else. The baby room is amazing and my son has come on so much since starting last year. Staff are lovely. The holiday club is also really good for older children.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for nearly two years now, and she loves the place and the staff in there. The girls/ladies are very attentive, kind, and polite. Always smiley and ready to help. She loves being around them. It's a great comfort to know that my child is well looked after while I am at work.

My child has started nursery this year and I have been so happy with my choice of Kids Planet. The induction was great and I’ve felt reassured by the staff they are caring and supportive and I couldn’t have asked for more.

I particularly enjoy reading through his six week intent and how he has been advancing and what he has been learning and focusing on.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a nursery for their child.

She has her own little key person who does observations and tracking her development and we've just attended her first little parents evening - how cute! I was a nervous wreck when she started but the staff and managers really supported me and I trust them completely to care for my baby when I have to work!

This is definitely a nursery you want your children to attend, it is like home from home and my girls love it. The staff are longstanding, with lots of experience and love for the job.
