We think the staff are caring and very good with our daughter she's come along so much since being at the nursery. She has learnt so much in little time.
This nursery is in immaculate condition and is a safe environment for my daughter.

Really friendly staff and a very safe environment for the children. I receive regular updates about my son and the activities he has been involved in as well as meals, sleeping and general behaviour. The staff engage with the children and my son has developed massively by attending Kids Planet. Only

All members of staff are amazing there. They are very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for all your hard work, love, dedication. My child is very happy to attend this nursery. I feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful environment for my son.

My little girl started in June 2023 and the staff who work there have really cared for her in every room she has been in.
The progress my little girl has made with her vocabulary is amazing and it’s down to how much time and care the staff put into the children.
I recommend this nursery to anyone

Fantastic nursery, staff are always very welcoming as we come in. My son loves it and will go to the staff happily which makes me feel at ease when I drop him off as I know he is in safe hands. Great environment and has great staff! He has come on so much since starting this nursery, is more vocal and
can point things out and recognise objects and body parts all thanks to this nursery. Would highly recommend it to family and friends.

We enrolled our child when it was under different ownership when she was 7 months old. The staff have always had a wonderful bond with her, it’s very obvious they care deeply about her. The whole team has always been exceptional. Our daughter has thrived at the nursery and we especially like the 6 weekly
progress updates and parents' evening.
The ownership changed in January 2024 to Kids Planet and the transition has not been handled well. Within the first month, we were notified that our fees would be increasing by over 33%, with 6 weeks notice before effect. This is an unbelievable increase. The KP team is extremely difficult to get hold of, doesn’t return calls, and in most cases unhelpful. We have not even met the new Nursery Manager.
The old management and wider team were always fantastic and would have received a 5 in all areas if the ownership hadn’t changed. It would be unfair on the staff team to give below a 4 but the new owners are really letting the nursery down.

The staff at the nursery are fantastic. My child is in the baby room and has been going here since October 2023 and every day at drop off she is happy! We are updated regularly, I know my child is cared for and well taken care of.
The nursery itself has great indoor and outdoor areas. welcoming, clean
and like a home from home.
They have special theme weeks for things like Christmas and Easter which is fun for the little ones (and us).
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a nursery for their child.

My son has enjoyed every second of nursery since joining when he was 15 months old. He is now getting ready to leave and move on to nursery school.
The nursery has really helped him with his learning and development, with him being moved up numerous times to help support this. He has made really strong
friendships and bonds with both children and staff and talks about them all the time.
I particularly enjoy reading through his six week intent and how he has been advancing and what he has been learning and focusing on.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for nearly two years now, and she loves the place and the staff in there. The girls/ladies are very attentive, kind, and polite. Always smiley and ready to help. She loves being around them. It's a great comfort to know that my child is well looked after while

All 3 of my children have attended and I wouldn’t send them anywhere else. The baby room is amazing and my son has come on so much since starting last year. Staff are lovely. The holiday club is also really good for older children.

My child has started at Fledglings Irlam in August. I don't normally leave reviews but I really wanted to let other parents to know that this nursery has been fab with my little girl.
She has her own little key person who does observations and tracking her development and we've just attended her first
little parents evening - how cute! I was a nervous wreck when she started but the staff and managers really supported me and I trust them completely to care for my baby when I have to work!


So thank you Fledglings Irlam from one happy mummy!

Absolutely fantastic nursery. Both of my girls have attended and all I can say is wow! The passion, love and enthusiasm the staff have towards the children is unreal.
This is definitely a nursery you want your children to attend, it is like home from home and my girls love it. The staff are longstanding,
with lots of experience and love for the job.
