Overall very pleasant experience. Very happy with this nursery.
My child is always so excited to go to nursery to see her "best friend" (her carer). The staff are all so friendly and are genuinely interested in having a conversation with me, asking about family, events we have had. She always comes home telling me all about her day, and teaching me what she has learned that day. I leave knowing she is extremely well care for and safe. The staffs training is outstanding and they are always keeping up top date with new changes, keeping the parents informed too.
Overall, we are extremely happy with the nursery.

I'm very happy with everything. My daughter loves coming to nursery, she's made friends and built a connection with staff. She feels very happy and safe. All staff are wonderful.

Staff seem to genuinely care and are great with queries and questions. The nursery space is always clean and welcoming. Meals provided are nutritious and varied. There are lots of opportunities for parents to get involved and staff are available through the app or phone call if I need to check in on my child.

My child has settled well into nursery in 2023, he transitioned from babies to the toddler room. Staff are excellent at meeting and communicating our child's needs as a whole. Our child is meeting all their milestones in health, development, education and social skills. Our child is really happy at nursery and we love to see him flourish and the new relationships and memories he is making.
The service my daughter and I have received from Tiddlywinks cannot be faulted. My girl absolutely loves nursery and the level of care is perfection.

The app the nursery use is great, the updates have helped me get over my initial nerves and the chef comes up with some fantastic meals for my boy who has a cow milk allergy.

My child loves the nursery and his key worker, he has a brilliant relationship with the nursery staff. I am very confident in leaving my child at the setting, knowing all his needs are met and more.
