Beeches Day Nursery offers a homely environment in a leafy part of Prestwich. The Beeches provides quality and inspirational learning for children up to five years old.
A nurturing and caring environment is provided where everyone feels welcome and valued in their own right. The Beeches has established an enviable reputation for delivering a high-quality childcare service and this is recognised by both parents and Ofsted.
The Beeches was refurnished and extended in April 2025 with places now available for all ages. The nursery has three main rooms, each specialised for 3 age groups; babies, toddlers and pre-school.
The children are cared for in a stimulating environment where each child can reach their full potential. Children are actively encouraged to explore, learn, communicate and interact with one another.
The Beeches is very proud of its staff who you will find are enthusiastic, dedicated and highly qualified and this is what makes the nursery so special.
The back garden is extensive allowing for plenty of freedom and exploration.
There is also an open door policy to ensure there is effective communication at all times between the nursery and parents/carers.

My youngest son attends Beeches Nursery and my eldest son also attended until he started reception in September. It is a lovely nursery, with a warm homely atmosphere. The new owner has recently renovated and updated much of the nursery making it feel fresh and new. The large garden at the back is fantastic and both of my children have spent many happy hours exploring it. The staff are really caring and approachable, and the relatively small size means, as a parent, you get to know the staff and it always feels as if they know individual children really well. They provide a range of stimulating activities which support the development of the children and try to tailor these to each child’s interests. The menu is well considered with a range of foods. Recommended.

Both children attend the nursery full time since reopening on 1st June after it was closed due to Covid-19 for a short period. The communication from the manager and her staff during this period has been excellent. I would highly recommend this nursery.
