My toddler has been very happy at Dryden: he enjoys the varied indoor & outdoor activities, the delicious daily lunch and tea prepared on-site and is very attached to his teachers. His face lights up every day when we get to the gates. We feel very confident about dropping him off here each day, and couldn’t be more pleased with the rapport the teachers have with the children, the thought that goes into the types of activities provided, and the degree to which the management is attentive to any questions or concerns that arise (something I especially appreciate as a new mum). Dryden is an outstanding nursery.
I think, I am happy with nursery’ Service. The kids well organised in the rooms by their ages. The staff so kind and helpful with kids. The most thing I like is the report given to the parents everyday which summarise the activity, sleep times and males given to the kids. My kid is so happy and comfortable and he learn many thing e.g. numbers, colours and animals. Overall, I think the nursery is good place for kids.
We are extremely happy with the nursery, all staff are extremely friendly and professional, and our child is very happy. We are perfectly well informed of his days and his general development. We love the warm and welcoming atmosphere the nursery has created.
My daughter has been attending Dryden Street since she was 8 months old and will continue to attend until she starts school later this year. Staff at the nursery have been very supportive throughout every stage of her development to this point, and are always happy to offer advice relating to any issues we have faced outside nursery. They were particularly helpful when she was reluctant to eat and have handled her milk allergy very well - her food is prepared separately when necessary, and she is always offered an alternative rather than missing out. My daughter is very fond of the staff and still likes to speak to those who cared for her in the baby and toddler rooms whenever she sees them. I have always felt that she was safe in their care, and I believe they have prepared her very well for her upcoming move into school.
Dryden Street is a wonderful nursery, our daughter has been attending full-time for over 1 year and she loves it. The staff are super friendly, calm, patient and knowledgeable and have made sure our daughter is well cared for and educated. The facilities are excellent and the activities are creative and varied.
My daughter has been at Dryden Street since she was nine months and we have had such a wonderful experience. Her key workers in each of her rooms have been outstanding and she has still continued to have had a great relationship with each of them, even when she has moved into a new room. It's pretty remarkable to see how much they pack into every day and she has been so well prepared for school during her time in EY3. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Dryden Street nursery.
Dryden Street Day Nursery have cared for both of my children (one who still attends, one has since graduated to school). The manager and the team have provided fantastic care over the years and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a nursery. It may not have all the bells and whistles of some others, but the staff are incredibly caring and nurturing, the facilities provide everything the children need. The team are friendly, obviously all love children and share and take on board feedback from parents and the children themselves.
Both our boys are in this lovely nursery. The staff have a great relationship with the children and I’ve watched our boys develop with the encouragement and support that they receive at Dryden Street. We love that they are outside every day at least twice a day, it’s where children should be! We moved our eldest to this nursery because of the lack of outdoors-time at his former nursery. We were very pleased that Dryden Street received an ‘Outstanding’ at Ofsted as we believe the staff truly deserve that result for the work they put in.
A very good/excellent standard nursery, encouraging play, learning and multiple activities. Our daughter comes home very happy and sometimes does not want to leave! The staff are generally attentive and the standard of care ranges from (minimum) good to excellent. We are extremely happy with our key carer as she has the emotional intelligence to understand parents' and children's needs and provide us with the extra reassurance a parent needs; we get daily reports on how our daughter's day has been but also they would bring to our attention any other developments or issues to deal with. Any minor issues raised to staff have been dealt with effectively. It is a safe environment and we have generally been very pleased with the whole process since the start (July 2018) to present day (April 2019). We would not hesitate to recommend Dryden Street Nursery.
The staff guided me with the info I need, understood my anxieties and concerns - and even gave me a couple of hugs when I was in tears at the emotion of it all. We've now settled into a new rhythm, and I'm so glad we're at this nursery.
My son started at Dryden St in September 2018 when he was around ten months old and attends two full days a week. I couldn't be happier with his nursery. The settling in process was excellent and my son was immediately made to feel comfortable and part of the nursery. Staff are all friendly and calm and always remember to tell me funny little things he has done during the day which means a lot. There is plenty of outside space and time to play which was important to us and food provided is nutritious and filling. I'm so pleased with it and it made returning to work that little bit easier knowing he was so well cared for.
Fantastic environment for the children. My daughter has been attending since she was nine months old and she is over three years already. She has been in all rooms (baby, toddler, early years two and three years) and is been happy in all of them. The activities and education are fabulous. All staff is outstanding.
My son has been so happy at Dryden Nursery since he started at the age of 9 months. The staff are fantastic, they make a wonderful environment and I can see he learns so much when he is there. He really does love this place. The environment is safe, clean and engaging. The food is great and the nursery was very accommodating if I wanted to change or alter anything. As a very nervous new mum leaving my child when returning to work they also made me feel much more relaxed and happy about the whole thing. Really can't recommend enough.
Dryden Street is an absolutely brilliant nursery. All of the staff consistently go above and beyond and ensure that all of the children are happy and well-supported. They are committed to supporting your child as an individual and will work closely with you to make sure that they feel accepted and thrive in the nursery environment.
