The Bridge Nursery

Lovely staff, excellent care. Communication with parents is excellent. Staff are friendly and kids don't see them as staff- they call them aunties and treat them like aunties. This gives the nursery a homely feel cutting out the anxiety for the child.

Staff have supported a child-focused transition to nursery, good communication and interaction with the children. Staff are prompt in sharing information and communication. The children have settled quickly and are picking up so much with achievable clear goals and targets, all of the staff are aware of their needs and supportive. Brilliant start to their early years. My daughter has been coming to The Bridge Day nursery since she was 9 months old and has loved it from day one. The staff are all very friendly and approachable and have helped my daughter learn new skills and grow in confidence as well as keeping me informed of her progress and developments. She loves playing outside and with her little friends and seems to eat everything provided. I highly recommend this nursery. Thank you.

My child really enjoyed his time here. He learned so much and is ready for school. All the Aunties in the preschool room are lovely and really went above and beyond to help encourage and bring on my son's learning journey.

There is clearly a significant lack of knowledge of SEN procedures.

I have appreciated how nice the manager has been, friendly reminders if I've been late with a payment, readiness to find a last-minute space for emergency childcare, and just all round making it feel like a nice experience when dealing with the admin side of things.

I feel confident in leaving my child at the nursery knowing he will be well looked after for the day. The staff are so good with him and he even talks about the staff when he gets home. I would highly recommend and this nursery will give your child a good foundation to progress successfully onto school. Thank you.

My son has been going since November 2022, he's 19 months now. He's doing really well and thriving. He loves going and always has the best time. He has learnt so much from going and the main thing for me is that it seems very clean. He doesn't come home with too many bugs or illnesses which was one thing I was nervous about. Thanks to the management and the whole team of aunties!

My son has been going to The Bridge for a year now, and he has massively progressed since joining. He has learnt so much and has made some cute little friends. I also love how we get daily updates on what he has been doing in the nursery that day. Honestly couldn't praise The Bridge Nursery enough for all they do for their children.

The staff and management have been fantastic with our son from day one, the range of activities provided and fed back to us through the portal has been first-rate. As have the themed days based on British and International celebration days. The support shown to us and our son throughout his development challenges were above and beyond and we can think of no place we would rather send him. All in all, a fantastic nursery - would wholeheartedly recommend to any parent.

My little girl loves coming here; she has come on leaps and bounds since joining the nursery. The staff are amazing with the children, and there are always smiles in the nursery. They make you feel reassured and keep you up to date with what activities they have been doing in the nursery. Honestly couldn’t recommend the nursery enough; I won’t be sending my little girl anywhere else. So glad I found the little gem of a place.

I'm so happy and proud of how much my little girl has progressed throughout the years. That's thanks to the love and care of all the staff at The Bridge Nursery. They always show love and care towards all of the children and are very approachable. My little girl has attended for almost three years and the staff are truly like her "aunties" she talks about them none stop and can't wait to get to nursery on a Monday morning. I find the nursery's standards are very high. They are very caring towards my children. They have always eaten what is put in front of them and it's excellent value for money. They have always really enjoyed going and get very attached to the staff there. Their progress for learning has been fantastic and have come on lots since being in nursery.

This nursery is fantastic, my baby started very early at 4 months and has come on massively. He really loves it and his key workers. I get regular reports about how he's doing, a daily book to tell me what he's done and support if I need or my child does. I can't recommend it enough.

My son has just attended the holiday club at The Bridge Nursery and he had an absolutely wonderful time there. They had lots of different activities going for the children. I cannot praise the staff there enough, I would definitely recommend this service and will be using them again next half term.

Our son started at Bridge in January 2016 at 10 months old and from the very first day we picked him up to this day he never stops chattering in the car on the way home which for us speaks volumes. He clearly loves it and is very relaxed there. The aunties are great and always spend time in the evening letting us know how his day has been. The daily diaries he brings home is a big plus for us, it's really nice to know what he's been doing, when he's slept and what he's eaten etc. We are extremely happy with the care he receives, the learning support he gets and we would highly recommend the nursery.
