Kids Planet Mapperley

Our son is currently in the toddler room and since he joined the nursery we have been so pleased with his care. The management truly care about the children and all of the staff are so lovely and personable and they really make the nursery.

Our daughter has been at this nursery since she was 9 months, currently in pre school. The staff are what makes this place wonderful - she loves her time there and we're confident she's in the perfect environment for her to flourish. Great outside space and creative environment.

Our little one goes four days a week and loves it here. The staff are so friendly and really get to know the children and support their development. Always getting updates on their app and at the end of the day, they always make time to give us a little information on what the children have done that day.

My son absolutely loves this nursery - he's been attending since he was 9 months old and is now 2 years 4 months. He loves it so much that he sometimes doesn't want to come home as he's just having too much fun in the garden! I love the range of activities he's offered - baby yoga, signing - and he always seems to be doing something a bit different. What's really great is that the staff are really quite consistent - yes there has been some natural turnover and changes but actually most of the staff have stayed the same in the time he's been at the nursery. They've all taken the time to get to know him and they always say hello to us - even when we see them outside of the nursery environment! Highly recommend and a huge thank you to the team for all the care you provide.

My daughter has been extremely happy at nursery for 3 years. She has happily gone in everyday and has made important friendships with children and staff. They react to the interests of the children and incorporate them into learning activities.

My daughter attended for many years which prompted me to get my son into the same nursery. It's still amazing as ever my son who's currently in the baby room LOVES his time there and loves the staff. I feel at ease and know he's well looked after. All staff are incredible and we value each and everyone of you. Thank you

I would definitely recommend this nursery.

My son has been with the nursery since January 2025. The staff were amazing with settling him in and now he runs in most days. The nursery is very secure with face recognition to enter the building. The staff ensure I am updated at every pick up on how his day has been, what he has eaten, how he has slept and all the fun things he has been doing. This is also replicated via the app which is updated in real time, giving that extra reassurance to parents. The care is amazing and the environment has a lovely family feel.

We currently have one child in the pre-school room and one in the baby room and we couldn't be more pleased with our choice of nursery. Nothing is too much for them (even handing out birthday party invites!) and you can genuinely tell every member of staff knows each child inside out. We've been so lucky with our key workers for our children and they absolutely adore the staff. The activities they plan are just something else (baby spa for mental health week, going out to the local park to collect ingredients for potions etc) and the outings are such a bonus too. Would recommend (and have recommended) this nursery without hesitation.

My son started at nursery in March 2025 at 9 months old and absolutely adores it there. The staff have taken so much time to ensure the have got to know his likes, dislikes and personality. We are expecting another baby in September and when they're old enough we won't have any hesitation in choosing nursery again!

My daughter is a new starter and this nursery came highly recommended and so far I'm not disappointed my daughter settled in well and the staff are very supportive and encouraging and that is exactly what she needs and gives me piece of mind. Warm welcoming staff and manager nothing but thumbs up for the level of care which I do hold to a high standard and so far the team are living up to great job

Fantastic nursery, all staff are welcoming and my little boy comes home happy everyday he's there's. Effective communication throughout and staff always provide you with an overview each day on how your child has been

Kids planet is absolutely fantastic. My daughter is in the bay room and is always so excited to be dropped off in the morning. The staff are so caring and friendly and always do lots of fun activities with the kids

We are so unbelievably happy with our choice of nursery for our little two year old daughter. She only goes one day a week currently but will be going more from September. She absolutely loves it and the staff are so lovely to her. She talks about it all week and has the best time.

Brilliant staff friendly, nothing is ever too much for them . My son loves it here ! The staff generally seem to care for the kids and have bonds with each child which is lovely to see. The outside but is fabulous and love the garden room.

He started off in the baby room and is now in the pre-school room and some of the staff have followed him into each room which i think is really nice too.

My daughter also eats really well. Would definitely recommend

Our little boy joined Kids Planet Mapperley in April 2025 and we can honestly say we have been so impressed! From the different day to day activities the children get involved in, the range of meals offered, and the staff making strong connections with the children, letting us know what he gets up to everyday. We definitely feel we made the right choice and our little boy has come on so far already so we can't thank the staff enough for all they do and making the settling in process seamless.

Both children have built lovely relationships with the staff at the nursery.
