Kindred White Post Day Nursery & Pre-school is one of the region’s leading independent providers of high quality childcare with many years of experience in providing a safe, stimulating and happy environment for children aged between six weeks and eight years.

The nursery is run and staffed by experienced and fully qualified staff totally dedicated to the care of your child. Situated next to White Post Farm Centre, the children have access to the farm activities as an additional learning resource. Each day is structured to offer a variety of learning environments, such as painting, drawing, modelling, music and movements, and other planned activities.

In addition, specialist practitioners provide extra classes - Forest schools, French, Music and Movement, Yoga and tennis. The nursery is happy to accept all nursery vouchers and offer Nursery Grant places. All meals are prepared and cooked on the premises.

What sold this nursery to us was the staff and the visits to Alphabet House Day Nursery.
My little boy started in August - he cried when I dropped him off and again when I fetched him but six weeks in and I don't even get chance to take his coat off before he's walking over to one of the ladies for
a hug. I love that he's enjoying himself and learning new things daily. Pretty sure he enjoys the food too!

I am really pleased with Alphabet House, I feel that my daughter is very happy and developing well. The staff are superb and the nursery has a real good feel about it. There are lots of toys/activities for the children. I am so pleased that the children also visit the local farm on a regular basis.
My daughters key worker is wonderful and I would certainly recommend this nursery to friends.

My daughters keyworker is very supportive in meeting my daughters needs. She communicated my childs targets very clearly and advised me on additional information to enhance her development at home. After having visited the nursery to have a look around before deciding which one my son would attend I felt right at home with this nursery. Everyone was friendly and I felt confident he would be well cared for.


I would highly recommend this nursery as my son has fitted in no problem since I had

always been at home with him till he was 3. I felt confident that he was being cared for and that he would be comforted if needed for the reasons above. I am also happy with the level of development he has reached.

My son has attended the preschool for over a year and his confidence has improved no end. He has difficulty with his speech but this has not held him back. With the support of his key worker and the other staff, his speech improved and became more clear. I cannot thank the staff enough he never wants
to come home at the end of the day.

My child thoroughly enjoys his time coming to the nursery to spend time with not only the staff but he has made plenty of friends along his journey whilst he has been coming. All staff are friendly, helpful, courteous and can't do enough for all the children. The activities provided are not only helping
his progression develop but moulding him into an individual to grow into. Overall extremely happy.

My daughter attended Alphabet House Day Nursery from 11 months old until she sadly had to leave for big school. She loved every minute and never wanted to leave in the evenings! The care, love and teaching she received here was beyond fantastic! The team are amazing providing so many varied activities
(dance, French, tennis, forest school, farm days) with amazing fun and enthusiasm. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My son has been coming here for the last few months. My son has come on in leaps and bounds, the staff here have done more than enough to make him feel comfortable and happy. He has gone from being a shy and cautious boy to loving the nursery and wanting to come every day.

Hello I'm Rachael. I am Level 3 qualified and have worked in childcare since 2005. I have worked in every position from Nursery practitioner up to Nursery Manager and this has given me a wide range of experience. I thrive on learning and challenging myself.
