Kindred White Post Nursery and Pre-school

The team that work with and have worked with my children are all fantastic. They have the personal touch but I feel like the structure and vision is not as it was. Since Kindred has taken over and at first the suggestion was with little change other than uniform and branding. A month later we have been hit with a difference in how we are billed, fees increased as they are yearly (although National Minimum Wage increases do not take affect until April). Communication was unclear and left many questions open for existing parents. That took 3 weeks to be resolved! I have raised my concern a few times around the process of drop-off and collection. Currently we walk down stairs that are a hazard. We are taking toddlers, which is fine if you have 1 to supervise but when you have more than 1 this is a daily challenge. You are then queuing to drop off and collect your child outside in all weathers. You then feel rushed to handover and say goodbye due to the queue behind you and the conditions.

I absolutely adore everything the staff do, they go above and beyond and I can never thank them enough for all they've done over the years for both my children. Very helpful, knowledgeable, patient, loving and caring.

I would definitely recommend this nursery. He is always going out to White Post farm with the nursery and he absolutely loves the staff, coming home and talking about them nonstop. To be able to go to work and not worry about your child is such a relief.

My twin boys started at Alphabet House in March 2019 after the closure of their last nursery. I was worried about them starting at a different nursery at 2 and a half years old, but I didn't need to be. They settled into the toddler room easily and are now progressing into the pre-school room. I love that they have access to the farm next door, there is a variety of food available and they are looked after by dedicated staff.

We receive regular updates through tapestry and have good catch-ups with staff.

We cannot speak highly enough of all the staff and the Alphabet House team since our daughter has been attending. The care and attention they have shown has been outstanding and we would not hesitate to recommend the nursery to our friends.

My little boy started in August - he cried when I dropped him off and again when I fetched him but six weeks in and I don't even get chance to take his coat off before he's walking over to one of the ladies for a hug. I love that he's enjoying himself and learning new things daily. Pretty sure he enjoys the food too!

I find the staff supportive, open and friendly. Very satisfied.

My daughter developed loads since being here and loves coming. My daughter also says she enjoys her time and says she loves going.

I am really pleased with Alphabet House, I feel that my daughter is very happy and developing well. The staff are superb and the nursery has a real good feel about it. There are lots of toys/activities for the children. I am so pleased that the children also visit the local farm on a regular basis. My daughters key worker is wonderful and I would certainly recommend this nursery to friends.

My two children have just started at Alphabet House a month ago and I have been so impressed at how well they have both settled in already. The staff have been very helpful and friendly and I can't wait to see them grow while being here.

My daughters keyworker is very supportive in meeting my daughters needs. She communicated my childs targets very clearly and advised me on additional information to enhance her development at home. She clearly talked me through the daily routine and advised me on how she measures her progression and development.

After having visited the nursery to have a look around before deciding which one my son would attend I felt right at home with this nursery. Everyone was friendly and I felt confident he would be well cared for.

I would highly recommend this nursery as my son has fitted in no problem since I had always been at home with him till he was 3. I felt confident that he was being cared for and that he would be comforted if needed for the reasons above. I am also happy with the level of development he has reached.

Friendly staff, helpful and kind, wonderful range of learning activities provided, always go the extra mile to help and fantastic menu. My boy wouldn't eat the variety of food he does if it wasn't for this nursery.

The staff are so supportive, not just to the children but also the families.

Very friendly, approachable staff, always happy to address any concerns or just have a chat about general progress.

Our child is happy, well cared for and enjoys his time at nursery.

Our son's confidence has greatly improved after joining full time.
