Kindred White Post Nursery and Pre-school

All in all, its a lovely nursery that I would definitely recommend.

It makes it so easy leaving them at nursery, knowing they are so well cared for and having such a great time.

Absolutely fantastic nursery! My daughter has been attending since the baby room and we couldn't be happier with the care she receives. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and truly passionate about what they do. It's such a warm, welcoming environment and it gives us real peace of mind knowing she's in such good hands.

A huge shoutout to Emma, who has been absolutely amazing with my daughter and helping me get the help I need to support her . Also Her dedication, care, and positive energy really stand out, and it's clear how much she genuinely cares about the children.

Our little boy has been attending a Kindred nursery for 6 months now, and the change in him is incredible! He's grown in confidence socially and appears to thoroughly enjoy his days at nursery. The activities are varied and he comes home knowing new nursery rhymes, stories, and having spent time outside using a wide range of toys/equipment. I love that we get pictures so that we can see the different things he's been up to! The menu is exciting and changes with the seasons. The staff are very engaging and the weekly reports on his antics at nursery are incredibly person centred, detailed, and exciting to read! This has been our first time using a nursery and we are thrilled to have had such a positive experience from the very start!

Highly recommend this nursery. My daughter seems genuinely happy to go in to nursery and we've noticed a huge increase in her development including her speech and potty training. The nursery itself is a lovely environment and the staff are always really friendly. Thanks to you all!

My daughter started at Kindred White Post in September for a full day once a week. Every week she strides in confident, smile on her face, without a care in the world. This gives me so much confidence that she not only loves her time there but excellent care is being provided. Since starting in September, my daughter's language and social skills have come on leaps and bounds, every week I look forward to finding out what she has learned that day. Yet another reason why we love sending her to Kindred.

Friendly nursery, regular updates, supportive. Both our children are flourishing. The children always come out happy and tell us about their adventures for the day! The staff are always willing to listen and help.

My daughter gets the possible care from all the staff in Learning Lane. It is such a huge relief to see her happy to see staff in the morning. The updates on my daughter's progress have been so detailed and the relationship she has developed with staff in a short space of time is a testament to the care she receives.

The granddaughter has only been there for 6 weeks, but she is a totally different girl now, and that is thanks to the staff and the hard work and dedication they not only have put into ours but to all the children.

If you are thinking of sending your child to nursery we cannot recommend Kindred White Post enough, we think they are outstanding at what they do and we are so happy with the excellent care our son receives!

Excellent nursery, my daughter really enjoys her days here. She absolutely loves going to the farm and enjoys seeing all the animals. She always comes home happy and has always done a variety of different activities and gets offered a wide range of food. All staff are approachable and it's easy to contact them during the day if needed. They keep us updated during the day with what our daughter has been doing and also food/nap times. Management team are also good and approachable.

Fantastic nursery, both me and my son have received amazing experiences from all staff even before I confirmed my registration with the nursery. As a previous nursery manager I found choosing a nursery extremely difficult however, I couldn't be happier with my choice and I honestly can not recommend this nursery enough!

The staff at White Post do everything they can to make the whole nursery experience wonderful: the activities, photos shared, meals provided - the list could go on.

The staff at Kindred Nursery White Post are absolutely amazing! The management are so understanding and supportive of any issues ongoing at home, they keep you informed regularly of your child's progress and any changes that are due to occur via the app. All the staff engage with the children with warmth and empathy, when my son leaves in July I will be very sad to leave them behind. My son absolutely adores his key worker who goes above and beyond for him as much as she can, entertaining his little quirks which I really appreciate. The nursery takes the children to the farm which is amazing and they also have extracurricular activities such as dance, tennis, parents' breakfast and they recently did an Africa day exposing the children to the African culture. The transition from Alphabet House to Kindred went smoothly and any queries answered in a timely manner. I honestly can't thank the manager and the team enough for everything they have done!

The team that work with and have worked with my children are all fantastic. They have the personal touch but I feel like the structure and vision is not as it was. Since Kindred has taken over and at first the suggestion was with little change other than uniform and branding. A month later we have been hit with a difference in how we are billed, fees increased as they are yearly (although National Minimum Wage increases do not take affect until April). Communication was unclear and left many questions open for existing parents. That took 3 weeks to be resolved! I have raised my concern a few times around the process of drop-off and collection. Currently we walk down stairs that are a hazard. We are taking toddlers, which is fine if you have 1 to supervise but when you have more than 1 this is a daily challenge. You are then queuing to drop off and collect your child outside in all weathers. You then feel rushed to handover and say goodbye due to the queue behind you and the conditions.
