ABC123 - Home from Home Parkside

Fabulous staff, cannot thank them enough for the care they give my son. They are warm and welcoming and cater to all his needs and development. I love the outdoor area it is fantastic, it is so spacious and I know my son loves being out in the open with lots of activities to do! They also have animals which is great as he loves to explore.

We chose Home from Home as our son's nursery after bumping into a group of children and adults walking (and huge trollies for tiny tots) in the local racecourse park. The team were so outgoing, especially one lady who encouraged us to visit and once we saw the nursery, we didn't look back. 'Homely' is a very accurate description, in that the nursery itself is a very large house with lots of different rooms and areas in the garden for play, animals, learning and eating home cooked food. The staff are warm and generous, firm and fair, creative and chatty. They take time to keep us updated and put more time into Tapestry online than we imagined and seem to remember and care for all parents as well as the children. We often find the time to chat with staff and enjoy drop off and pick up time. Our son is growing in this nursery and we are proud that he attends.

I am very satisfied about the nursery and the progress of my son. He seems very happy and I can hear every day a new English word. I would recommend it to anyone who would ask my advice in terms of nurseries.

My daughter loves this nursery and all the activities that they do. She loves playing in the garden that has good equipment for the children and she always eats all of her food. She loves it.

The nursery is fantastic; has a homely and friendly atmosphere with outstanding staff, who are warm, friendly, very professional and supportive. A mass variety of educational toys and messy plays every week! Big thanks for the enormous input into the development of our daughter, especially for her! To know that our daughter is happy, being educated, cared for and developing in the most beautiful way - is priceless!

My daughter likes to go to nursery, she likes to play and walk with the children. Often she sings songs at home after she comes from nursery.

I think Home from Home - The Nannery Ltd provides very good care. I am totally satisfied with the service I get. My child has learned lots since he's been here and his character has come out. All I can say is that I have only seen improvement in him since he's been attending this nursery.

We were happy with the nursery for the majority of the time our child attended. Our concerns, when voiced, were addressed and resolved within a reasonable period of time. However, recently we had a dispute about the fees being charged and we felt (and still do feel) that these are not transparent and not communicated to parents effectively. Our child is nearing school age and is happy and settled here and well taken care of but in the future, we will be shopping around for another childcare provider. Particularly in relation to the grant entitlement and how these are applied.

My daughter was a premmie and has come on leaps and bounds. The staff are always attentive and helpful. My daughter loves it so much I have trouble getting her to come home.

Staff are lovely, all develop their own bond with their children, encourages my child to be more comfortable. He developed very quickly since starting the nursery and they have been helpful along the way.

They also focus on his strong points and have helped him improve in that area.

The staff are all very friendly and my son is often talking about how much he likes them, something he rarely does with other adults. Would not hesitate to recommend the nursery.

My child is very happy to go to the nursery in the morning and seems very happy when I pick him up.

Home from home has helped to build sons social confidence, as he is able to interact with other kids and adults. He also has the opportunity to learn and explore while he is developing.
