Alphabet is a family owned and operated business, first established in Kingsthorpe Village in 1994. Now located in West Hunsbury, Alphabet Day Nursery provides year round care on a full day basis.

The Alphabet Day Nursery team is the best. I have known them for around ten years now when my niece started. Two ladies looked after her, and they were amazing. As soon as I had my first daughter, I knew she would go to Alphabet, and once again, one of the same ladies was her favourite until another
lady joined the team! I am so happy with the Alphabet family that I have transferred to them just because I don't see anybody else that can look after my daughters better than them, and am saying daughters because my second daughter just started, and I can tell how much she loves it because I had no tears!

This is an all-round good nursery. The staff clearly care for the children and have good relationships with them. My kids come back with stories of all the things they've been doing which sound really engaging. The information given out to parents is comprehensive and the staff are happy to talk about
any questions or concerns. My 4-year-old tells me the food is good too.

Alphabet Day Nursery and their staff are absolutely fantastic; my eldest has been attending for nearly a year and my youngest has also just started - it was never even a question of taking the youngest anywhere else because our eldest has always been so happy there, she's excited to go in each morning.
The staff are friendly, caring, and they have a real way with the kids. Highly recommend!

Very happy with the school the teachers are all lovely, very welcoming and there is always an update on my son's day, what he ate, how he is doing and if he had a good or bad day. They are always friendly and most importantly my son loves going to school.

This nursery is amazing. My son absolutely loves going here and has developed so well. Any concerns are always raised with us and vice versa, also the concerns I had were dealt with empathy and kindness. The atmosphere is very much like an extended family, it gives me real peace of mind knowing that
my little one is in such safe hands. He is absolutely thriving and loving life here. What an absolute godsend especially through lockdown! The facilities are great, the staff are amazing and there is always great communication. I could not recommend higher!

My daughter absolutely loves going to this nursery! She walks in very happily when we drop her off in the morning and she comes home in a very good mood when we pick her up. All the staff at the nursery are very polite and caring. The management team is very helpful. We are very happy we chose this
nursery and we would definitely recommend it.

An amazing, nurturing environment for both of my children. Staff are attentive, feedback on progress both regularly and generally make the process of leaving my two easy, as I know they learn lots whilst there. I'm overwhelmed by how dedicated the staff are to each child and have recommended the nursery
to several people because of this. I'm confident that both of my children will leave the nursery setting in full readiness for school, ready to take on the world.

Lovely nursery with excellent, friendly staff. I'm always impressed with how safely the staff have been handling things since the start of the pandemic, splitting the children off into separate bubbles based on age group, always wearing masks at drop-off and pickup, and having social distancing measures
in place for the parents. There's also great, frequent communication via email so I always feel informed. I have 2 kids at this nursery and they always come home happy at the end of the day.
