Alphabet Day Nursery

The nursery staff are absolutely fantastic with the children and genuinely care about each individual child, always coming up with creative ways of play that really focus on the development of the children. I've now had 3 children attend and I would highly recommend this nursery, the staff are fabulous and very caring and work very closely with parents to ensure the best support is provided for the child. Another massive benefit is that this nursery has a chef who makes personalised meals for children who have dietary requirements.

Fantastic nursery, with lovely staff who really care about the children. My daughter really enjoys going there and is always excited for a day at nursery.

The nursery is committed to helping the children with their learning, pushing them forward to get them school ready and they communicate well with the parents to help you understand your child progress.

They have been cared for and nurtured to the highest of standards, I could not trust them anymore and they have done an outstanding job caring for my children. Thank you.

with almost 11 years using the nursery with all 3 children, I cannot ever doubt the amount of commitment that all the girls have given to the education and focus to my children's needs. my youngest child is starting school in September and it will almost be like leaving a family. all I can say is this nursery is exceptional in all areas and would like to thank all members of staff for there dedication in looking after all my children. if I could give 10 stars in all areas I would.

We started at Alphabet when my son turned 6 months. The staff were all absolutely amazing with him straight away and actually were very understanding for me going back to work. In the 10 months that he has been in, he has thrived and is constantly learning and developing. The nursery is a safe and comfortable and we have loved every minute so far. Thanks all!

Everyone is so lovely and caring. Alphabet day nursery have worked on building my sons convience as he was very shy and had separation anxiety at first to being a confident happy toddler who enjoys every moment of being here .

Perfect nursery! All I have is positive words to say! My child loves it and is very comfortable with everyone! Any concerns are taken seriously and they treat each child like their own person! All the key workers go above and beyond! Cannot fault anything!

From the very first visit, I knew this nursery was the right choice. The teacher who conducted my initial tour was absolutely brilliant - I felt such an overwhelming sense of peace & reassurance that I ended up crying, purely from the relief of knowing I would be leaving my daughter, who is my entire world, in such caring hands. What were once complete strangers now feel like family.

The love & care they show for my daughter is truly exceptional. The facilities are always spotless, and every teacher is genuinely invested in her wellbeing and development. From the moment I drop her off, I have complete confidence that she is in the most capable and nurturing hands.

Our daughter has been at Alphabet Day Nursery for about 2 years and we could not be happier. Such great staff and she absolutely loves it. Childcare is costly everywhere these days, but at Alphabet, I am always happy that it's money very well spent. The staff are always prompt and helpful and as our daughter has progressed through the different age groups, she has flourished.

Our daughter settled quickly after starting and the settling-in process was very individualised to her. When I collect her every day, I am informed what she has been doing, what she has eaten and how long she has slept. The staff, many of whom have been at the nursery for a significant period of time, are always friendly and chatty. We would not hesitate to recommend Alphabet to other parents, our daughter absolutely loves it and despite only attending for a short period of time is already thriving. We were looking for somewhere asap for my daughter and I was so worried as everywhere we had viewed just didn't fit her needs or the days, I found Alphabet and wow! They have been nothing but helpful from day 1 got us in straight away for inset days fitted around our schedule which is something we found so difficult to find in a nursery and the staff there amazing, so helpful and made leaving my daughter easier for me as I know she loves it here. Thank you to you guys for making it such an easy and stress-free transition for us both and we look forward to all the memories to be made with you.

This is akin to a restaurant kicking out a paying customer so they can get a new customer in, this is not how you should treat your customers, regardless of whether or not you are a small business.

The staff at Alphabet Nursery are wonderful! They are so welcoming and friendly to both my son and myself. I can talk freely to them about any worries or concerns I have and they do their absolute best to help. I trust them 100% with my son. Fantastic and loveable staff, who make my daughter very happy. She absolutely loves going to Alphabet Nursery. Nursery staff play such an important role in our kids’ lives and I am so grateful that my daughter is so well taken care of.

The Alphabet Day Nursery team is the best. I have known them for around ten years now when my niece started. Two ladies looked after her, and they were amazing. As soon as I had my first daughter, I knew she would go to Alphabet, and once again, one of the same ladies was her favourite until another lady joined the team! I am so happy with the Alphabet family that I have transferred to them just because I don't see anybody else that can look after my daughters better than them, and am saying daughters because my second daughter just started, and I can tell how much she loves it because I had no tears!

This is an all-round good nursery. The staff clearly care for the children and have good relationships with them. My kids come back with stories of all the things they've been doing which sound really engaging. The information given out to parents is comprehensive and the staff are happy to talk about any questions or concerns. My 4-year-old tells me the food is good too.

Alphabet Day Nursery and their staff are absolutely fantastic; my eldest has been attending for nearly a year and my youngest has also just started - it was never even a question of taking the youngest anywhere else because our eldest has always been so happy there, she's excited to go in each morning. The staff are friendly, caring, and they have a real way with the kids. Highly recommend!

Very happy with the school the teachers are all lovely, very welcoming and there is always an update on my son's day, what he ate, how he is doing and if he had a good or bad day. They are always friendly and most importantly my son loves going to school.
